Great! Excellent overall experience. Facilities in general good, room, cleanliness, staff and procedure. I really am a fan, and if necessity arises would return with a lot of confidence that things would go well. Two small items of feedback : Negative - situation of the centre is not ideal and some patients get a view of a dingy disused courtyard . This is a minor point ! Food could be a little more interesting. Positive - its both reassuring and positive that the whole experience, especially the excellent staff, are so personal. The patient feels that care is tailored specifically to them. Little danger of removing the wrong leg! Warm human interchanges throughout, which is very, very good!

I contacted Dr Kavita Verma to discuss my concerns over my prescription for perimenopause. I booked an appointment online at a time suitable for me after work and although I had my reservations, I was put at ease straight away. I talked through my symptoms and what I had been prescribed and I was advised the best way forward and also advised on some other options to help with other symptoms. I am being given a letter to give to my GP regarding what we have discussed and we are having a follow up call in 3 months. Switching to HRT feels like a big step to take, but I feel much about my decision now that I have talked it through. I felt like I was truly listened to and my concerns were heard.

She feels he always listens to her and takes her seriously, and as a parent it is such a relief to find a professional who takes what you say, as well as what your child says, completely seriously. He has a high level of care and refers to other specialists as and when needed. We couldn't recommend him highly enough. He noticed that my child had a rare medical condition which most healthcare professionals dismissed and has been helping us with it ever since.

Met Mr Amer at Washington Clinic . He was warmly welcoming despite having had a very busy day up to that point. We discussed the background to my appointment , which was a very effective way of getting to understand a bit about each other as well as the medical details. Very clear explanation also using some video to show what procedures would entail . Good clear summary of the various risks involved . I came away from the appointment very confident in Mr Amer and with a clear plan for treatment which hopefully can be done quickly to fit in with other things I'm doing . Faultless .

Mr Dobson saw me recently for ongoing pain I have had in my right knee. He had looked after me previously for a skiing injury to the same knee and I fully trusted his expertise in a new issue. He was extremely polite and professional and diagnosed a medial meniscal tear. My investigations were prompt and he went out of his way to find a treatment date that was convenient for me. I’m now 3 months post arthroscopic debridment and microfracture and I am pain free with full movement and have started running and training again. Couldn’t be happier with the treatment and fully recommend him!

Was a little bit disappointed with the service of leaving the hospital I hardly slept during the night. A young boy told me at 7:30 to get washed and ready to go home about 10 I said 11 o’clock would be better but when I was getting ready to go home my medication wasn’t ready. My taxi arrived 1130 and he had to go away then I had to find someone else with great difficulty to pick me up and sign papers to discharge me.the young boy did apologise . I was waiting for quite a bit of time and all my medication to be ready.

He carried out my balance testing explaining each one in detail which I really appreciated. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my queries . He was so thorough and guided me throughout the examinations. His manner is impeccable . By far one of the nicest professional I have come crossed in some time. Mr Saravelos and his team made us feel at such ease for our Frozen Embryo Transfer. He was so patient and helped talk through the procedure in a way I could understand. He kept me calm through the procedure, which previously have been a really painful experience for him. The Nurse Raj was also great and helpful and managed to get all our prescriptions done before the transfer so we didn’t have to wait around. Really great time and brilliant experience.

All staff, including the receptionist, were very nice and helpful. The hospital waiting areas and the consulting room were very clean and well maintained. There were unlimited free hot drinks and water available for waiting patients. Whilst the hospital does not have a car park, there was plenty of on-street parking available (charges varying up to £6.50 for 4 hours - enforced until 8pm), even on a busy Friday traffic wise after 4pm, when I arrived.

Staff and facilities were amazing. The only thing I felt could be improved was the food. Generally it felt like there was quantity over quality. I had overcooked fish. I selected a starter of prawn and avocado salad one day as I wasn’t overly hungry and was presented with a huge bowl of salad which was swimming in the dressing which wasn’t pleasant. As I say everything else was amazing I just expected the food to match the service.

Friendly welcoming receptionist. Mr Almeyda was very approachable and I felt listened to. He was very professional and took time to explain each procedure . I was very impressed as he noticed a small mark on my nose and has referred me to a dermatologist as he thinks it may be a basal skin carcinoma . He suggested I return if my symptoms worsen again .
