My experience from start to finish was top notch. Mr Sisodia explained everything from the initial consultation, on the morning of the surgery and he even came to see how I was feeling in the recovery room. I had my follow up and was pleased to report the incision site had healed beautifully. There had never been any weeping wound, as all of the stitching was done from the inside, the scar will be minimal. My legs are now both the same length again. This has improved my posture, walking and I feel much more confident. My visit today was 5 weeks post surgery and due to how well I was doing he was able to discharge me. However, he did inform me of dislocation risks going forward, for several weeks whilst I’m still healing and to be mindful that I have prosthetic hip joint. He answered all of my questions and listened to what I had to say, which made me feel valued well cared for. I would 100% recommend him without reservations as in my opinion he is an excellent surgeon, whom genuinely cares about positive outcomes for his patients. Thank you so much Mr Sisodia the surgery has been life changing, I am pain free for the first time in years, so much do I had forgotten what pain free was like!

It is a lovely clinic, very clean and bright. The ground floor reception staff were friendly and efficient and told me where to go for my appointment. On the first floor it was nice to see 2 reception staff on each side. They were friendly and welcoming. My appointment was a bit late, but that was not a problem, only ten or 15 minutes. The guy who took my BP, height and weight was nice. Mr Tarek Abdel Aziz, as I expected was amazing and he had read my bloods chart and brief history and seen my PET scan and was able to discuss all of it, and proceed down the path that I had wanted. (His secretary called me the day before and I sent her relevant info and she go the scan from St Thomas's quickly). All in all a great experience. Only suggestion is that you tell people there is a cafe area on ground floor - may be you did but I didn't see it. This is a good place to meet anyone who is accompanying you, or just to get there in advance. I waited in the Pret next door which I saw when I was looking up the clinic on Google Streetview.

Fist class from start to finish very clear and precise making sure I fully understood all of the risks. What should have been routine for my tumour removal was a little more complicated, however Mr Evans met this challenge head on and was fully transparent post op and clear as to what had been done. Further more Mr Evans constantly took the time to come and visit while I was in recovery over the days, even dropping in whilst his kids were at the park!!! Have a long road ahead but could not be in better hands. Also Luan made organisation and set up easy and fluid and really took any nerves away all I had to do is turn up and I was taken care of. You do not have to look any further when looking at surgeons if you’ve stopped to review Mr Evans and looking for someone to do your treatment please stop looking and choose Mr Evans your in safe hands!

Mr Aldrich was brilliant as always. He took the time to understand my history, he liaised with my ivf clinic, explained everything thoroughly to me and ensured that I had everything I needed to aid my record . He also advised on when I should return to work and what I should and shouldn’t do. Between appointments when I have not been unwell he has taken the time out even when he has finished clinic for the day to see me. Mr Aldrich is compassionate and a very caring consultant and I’m very fortunate that he was available to support me as I have had a terrible experience at the gynae services at Northampton generally hospital - with Mr Aldrich I felt listened and heard and not dismissed

I had to get my gallbladder removed, I was not a straight forward patient as I have a spinal cord injury, dysphagia and several other conditions. When Ms Jawad tried to remove my gallbladder, it had stuck to my liver. It was a long, complicated operation., but successful. They also found I had stones in my bile duct. I had an endoscopy a few days later, but they had to abort the procedure because of my dysphagia. I then had the stones removed at Hammersmith hospital I was treated by everyone, every department i had dealings with. i was met with proffesionalism, kindness and respect . Ms Jawad explained every procedure before i had it I am very grateful for the treatment I received.

As soon as I arrived, I checked in at the reception and within five minutes I was taken up to my room. I was then asked my food choices and a nurse came and spoke to me about the bed and everything in the room not long after that, I had all my observations done and I was first on the list to go down for my procedure that all went smoothly back to my room. I had my food that I had pre-ordered and then I was checked regularly and I was later then discharge, so it all went very well and felt looked after very well and comfortable at the same time thank you.

From the time I arrived at the one hospital the staff were amazing really friendly and helpful. Dr Jeer team were really lovely and supportive before and during surgery. Thank you to Dr Jeer for doing my knee replacement and my recovery going well. Post op the nurse on Friday night were amazing thank you ever so much you went above and beyond to make me comfortable. He demonstrated alot of empathy when delivering bad news and supported me with this. Overall he is an excellent surgeon who is very highly regarded by his colleagues and the wider MDT and he has given me a very high standard of care.

I was ten minutes late due to weather and traffic (it was supposed to be a 2hr journey but ended up taking us 3hrs to get there) for my appointment and was still seen. Nithya was extremely friendly, along with the nurse that was in the room too. I came to visit Nithya privately due to waiting times for my local gynaecologists. I was listened to straight away, Nithya showed a lot of empathy and helped explain everything going on within my body. Nithya was very gentle with me during my examination too.

I used the online dr service which was fantastic and thorough. I got the appointment within 30 minutes, I needed an antibiotic and so the prescription was very kindly left over in the pharmacy for me by staff as I would not have made it into town in time. I couldn’t get an appointment within my own dr for another two weeks so this was a great relief to me to be seen by a dr quickly to alleviate my pain without me taking up an emergency appointment. Fantastic service when you need help.

He really understands how to go about the whole procedure and the possible discomforts you may feel which helps with recovery so much. Altogether excellent and now 5 weeks on you can hardly see any evidence of surgery I have had BCC's removed in the past. Being close to my eye and needing a skin graft I was expecting the op to be difficult but I found the care and attention received from Mr Kumar and his skin graft nurse Jess to be outstanding. Congrats to all concerned.
