Mr Kasem was recommended to be and I, from the moment I met him I knew I was in safe hands. I recently had a breast reduction and it has truly changed my life. It’s only been three weeks and I feel nearly back to myself but a happier and healthier version. From the very beginning, I felt listened to and understood by Mr. Kasem. He read my mind on what I wanted. Mr Kasem took time to really listen to how I was feeling and answered any questions. He clearly explained every stage of the procedure, showing me before and after images which were amazing! I felt totally supported and respected throughout the entire process. I knew I was in safe hands - the best!! On the day of surgery, I felt completely at ease thanks to Mr. Kasem’s calm and reassuring presence. He made sure I knew exactly what to expect and kept me informed every step of the way. The results are beyond my expectations and his aftercare has been professional, caring and he completely made me feel at ease. Every follow-up was thorough, and I always felt well looked after. If you’re considering breast augmentation and want a surgeon who truly listens, and achieves the best for your body and mind I couldn’t recommend Mr. Kasem enough, he is the best of. The best in his profession and so passionate about his patients and achievements. Actually ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I give Mr Kasem 10 stars and more….. if I could!!

He is not only an outstanding surgeon but an exceptional human being, and I cannot thank him enough for the care, precision, and compassion he showed throughout my entire journey. There are too many to name individually, but every single person played a role in making this experience extraordinary. The hospital itself does not feel like a hospital at all — it feels more like a health retreat where you leave as a better version of yourself. The environment, the warmth, and the standard of care are truly exceptional. For anyone suffering from sleep apnea, as I was, or dealing with any of the conditions treated by your specialists, I could not recommend HSSH and Mr Luke Cascarini more highly. I am at Kingsbridge Hospital for partial knee replacement surgery. Surgical Ward 1 - 28/11/2025. I am writing to express my deepest and sincere thanks for the outstanding care I am receiving during my stay at Kingsbridge Hospital, Ballykelly. The professionalism and kindness I am receiving during my care is outstanding. Sarah, Kerry, Laura & Kim (night staff) from Ward 1 have all been wonderful, nothing was any trouble and I want to thank them for going above and beyond to ensure my well being. Unfortunately, I can’t remember all the names of the staff on ward 1 when I booked in, but again these staff were amazing (Keavsa/luke). I have felt very at ease during my stay and that has come across naturally from you all. You deserve recognition for all your hard work and care you have provided. Please convey my heartfelt thanks to all the staff involved in my care, including the doctors Mr Acton, Dr Brian OG McLary and their team who showed exceptional expertise. Not forgetting the physio. The assessment visit was fine in that I walked away with a clear diagnosis and a plan, but the experience was a little hectic due to cleaners coming in to prepare for the next appointment while we were still there, and the dr needing to take urgent calls as she was on duty at the time. The team I speak with are all very friendly but there seems to be a disconnect between the information exchanged on emails and whatsapp. I feel this may have led to a delay in starting treatment. Again, it's fine because I got it in the end, but there may be some part of the process/line of communication that needs review/improving. My initial virtual visit was at risk of being cancelled due to where I was having the call from. Thankfully, the doctor was able to accommodate another slot on the same day. I noticed that there is now a clear statement on the booking confirmation re: need to be in a private space for virtual calls, which is good.

I recently had surgery with Mr Vakharia to remove a dermoid cyst, and during the procedure he also discovered and removed endometriosis for me, as well as performing a HyCoSy (tube flush). From start to finish, the whole experience was very positive. Mr Vakharia has such a warm, calming manner. He came to speak to me both before and after the surgery, reassured me, and made sure I felt completely confident and informed at every stage. He truly put me at ease, and I felt I was in the best possible hands. The surgery itself was incredibly smooth, everything was handled with great care, and my recovery has been fantastic. I am genuinely so pleased with the outcome. I would 100% recommend Mr Vakharia. My treatment was to repair a very large inguinal hernia. This was the first surgery I have had and I was very nervous. At my pre-operative assessment, Mr Renwick talked me through the surgical options and put me completely at ease. We agree on a T2001 Robotic Repair. The procedure was carried out on October 21st and Mr Renwick and his staff were were exemplary. The surgery went well and six weeks later I have just has my post-operative consultation. I had a couple of questions about the impact of the surgery and resuming exercise. I could not be happier with the treatment I received.

He was extremely professional and at the same time allowed me to raise concerns which may have been slightly outside of the reason I went to see him in the first place. If my concerns were justified he would address them and if not he would explain why they were not. I felt very at ease with him handling my medical issues and would highly recommend him. He is a credit to his profession.

I was here to get an up to date ray on my, to help my chiropractor see whats really going on with my back. This process was done quickly, efficiently with discretion. Great no nonsense process,, that caused zero stress, worry and anxiety.
