I could not fault Mr Kazzaz both in consultation and the operation itself. He was clear re the challenges and limitations of the operation and was extremely flexible in meeting tight timelines. I have also been left with a very neat scar, so couldn't ask for more. With the speed of the procedure, I did not feel in hindsight that I was fully aware of the recovery process, times, needs etc and do not recall a detailed discussion about it but perhaps did not ask the right questions!!

From the moment you step inside the peaceful waiting room, you feel at ease. Dr Bullen radiates calm professionalism. He took his time to patiently explain everything and answer all my questions and his lovely secretary and midwife got back to me quickly whenever I messaged. This is the second pregnancy that I saw Dr Bullen and I recommend him very highly if you are looking to go privately for expert prenatal care and avoid the noisy and chaotic NHS clinics.

The clinic is easy to find, just off the motorway. I was made a cup of tea when I arrived. The doctor was very pleasant and patient whilst I listed my many and confusing health symptoms. I felt listened to and understood. It was so good to have the time to elaborate in a way that you cannot in a traditional doctor appointment. think we have a plan going forward which will help. Fingers crossed.

A very pleasant and welcoming clinic. The staff at reception were professional and friendly. I was seen on time. Miss Memoona Khalid who did my scan was extremely professional and made my experience very easy and comfortable. She put me at ease and eliminated all the anxiety and stress i had. The visit went well and was as had been described at my previous appointments. The staff were great and very friendly, as was the consultant. However, one criticism I would voice is that the waiting area is extremely small, was very cramped and a number of people had to stand as there were insufficient chairs. There were also no toilets - or at least none which were obvious.

Initial appointment was really good and Dr Cheung was really patient and thorough but it was her calmness that made all the difference. In the end I had to have a Hysteroscopic surgery and it went well and it didn’t take long for me to heal. Dr Gordon always explains everything and his reasons behind why he is suggesting things. He always puts his patients at the forefront and checks that they are happy with everything. He offers evening phone calls and offers private prescriptions until you can arrange things with the GP. Highly recommend.
