This was a positive experience. Srijune was so very kind and helpful in my pre- treatment discussion, administration of anti biotic medication and questionnaire. She offered to hold my hand during the injection, made sure I was okay, ensured I had some tea and biscuits whilst waiting before I could leave and came to let me know that it was safe for me to leave. She also answered my call when I got home as I’d felt a cramp-like pain in my calf . Thanks Srijano Mr Jones was kind, genial, professional and as gentle as he could be with the procedure. He chatted to me during the procedure , telling me about the scan that was showing the fluid on/ around my knee and was happy to answer my question about what the fluid was that he was removing etc. He told me that I’d get a call from him in a few months time to check how I’m getting on rather than a face to face follow up. I was given assorted leaflets with exercises, ICRS registry , free online rehab programme and physiotherapists Charlie and Nick at the Better team . I was thrilled when I went to walk out of the hospital, to find that I was able to walk normally without any limping. Yes the anaesthetic was probably helping but it made me feel positive about the treatment . I expect it’ll be a little tender once that has worn off but fingers crossed all will be well .

I had a really great experience at this private GP appointment and couldn’t fault it. From the moment I arrived, the staff were absolutely lovely, welcoming, and professional, which instantly put me at ease. The whole appointment felt calm and well organised, with no rushing at all. Dr Owen Weeks was fantastic — very kind, reassuring, and took the time to listen properly. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made me feel genuinely comfortable and cared for. It was such a refreshing experience compared to feeling rushed elsewhere. Overall, it was a great doctor’s appointment and well worth going private. I left feeling reassured and confident, and I would highly recommend this service to anyone considering it. I wouldn’t hesitate to return in the future if I ever need to — a truly positive experience from start to finish.

Great! Excellent overall experience. Facilities in general good, room, cleanliness, staff and procedure. I really am a fan, and if necessity arises would return with a lot of confidence that things would go well. Two small items of feedback : Negative - situation of the centre is not ideal and some patients get a view of a dingy disused courtyard . This is a minor point ! Food could be a little more interesting. Positive - its both reassuring and positive that the whole experience, especially the excellent staff, are so personal. The patient feels that care is tailored specifically to them. Little danger of removing the wrong leg! Warm human interchanges throughout, which is very, very good!

He gave an excellent recommendation on what was possible and necessary in a tailored treatment plan to achieve my desired outcome. In the after care I was well looked after and given instructions on how to look after myself at home along with any limitations. My overall experience at the clinic was exceptional. When I first booked my appointment it was scheduled for a week later, but I asked whether there might be any cancellations before then. The team were incredibly helpful and thoughtful — they called me back and arranged for me to be seen the very same day. From start to finish, the service was efficient, compassionate, and reassuring. At what was a very anxious time for me, everyone I dealt with was kind, responsive, and professional. I chose galaxy lenses for my cataract surgery and am now very happy with the results. No need whatsoever for any glasses. The staff were all very kind and supportive, along with Mr Hove the surgeon who was quick and efficient with the procedure. I would recommend anyone who is thinking of this procedure to not be anxious, it is quick and painless and though your vision is a little blurry after it doesn't take long to resolve. He carried out my balance testing explaining each one in detail which I really appreciated. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my queries .
