I would like to share my sincere appreciation for Mr. Christopher Anderson, who is truly one of the kindest doctors one could ever hope to meet. He is extremely patient, approachable, and has a remarkable ability to put you at ease from the very first moment. At no point does he make you feel rushed or uncomfortable. In a field like urology, where patients may often feel apprehensive or hesitant to seek help, Mr. Anderson creates an environment where you feel completely comfortable, heard, and respected. I was genuinely impressed by his professionalism and his gentle, reassuring manner. He recently performed a cystoscopy on me, and I did not feel a thing during or after the procedure, no pain whatsoever. When I left the hospital, I felt exactly the same as when I arrived, which speaks volumes about his skill and care. A very special mention must also go to his secretary, Janine, who happens to be his wife. I have dealt with many medical secretaries in the past, but I have never come across anyone more efficient, kind, and genuinely caring. She answers questions and concerns swiftly, with dignity, warmth, and complete professionalism. It is clear that she and Mr. Anderson make an exceptional team, both dedicated to supporting their patients with sincerity and compassion. It is no surprise that my entire family has been under Mr. Anderson’s care at some point. His reputation for excellence and kindness is well deserved. I cannot recommend Mr. Anderson and Janine highly enough. They are a rare combination of expertise, empathy, and genuine humanity.

Mr Ali Salih

I first met Mr Salih at Nuffield Health (Brentwood) in December 2019, as I had two very large sebaceous cysts on my scalp that were growing at an alarming rate. I was understandably a little nervous, but he quickly put me at ease by clearly explaining the procedure and the options available. The procedure took place just one week later under local anaesthetic. Mr Salih kept me calm and fully informed throughout, and it was over very quickly and completely painlessly. My hairdresser has since commented that she is amazed she can no longer see where the cysts were, as the scars are barely visible. He is an excellent surgeon and someone I trust implicitly, so I have no hesitation in recommending his services (I paid privately). In fact, I recently returned to have a further three cysts removed and once again received an excellent level of care.

Dr Konstantinos Vakalis

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for Dr Konstantinos Vakalis. He clearly explained the necessity of the recommended investigations and later discussed the results in detail, ensuring that everything was fully understood. His approach was highly professional and thorough. Dr Vakalis personally carried out the main diagnostic procedures, which I believe is extremely valuable, as it allows the treating doctor to gain a more complete and accurate understanding of the patient’s condition. During the appointment, Dr Vakalis did not rush the consultation but instead took the time to carefully examine the issue and devote sufficient attention to my concerns. Thanks to his competent and thoughtful approach, one of the possible causes was successfully ruled out. I am very grateful for his attentive and professional care.

I was impressed by the building and my two radiology appointments were combined and seen to earlier than I expected. I waited in the café area, which was roomy and comfortable, until it was time to go to see the consultant. I waited until the appointed time and was seen to on time and very ably. There would have been a long wait for a blood test and CT scan, and I was assured the receptionist would contact me at home about having both the following day at Portland Place. I called the main number in the late afternoon, as I had heard nothing, and the man I spoke to, booked me into Portland Place for the following day. It was a very pleasant experience, and unlike any hospital visit I can remember, as the surroundings were spacious and unintimidating.
