Dr Jenkins has changed my life. I first saw Dr Jenkins in April 2024, and he immediately made me feel seen and understood. I was in my early 30s, fit and healthy, but my body wasn't my own. It didn't make sense, and I had spent my entire adult life getting nowhere, and going around in circles with appointments. I made the decision to come to Dr Jenkins, and it was the first time I ever felt truly listened to. He made me feel so seen and heard, and validated everything I said. Immediately he had a plan, and had diagnosed me within one round of bloods with three conditions (one of which I was already being treated for but not optimally). Following this, I've been monitored and coached and the difference I now feel is incredible. My body finally feels like it works properly, its like a switch has been flicked, and I have my life back. I will continue to see Dr Jenkins and for anyone who has struggled and doesn't know where to look - look here. Health is wealth, and this remains the best decision I have ever made. I had a Teams meeting today with Angela about my nutrition, as I’m looking for ways to gain weight. She was completely non judgemental, incredibly warm, and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole conversation. She never made me feel bad about my eating habits and was very kind and understanding in the way she worked with me. She gave me really sound advice and clear, practical feedback on how I can improve things going forward, particularly around healthy weight gain. I wasn’t sure what to expect going into the meeting. I half expected to be told to cut out lots of foods and start eating things I didn’t like but instead, she took the time to understand what I like and don’t like to eat. Overall, she was extremely helpful, supportive, and approachable, and I genuinely appreciated the session. I thought she was great.

All staff, from reception to nurses and surgeons, I found to be friendly, courteous, helpful and professional. I was generally rather nervous about the whole process, this being the very first time I experienced any form of surgery or a stay in hospital. However, I was treated with the utmost respect and understanding and felt well advised at all times, allowing me to make informed decisions at my own pace, without being pressured. I had to wait a bit longer than I had anticipated for surgery but by comparison to the NHS, it was efficient and slick. It is early days to comment properly on my shoulder replacement but things are progressing well although slowly and I am hopeful for the future.

I went as an NHS referral for cataracts and they explained about the various options for both NHS and private. As I work full time and do a lot of computer work I decided to pay to have Rayone Galaxy toric lenses. I am so pleased with the result. After wearing glasses since early teens I am now glasses free! Mr Injarie and all the staff at the clinic were friendly and professional and made you feel at ease. Mr Injarie took time to explain everything and obviously is a brilliant surgeon. I can't thank them enough. I was so nervous about having eye surgery but from start to finish I felt in very safe hands. I would highly recommend.

Tony performed a very complex robotic myomectomy and endometriosis excision. There were 10 fibroids present the largest of which was 14 x 14 cm. Before I was referred to Tony I was really worried about what all of this would mean for my fertility but I left the surgery with great outcomes with my fertility preserved and am now feeling better than I have in a very long time. Tony took the time to explain everything in great detail and goes above and beyond to ensure his patients are doing well.
