I recently underwent surgery at Kingsbridge Private Hospital, and I genuinely cannot put into words how grateful I am for the incredible care I received. From the moment my procedure was over, the nurses were by my side — kind, patient, and so comforting. They made me feel safe and completely at ease during a time that could have been overwhelming. My surgeon and nurse continued that same level of warmth and support throughout my aftercare. Their reassurance, responsiveness, and genuine concern for my wellbeing meant more to me than they probably realise. Their care and attention were truly outstanding — compassionate, professional, and heartfelt in every way. I am so thankful to each and every one of them, and I could not recommend Kingsbridge highly enough.

My experience has been outstanding. From the first phone call to leaving the thornbury hospital. Hannah the centre manager and Farqi treated me amazingly. I felt safe in the cleanest, calmest environment. The information I received was top notch and I have never experienced such kindness to me. Dr Ibrahim was very kind and I felt that someone was finally listening to me after many months. The staff at the Royal Hallamshire, particularly Nancy and Lisa also went the extra mile and again were very kind. Truly Exceptional After experiencing pain from my new hospital contact lenses I was able to book an appointment with Drew far sooner than my Hospital would see me. Drew very quickly determined that ill-fitting lenses were causing Conjunctival Prolapse and advised how best to proceed. Essentially the lenses used by my Hospital were not appropriate for my eyes and, since the Hospital will not use alternative lenses, Drew was able to fit and supply better lenses. These new contact lenses give excellent vision and comfort, even though I have a particular eye condition which makes it very difficult to fit contacts, despite lenses being the only solution for me. Thank you Drew and Team!

His friendly demeanour immediately put me at ease and he was patient and understanding. They are a very clear and straightforward doctor. However if you need any follow up, or want a correct follow up letter detailing your appointment/diagnosis or need to contact their secretary I would advise seeing another doctor especially if you are paying privately or else you will be chasing for weeks with no answer and being promptly ignored. It's a real shame that the aftercare was so poor.

Parking good, reception good, pharmacy good, everywhere very clean. All staff were friendly and efficient. They made sure that they had the right person for the right procedure, made sure I was hydrated and well, and checked that I would be looked after at home afterwards. I was very impressed. Also the sandwich afterwards was lovely.
