Asked to be 15 mins early for scan, but then not called until 30 mins or so after time of appointment without any prior indication of running late (perhaps because it was at 6pm ). Head scanner was still busy so junior radiologer kindly chatted to me for 15 mins after I'd changed to kill time. Having been told it would take 15 mins, scan took about 45 mins and team forgot to talk to me or put music on despite me saying I was a bit claustrophic (but can get by ok). Then at 8pm, no doubt in rush to scan next person, they didn't remove cannula so i wandered around to find another staff member to do that who happily obliged. Not a major problem but not up to Cleveland usual standards. Staff were all very friendly though, but perhaps clinic shouldn't book in patients at end of day if they can't really handle them properly.

My daughter has been seeing Dr Haddad on and off for the past eleven years. He is extremely personable, professional and above all kind. She feels he always listens to her and takes her seriously, and as a parent it is such a relief to find a professional who takes what you say, as well as what your child says, completely seriously. He has a high level of care and refers to other specialists as and when needed. We couldn't recommend him highly enough. He noticed that my child had a rare medical condition which most healthcare professionals dismissed and has been helping us with it ever since.

Ms Anderco has been a great help in dealing with a complex set of problems, a number of which are not strictly within her specialism. I came to her after waiting a significant amount of time in the NHS referral system with some worrying and hard to explain symptoms. While I don't have a definitive explanation for everything going on, I feel she has gone above and beyond to try and understand the problems, rule out any serious possible causes and assist my progress in the NHS system. Her efforts and explanations have been a great help in reassuring me while I wait for the next steps

I always find the clinic to be like a little oasis - especially after getting off the tube and as soon as you enter the clinic, it is immediately calming and the location is very discreet. Dr Kathryn is very friendly and puts you at ease, fully explaining treatments etc. I also find Dr Kathryn to be very honest and she will always give good advice. I would also like to mention right from the start when calling the clinic and making an appointment, it’s a very easy and pleasant experience. Hugest thanks to Dr Onur Gilleard for removing the cyst like lump on my face - he is an incredible highly skilled Plastic surgeon - the procedure was pain free, very quick and I couldn't believe how neat and small the incision and stitches were which are healing beautifully. It was only a week ago however I have absolutely no doubt that there will be minimal scarring due to his expertise. Dr Gilleard and the nurse were incredibly kind and caring and totally put me at ease. Would totally recommend to anyone.
