Dr. Hawary treated my young son, who had been struggling with balanitis for quite some time in GWH My son was 2 years and 9 months old, and after several GP visits with no improvement, we were understandably worried. From our first appointment, Dr. Hawary was exceptionally kind, patient, and empathetic, taking the time to listen carefully to our concerns. He conducted a thorough examination and prescribed a cream that finally resolved the infection, giving my son much-needed relief within a week. This was a huge comfort after seeing him in pain for so long. Dr. Hawary also clearly explained the underlying cause of the infection, which was related to circumcision, and helped us understand why proceeding with the procedure sooner would prevent further discomfort and complications. Throughout the entire process, Dr. Hawary was incredibly reassuring. He patiently answered all of our questions, both during in-person consultations and via email, ensuring we felt fully informed and confident about the decision we were making for our child. On the day of the surgery, Dr. Hawary took extra care to reassure us and helped keep us calm, emphasizing that our son was in safe and experienced hands. The surgery itself was quick and smooth. During the recovery period, whenever we had questions or concerns, Dr. Hawary was always responsive, often replying within 10 to 20 minutes, which was immensely reassuring. My son has now fully recovered. All stitches have healed and fallen off naturally, and the final follow-up appointment confirmed that everything is progressing perfectly. Just as Dr. Hawary had assured us, my son made a complete recovery by the fifth week. I highly recommend Dr. Hawary to any parent seeking a compassionate, skilled, and attentive doctor. We are deeply grateful for the care he provided and feel confident knowing our child was treated with genuine expertise and kindness throughout the entire journey

I had a bilateral cataract operation, performed by Mr. Deshmukh. The whole experience exceeded my expectations. The technicians who did all the assessment checks (separate and earlier appointment) were excellent. At this appointment I met Mr Deshmukh who put me at ease and we discussed the best replacement lenses to suit my needs. For me the premium lenses were the right choice. On the day of the operation the hospital staff were brilliant - professional and good humoured. The operation was completely painless and took much less time than I had anticipated. The immediate aftercare was been superb and the nurse talked me through what I had to do and just as importantly avoid doing. I was given some eye drops to use for the next 4 weeks. You quickly become expert at using them. Following the operation my eyesight was as good as I can remember it ever being. I then returned for a follow up consultation with Mr Deshmukh who confirmed that my recovery was going very well and my vision is better than 20/20. I have worn spectacles since my early teens and this is an incredible outcome. I can now proceed with my training to become a driving instructor.

Professor Man is a great specialist, I got the chance to test my lungs post covid and we found life changing information. Unfortunately, I had extreme admin issues with his secretary. I was under extreme fatigue when I had my first appointment and now years later, I wanted access to my results and consider a follow-up. I was gatekeeped from having a new appointment, I was not given not even a new specialist recommendation. I had to request the hospital directly my tests (which they found in 48hs). She did not reply directly none of my queries. All avoidance. Long covid patients are very vulnerable. We need gentle care. I am now in admin-referral limbo. As many long covid patients, I have seen 10+ specialists, this is the very first time I have this lack of care from a secretary.

Once I arrived on the day of my surgery, the nurses were great in making sure I was fully prepared. The only questionable experience I had was that the physio who visited me before the surgery caused some confusion, as the exercises she showed me to do during the first three weeks were not what Prof. Field had said. Also it seemed odd that the physio visited me before the surgery, rather than after. Hence I ended up staying the night and saw Yannis, a different physio, the following morning, who was incredibly helpful. However, the experience overall was great, and Prof. Field and Dr Hussain, along with the day and night nurses, made me feel very comfortable and looked after me well.

I had an online ADHD assessment with Bernhard Kelley-Patterson. Bernhard was very friendly and professional, I felt at ease throughout the appointment and would happily talk with him again. So far my experience with Skylight has been very positive, the wait times between communication emails are generally 3-5 days and it took approximately 8 weeks to get my first appointment after the registering my interest. Considering the NHS waiting list for an ADHD assessment is 4 years, I’d say that pretty damn good. I would highly recommend opting for Skylight through the ‘Right to Choose’ pathway via the NHS. I'm very pleased with my visit. I arrived late due to work commitments and couldn't to get through to the hospital to let them know. Mr Odak was waiting for me (I was the last patient of the day) and was very kind and friendly throughout the appointment. I got my diagnosis and was happy with the level of information provided. My condition was explained to me very clearly, and so were my treatment options. Mr Odak booked me in for a steroid injection, which will hopefully solve my issues. Turnaround between initial consultation and injection has been very quick (just a couple of weeks).

I didnt visit a practice, this was a blood test that was sent by post to me with an at home kit. So my rating is based on the blood test. I will visit a practice in early February to do a skin check. But everything was packed securely and sent quickly, and you appear to have received it very quickly and given me a result within a day of receiveing my blood, which I fully appreciate. The only thing I would mention about the process was the amount of blood I could get out of three fingers was less than what you asked for. Luckily it was enough for you to do the test.

He explains very well what is happening and what’s going to happen, asks a lot of questions and give a lot of advice which is really nice . The surgery was surprisingly stressless and efficient with none of my original concerns - which were exaggerated by my relatively poor and deteriorating eyesight more recently from cataracts - being necessary.

The only area for improvement is the check-in process - quite often there is a queue of people waiting at reception and the vehicle registration screen is separate to the check-in form, which isn't very efficient. The waiting area and exam rooms are clean and tidy, the staff is friendly and helpful. I prefer coming here despite it being a longer drive than my nearest private hospital because of the great experience I've had previously.

She identified me having a chest infection, and reduced power in my lungs . Collected prescription from chemist. At 82 , I think I would have ended up in hospital had it not seen this Doctor. Amazing service Now a day later feeling much better. 😎
