This whole experience has been rubbish. One of the questions asked if I had ever had polyps, which I had but 15 years ago, and because I clicked yes, recommended me as not suitable for screening...a lot can happen in 15 years, and it didn't ask me how long ago it was. The form was clunky to use and complete. In the results letter it said if I still wanted screening despite my results, to go to my results page. However when I went to that page it gave no options to select screening. It showed a Submit button on the results page, but would not let me proceed as I had not selected a service, however there were no services to select. The results letter gave me a link asking for feedback, either a quick survey or a detailed survey. When I clicked the detailed one it came up with an Error404 message. When I clicked the quick survey, it asked me questions about recent visits, were the staff friendly, was the practice clean etc, instead of asking any questions about my experience with the recent cancer screening survey...they were completely irrelevant.

Made typos on my medical documents several times regardless of me flagging they require updates Can’t schedule simple appointment times and check with people if they are available instead sending random meeting times which clash with my work On 3 occasions now I have tried to join a meeting to have no one there Even if I am having problems connecting and 2 mins late someone should be in the allocated slot waiting especially given the people you are meeting with are disabled All this titration has done is add extra stress to my life instead of helping anything I am now going through medication withdrawals because I have been unable to meet in my titration meetings regales of me flagging several times that these timings do not work with my work commitments and now I have extra stress and pressure on my life at an extremely stressful time Would not recommend this to anyone it’s taken me a whole year since my diagnosis to even get to this point and I am still being messed around

I normally don’t write reviews, I’m someone who feels that if you do your job well, there is no need. However I have just been been signed off for my second eye cataract surgery and would like to thank all those involved in bringing this about. It was a long haul as my second eye was so bad after an accident back in my teens that a lens had to be made specially to correct my vision. It took about six weeks to make, but I was kept informed of progress regularly. I have nothing but praise for the people who saw me throughout. From the security guys, reception and medical team, to the optometrists, the surgeon and of course Hannah. As my point of contact, Hannah was there to answer my questions and kept me up to date with progress. Once again thanks one and all. In the nicest possible way, I hope I don’t see you again for a long, long time.

After having an initial consultation and X-rays Mr Holton recommended a bilateral hip replacement in 2 stages . Both operations were successful with little or no pain/ discomfort. I had good mobility in as little as 4 weeks which was well above my expectations. I believe this was not only due to Mr Holton’s knowledge and expertise but also the. Mako Robotic Arm technology that I was offered on my initial consultation after Mr Holton explained the benefits . I can only say that the surgery has transformed my life and I am active again! Mr Holton is a truly dedicated and competent Surgeon a thoroughly nice man who is easy to talk to and has a very caring attitude. I am so thrilled with my experience at Weymouth Street Hospital, London, after having had cataracts removed in both of my eyes, by Mr Hove of Blue Fin Vision. I can see clearly now, both distance and close up, reading, computer etc, etc.. ; no need for any glasses. Mr Hove is truly amazing - so caring, kind and professional. He explained everything to me in my assessment on Monday 8th December, in Chelmsford and actually had the operation in such a short time - Thursday 11th December! I am a new person now ! Doctor Carlos, the anesthetist, was also so kind and caring. I felt thoroughly at ease for my operation. Many, many thanks to everybody, including the kind nurse. My husband and I were both given a delicious meal afterwards, which was really appreciated - so welcome. Thank you very, very much for everything, everybody

I had a check up and cleaning from the dentist Sonia. What a marvellous professional and friendly person. I am extremely nervous at dentist but Sonoa went above a beyond to make me at easy. She transmitted me calm and I'd never ever thought to feel calm at the dentist. I only hope she will not leave as well. I am so tired of OSD turnover of staff it's very stressful for me getting used to someone and than change it. Howard is extremely articulate as well as friendly with an excellent “bedside manner”. He is very thorough in obtaining a full history that could potentially impact any diagnosis. The explanation of prognosis and any further action is extremely clear and easy to understand. He and his team are very efficient and obviously care greatly for their patients. My personal issue was a spot on my lung, which following a CT scan is likely benign, but will now be monitored going forward. The whole process was very reassuring for me.

Apprehensive about a possible root canal - antibiotics first but they indicated I did need a root canal. Excellent treatment - didn’t feel the anaesthetic or any pain regardless of all that was ‘going on’ in my mouth. Dentist and dental nurse were very kind throughout the hours treatment re relaxing jaw. Returning for stage two but not apprehensive about it. Highly recommend.
