I was thoroughly delighted by the experience. I was booked in very swiftly and efficiently by Ms Lisa Beckles, Prof Redwood's secretary, who went out of her way to get me a quick response to my initial email requesting a consultation, arranged my stress echo and squeezed in an appointment for me on the same. The stress echo team conducted a thorough test of my cardiovascular fitness and went out of their way to provide an urgent report so that I could discuss the results with Prof Redwood only an hour after the event. My thanks to Marlene and Chiara (apologies for spelling) and to another cardiologist whose name I have unfortunately forgotten. Professor Redwood was as ever charming and efficient and told me some very good news!

After my atrial fibrillation (AFib) diagnosis, I booked an appointment with Dr Davies at the Park Hospital. He explained the treatment options: medication, a cardioversion (an electrical reset of the heart), or an ablation. His manner and experience are second to none. He helped me understand the options and I decided upon the RF ablation using the new state of the art facility at the Park. Dr Davies and his brilliant team carried out the procedure and the ITU aftercare team were equally impressive. I’m very pleased to say it went well and heart is now back in normal sinus rhythm, and I’m expected to make a full recovery. I would have no hesitation in highly recommending Dr Davies and everyone at the Park Hospital.

Always an absolute pleasure coming to Vermilion, the staff are just on another level. I honestly think you wouldn’t get that kind of treatment anywhere else in the country. Customer service is first class. Everyone, from the admin teams and front of house, to the Drs and Hygienists. Had my third Hygienist appointment with Debbie last week, she is absolutely amazing, always feel better after seeing her (mentally and with a sparkling mouth 😂). Also, Dr Martin Morley is also such a great guy, so easy to talk to and great at what he does. Best dental team, hands down.

From the big friendly smile on Steve Lewis' face as he opened the waiting room door and called me into his consulting room I knew we would get on well. He soon realised that I was the sort of patient who wanted to know exactly what he would do to correct my deviated septum and he spent time in explaining the procedure and the recovery. I was dreading getting my knee replaced but Mr Rashid Abu-Rajab and his team were very reassuring and explained everything that was happening. My overall experience was excellent. From the moment. I arrived till going home the treatment I received was first class. My surgeon came to see me after my surgery and explained what he had done. He also came to see me the next day and also answered all of my questions. I was honestly very impressed by his dedication and honesty.

The experience overall was good once seen by clinical staff. Had to wait 15 minutes after planned appointment time, 30 minutes in total after being told to be there 15 minutes before appointment. I understand than clinically time may run over, but there was no communication which would have been useful. I wonder if specific reception staff for the vein clinic would be helpful. Waiting area would also benefit from coffee machine for relatives waiting.

I have since had my procedures done and my follow up examination which turned out to be very successful, all my symptoms subsided after my first procedure and I am glad to say that no reoccurrence has been detected, thank you Dr Campbell and all your wonderful staff.

Apart from giving us a plan, medication change and information, she gave me hope as a mum, hope that i will get my son the help he needs and that their is different avenues we can take. Flavia treated my son with severe acne. She explained the treatment in details at the beginning, and highlighted the associated risks. She was very careful throughout the treatment, double checking that my son didn’t have side effects and she always explained her decisions clearly. She gave a lot additional advice to my son what to do and what to avoid besides taking his usual medication. I highly recommend her.

At the post operative visit I was impressed at how much detail we went through and even viewed some images of the surgery - this element is an optional extra service. Overall an excellent service which I would not hesitate to recommend..

Billie was patient and took time to explain everything to me which made me feel relaxed and gave me confidence in her. As an elderly non-paying NHS patient I have sometimes, at other surgeries, felt that the dentist could not waste time on my treatment. This feels very uncomfortable for a vulnerable person. Please don't forget that these very patients have had many many years of paying for dental treatment.

The doctor took time to listen, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable and reassured. The appointment was well organised, and I didn’t feel rushed at all. I would highly recommend this medical centre for their high standard of care and friendly service.

I arrived a little early but was seen by Toby almost immediately Toby greeted me in a very pleasing manner and after an initial examination removed wax from both ears without causing discomfort. He then carried out an examination of both hearing aids and informed me that they were both in good order. I was finished in a little under fifteen minutes and left delighted with the service.

I am experiencing pain and swelling in my knee to the point of minimal walking and then only with a stick. When I met with Dr. Miller he had reviewed my X-rays and was prepared to listen and complete his diagnosis before recommending a steroid injection that offered immediate relief.
