My daughter had a routine check up and a filling was recommended. My daughter was extremely nervous and became upset following the appointment. We returned to the dentist and Dr Seren welcomed us back to the treatment room and talked my daughter gently and thoroughly through the process. In the day of the appointment., Dr Seren and assistant moved treatment rooms to ensure my daughter had a TV screen to distract her. Dr Seren took the appointment at my daughter's pace and kindly described each stage of the process. My daughter and I are left with an excellent impression of Dr Seren, Quality Dental and our nerves associated with the Dentist have been lifted. Dr Seren has such a lovely manner, from the way she spoke to my daughter, to me and to her staff, she is a credit to her profession.

great as manged to get 2 appointments close together which meant huge help to me and made sense . was appreciated the only thing I would say is it would be a lot more helpful and save a lot more time and money if appointments were arranged with the patient rather than just sent out through text because a lot of the times they clash or aren’t convenient but I do really appreciate this time being able to move appointments that they were closer together rather than have one in the morning and one in the afternoon when you have to travel a very long way but the service was great. Everyone was friendly and nice and really appreciate all the help. I got it’s just the booking system that seems to be a real struggle.

After travelling one and a half hours from North Devon then problem with car parking at the Nuffield, I checked in promptly and was seen by Mr Phillips within an acceptable wait time period from the appointment time. He greeted myself and my wife with a handshake and then clearly explained the results of my scan. He proposed the various ways forward very clearly and gave us time to decide on what we felt was best for us. All was discussed in a professional and caring manner. It was a really welcoming and professsional. Ms Ray was very friendly and welcoming. She put my daughter as ease. There was a slight confusion with the xray as my daughter didn’t realise she was meant to drop the form round to the x Ray department so we were waiting in the main reception for a while before I asked how long it would be. However it was quick to get the xray and bloods. My only issue was the parking. There were so many areas for consultants, disabled, oncology, staff, which is understandable but it meant we had to drive around 3 times to find a space.

The whole experience of phoning first thing in the morning to make an appointment to have my earwax removel - through to later in morning when it was carried out felt like a “model” experience in care. My audiologist was patient, explained the process and worked efficiently to remove all the wax bringing much needed relief. She also gave me advice on oiling my ear to help the wax dispersal in future.
