I felt reassured by Mr Terrace’s quiet, confident manner, his careful but thorough examination and his clear explanation of my options. My wife said that she felt he took a personal interest in our case: that we mattered to him. Arrangements for the procedure were made efficiently and carried out as planned. Following the operation and discharge I had an adverse reaction to my pain medication and had to return to hospital outpatients. Mr Terrace, indeed all the staff, were attentive, sympathetic and helpful and I was able to return home after a couple of hours. He said that if I experienced any problems I should not hesitate to contact him. Six weeks after the operation, as arranged, Mr Terrace followed up by phone call and I was able to tell him that I have recovered very well and am resuming all my normal activities. Mr Terrace assured me that he would be available at all times if further assistance was required in any way. My experience throughout has been positive and I am I most grateful to Mr Terrace for his exemplary care.

I visited the doctor for my child, who was experiencing muscle pain in his chest whenever he got tired during physical training. From the very beginning, the doctor was polite, friendly, and extremely professional. He explained each part of the diagnosis step by step and clearly outlined what he planned to do throughout the treatment. He carefully drilled down into every test to identify the root cause, which gave me a lot of confidence. He was very patient and thorough, making sure everything was clearly understood before moving forward. He also created a safe and comfortable space for parents to ask questions and answered every single question with great patience and clarity. Overall, he is a complete professional who provides confidence and hope. I am extremely satisfied with the exceptional care and support he provided for my child

Firstly what a lovely man dr vani is , so positive and caring . When I came to see dr vani I couldn’t have been in a lower point and was desperate for help. It’s been a slow difficult recovery but I have now been discharged . If you have gastrointestinal issues there is nobody better . Highly recommend Dr Zainab- I had a lower facial rejuvenation last week and it’s already a huge improvement with lots of compliments from friends and family. I would very highly recommend the Clayton ward. We have had two babies there and were really well looked after by kind, happy staff (doctors, midwives, assistants, catering and reception) who taught us a huge amount about how to care for a newborn. Having access to 121 support from midwives anytime day or night is just invaluable. The food was very good (for hospital food) and we genuinely looked forward to it each day - it really helped us recover as sleep deprived parents.

I attended a consultation with Dr Shukla who examined my throat an airways with a camera in relation to some persistent reflux issues. He was very friendly, informative and thorough, as well as accommodating, arranging for my follow up appointment to be had virtually since I lived further away. He immediately alleviated my concerns and prescribed me some medication and am pleased to report the symptoms have now gone. Would recommend him to anyone needing an ENT specialist.

Excellent service throughout the whole time. Friendly, helpful staff and very good care. Dr. Menon was kind and efficient and listened to me when I queried whether a throat spray which he mentioned was necessary. I had experienced discomfort after a procedure during which a throat spray had been used previously.

Some patients could be very nervous, a smile & ‘Hello, how are you today’ may have been more welcoming! I think he was just doing his job!! Both very friendly & chatty when I left 😊
