Not only is he thriving, but you have also helped us see what we once viewed as weakness as a source of great strength. You have helped us accept him exactly as he is, and instead of wishing to change him, we now want to focus on his many strengths and find ways to support him. Your gentle and supportive approach was truly transformative during a time when we felt completely at a loss and frightened for him. The two sessions you had with him will always remind him that whenever he needs support, there are special people out there who can guide him. That is life changing. He will know that instead of suffering alone, he can trust us to support him and to seek help when he needs it. You also supported us tremendously when we were struggling . I started working with Emily earlier this year as I required some help regarding my SIBO (Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth), Emily was very helpful in first understanding what all of my symptoms have been so far, what treatments/tests I had already tried out and understanding important factors to my lifestyle too. Emily put together a plan month by month for me to try out different strategies at combatting my symptoms. Month by month we had a check in session to assess how I was getting along and any tweaks that needed to be made. Emily was amazing at pinpointing what she thought could be the best route for me and was effective at tailoring the plan as we went along to finally end up with a solution that helps me manage my symptoms a lot better than when I first began. I have seen specialist doctors and nutritionists in the past who were unfortunately not able to help me but Emily took a wider approach to looking at my issues and we were able to find a point where I am now feeling some relief from symptoms. I really recommend Emily's services and overall she is a very patient, caring and kind person to work with!

We were very happy to meet Dr Low and enjoyed the consultations which we found very helpful. We found her very kind and approachable. She correctly identified potential complications of pregnancy and put together a plan to manage them. Scheduling of appointments was very easy and she was always available for us via WhatsApp, well beyond our expectations. In fact, her late night phone call advising to get immediate help may have saved our lives - something we will be forever grateful to her for. She was very open to collaborating with the NHS as much or as little as we chose and had very good recommendations for other consultants within the private sector. My husband appreciated that he was part of the process and his opinion and medical history were considered carefully too.

My whole patient experience was above and beyond. The staff were professional and showed compassion and love for their job. I’d like to say a special thank you to the nurse, Kate. From the moment she walked into her shift she was there for me. She couldn’t do enough and helped me get through my nerves. Please make sure she sees this review and I hope the manager at Fitzrovia is very proud of the staff there. Mr Fazel was an amazing surgeon who I wish I met 10yrs ago. He is calm, methodical and modest, I would certainly return to him if I want more procedures. The anaesthetist was confident and supplied me with beautiful drugs-what more can a girl want. I am very thankful to have had Mr Justin as my consultant during my recent Hysterectomy. From the first consultation he listened to my symptoms. Was reassuring and explained my options clearly and concisely. Nothing was too much trouble and he always took the time to listen. Everything was fine until the actual procedure. I could feel at the beginning and the consutant added more anaesthetic drops without me saying anything. When the procedure was finished, my eye was extremely sore and this morning it is very swollen and very bloodshot. This is completely opposite to the first experience with my other eye. I can see okay so I guess that’s what the procedure is for but I’m glad it was the second one that was like this not the first other than the actual procedure, everything was fine.

Staff were excellent - both clinical and non clinical team members. Nothing was too much bother and they went over and above our expectations of the care we thought we would receive. We spent 2 nights on the Clayton Ward after I had an unplanned c section. As first time parents without close family nearby, the Clayton ward offered us the guidance, support and care we needed as a new family but also to allow me to get the appropriate medical care as part of post surgery recovery.

I found Mr Mallick to be very positive about the procedure he was performing. I was very apprehensive about the collorectomy but he explained everything very clearly. After the procedure when I was not feeling great he was very reassuring and was proved to be correct as after only a few days I was ready to go home. At the post operative consultation he explained everything very clearly. I would not hesitate to use him again should it ever prove necessary

Dr Lord is the absolute best. She is a world renowned Obgyn, she really looks after her patients and cares deeply for the mothers. She's highly competent and trustworthy, for example she will only recommend tests she thinks are necessary, and not adding unnecessary costs. She has a fantastic team of paediatricians, general practice and mental health professionals. A wonderful new facility in London and connected to the London Clinic.

The most recent visit was the second day they had transitioned to a new system, which was causing chaos. I waited 10 minutes to register at the main reception, then waited another 10 to register at Borough Reception, and then waited for over 30 minutes for a walk in blood test. Everyone was very apologetic, but it was inconvenient. I hope the new system leads to a more streamlined system once everyone is used to it in future.

I found Professor Sinclair to be a very calm, and empathetic consultant who listened to everything I had to say. She explained very clearly and kindly what my diagnosis was, how to manage it, and what my options are. It was my first visit to One Hatfield and I was very impressed. I’ve previously used Pinehill and that has really gone down hill. One Hatfield was easy to find, easy to park, clean, big open space, really friendly and professional staff that took amazing care of me. 3 ladies took extra care of me when I started to feel unwell - Lola, Nikita and a ladies name I didn’t catch (blonde hair, pink uniform)

Gavin is great at osteopathy and pain relief and especially for back pain and includes some physiotherapy type massage to help loosen things up when they have got too tight. I really rate him for calmly addressing the probable causes and quietly sorting them out. I will be going back whenever things get out of hand on the golf course or because i do something silly in the gym.
