I recently had three wisdom teeth removed at Mr Collier's clinic. I had previously had another extraction with a different dentist and it had been a very difficult removal with a lengthy healing process. Based on my past experience, I was feeling apprehensive about undertaking three extractions at once. However, I can honestly say that I had absolutely nothing to worry about and my experience at Mr Collier's clinic was incomparable. Mr Collier was clear in his explanation of the process, the benefits to me and the aftercare. He was also patient and kind, helping to ease my nerves. The extraction was incredibly smooth and, three weeks later, both sites are pretty much healed. This is such a testament to Mr Collier's skill as a dentist and surgeon - I have experienced barely any pain following my surgery and feel like I can approach any future dental surgery with a lot more confidence and trust. I would like to send huge thanks to Mr Collier and his team, including Michelle, for the incredible standard of care I have received throughout my treatment. I couldn't recommend Mr Collier enough!

The most stressful and frustrating part of using RTN services is the lack of communication and poor response times. I have used RTN both via the right to choose path and for a private assessment. You would expect the private service to be quicker and have better communication but this has not been my experience. It is impossible to get hold of anybody. I have sent multiple emails and left voicemail but there is no sense of urgency in responding and waiting times are long. You don't even receive an acknowledgement or holding email to manage expectations. Some very basic and easy changes could be made to make the customer experience so much better.

My stay at Delamere was incredible I would highly recommend it. The staff were so friendly and nice, every single one of them knew my name from day 1 which made me feel a lot more comfortable and safer. The structure of the groups and days were well thought out through. Every group was informative, engaging and interesting. They offer many 1-2-1 sessions to allow for a more focused therapeutic approach, all the therapists and mentors were highly knowledgable and compassionate. The food was great with plenty of options and flexibility. I’m very thankful to have got to stay here.

My experience with Mr Goswami is outstanding. Mr Goswami is a true professional, emphatic and an amazing surgeon. This is now my second operation with Mr Goswami and as a very nervous patient- it was a relief knowing he was the surgeon. The aftercare is excellent with Mr Goswami and the nurses. The anesthetist and nurse who gave me my General Anesthetic were the best professionals at hand since they helped me get through the operation since I had a little melt down before the op. My health issues go well beyond my hip and Mr Ahmed took the time to listen and understand - ensuring my overall care was tailored to my needs. My recovery has been challenging, mainly due to my long-term back pain, but despite this I’ve been delighted by the relief gained from my new hip. They are utmost professionals and a very welcoming. I am given a personalised plan to ensure I have the best treatments for my skin and age. Appointments are never rushed, which I love. Thoroughly impressed with The Harborne Hospital. The moment you walk in you know you’ve entered a place that really cares. Ultra clean, comfortable and welcoming. Every member of staff had a smile on their faces. As a designer I pay attention to detail and hats off to the person who decided to place Temple Spa scents in the waiting area. Made feel like I was in a 5 star hotel. Such a lovely and pleasant atmosphere. Totally forgot I was in a hospital.

Although the follow up letter had one piece of possible useful advice I epxoerinced a complete lack of empathy, or interest in what I was explaining during the call. It felt like the psychiatrist was in a hurry to move on having decided it wasn't interested in helping with. I had lost my daughter and this wasn't even mentioned. It ;eft me unseen, unheard and scared. also very upset.
