From my first consultation through to my last when I was discharged from his care, Bilal has been the most reassuring, calm, informative, patient and genuinely caring surgeon I could have wished for. During that first consultation he was not pushy and was very clear and thorough in his reasoning for recommending a TKR. He then explained what he would do during the procedure, what recovery would be like and his role throughout the process. Even when I had to postpone my operation due to an unrelated illness, he and his assistant were understanding and flexible, rescheduling for when would be most convenient for me. On the day of the operation, Bilal was at the hospital before I arrived and came to see me and again provide reassurance and clarity on what was happening. I next saw him in the anaesthetic area and I was in no doubt that I was in great hands. In the recovery area afterwards he was there making sure I was feeling as well as could be and then visited my room on both days post surgery to assess my progress and let me know his opinion. When I was in need of a repeat prescription for pain medication he was prompt and during my first post op consultation he was very encouraging, understanding and also clear on milestones I needed to hit. He also provided a sick note after discussing this with me. My last consultation was similar, and he first to say happy new year as well. I have a long way to go but I count myself lucky that I landed in the care of Bilal, and would recommend him to anyone with an acute knee condition.

Mr Salim is a one of a kind doctor - his genuine care, empathy, and understanding is unparalleled and I feel so lucky to have been in his care going through my egg freezing journey. The experience I had with Mr Salim and his team was night and day to a previous experience. Mr. Salim went above and beyond during the process to settle my worries and make sure I had a positive experience (knowing that I'd had a less positive experience previously) e.g., making sure he was the one to do my retrieval even though he wasn't on rota, making sure I always see him for my check-in appointments, and always embracing my (many) questions with a patient and kind response. I truly felt like he cared as much as I did about the outcome of my treatment and I will forever be grateful for him for getting me the 13 eggs he did! His nursing team take the same empathetic approach as every nurse I interacted with was kind, patient, and caring - not to mention incredibly responsive with communications over email. I would (and have been) recommend Mr Salim to any woman going through fertility issues, dealing with PCOS, endometriosis etc. He is the best out there and I wish only more gynecologists could be like him!

Review for Podiatrist Consultant Liam Stapleton I have been a patient of Liam Stapleton for several years, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. Liam is consistently professional, attentive, and genuinely thorough. i can’t fault the friendliness and cleanliness of the building, as both were fine. However i’m personally disappointed in the follow up for my appointment, without going into too much personal detail, my issue involved changing mental health medication which needed close monitoring, i found it challenging having to email a generic email to discuss my private information with admin staff on a friday morning after my appointment , and was left all weekend without any feedback, i ended up getting a generic email on monday morning. this could have been detrimental to a vulnerable person changing a medication so flippantly and am quite disappointed that this GP didn’t take this into consideration and lacked holistic care. i had clarity not to change my medication on a whim on the advice of the gp as i felt the support wasn’t there. duality healthcare could be positive to a physical ailment but not in this case. i was actually going to join as a member but decided against this due to my experience with duality.

This was my 2nd total knee replacement under Sam's care. The 1st surgery was a total success, however this 2nd surgery surpassed my expectations. The overall experience was good at the start been going go treatment over a year the oncologist never contacts me only if I complain the nurses never pass my concerns on I’ve been waiting for private prescription for 6 days which has never turned up rang and spoke to a doctor he promised to pass it on to oncologist never happened after 4 phone calls the service is disgusting the amount of fees I am paying I expect a better service than I’m getting I’m seriously thinking of going back to NHS where I did get better service I certainly wouldn’t recommend Genesis Care to anyone

Dr Tang was simply wonderful. He was very kind, gentle and understanding of my worries and health problem. He explained the procedures well and reassured me. After the endoscopies he reported back and explained clearly what he had found. All the staff at Hadley Wood were also extremely friendly, competent and reassuring, particularly Nurse Grace. Dr Tangs secretary was extremely efficient and friendly. She was quick to respond to my messages and ensured my consultations and treatment happened smoothly and speedily.
