Having met several obstetricians in our hunt for the right DR we immediately fell for and felt connect too Dr Shalini. She quickly put us at ease of our fears and understood what worried us in relation to the birthing process, reassuring us with comfort and competence. Dr Shalini did not let us down post our first meeting, always being available (at all hours) and showed unreserved dedication to making sure we were catered for in every way we needed, and that we were her priority. In the end the birth was not going as originally planned, Dr Shalini handled the situation calmly and kept us informed yet not scared. All was explained, we were involved the whole way, all the way through the eventual C-section, this was after Dr Shalini had gone over and beyond to try and keep our wishes of a natural birth. The C-section was unavoidable for both me and our baby, and was done so well that I was up and walking the same day and have not had any complications since. Everyone who has since seen my scar has paid it compliments (and I normally scar badly), and after 19 days the scar is a distant line. We are wanting to plan more babies and would not consider another but Dr Shalini to be with us all the way. She calmed me, looked after me and reassured me, never leaving me/us feeling alone. Through the whole birth Dr Shalini maintained eye contact and connection with me, I felt constantly looked after. I feel we have parted as more than friends. THANK YOU DR SHALINI

When I had my first appointment with Mr Paluzzi - he was the first person who took my Trigeminal Neuralgia seriously - he understood I . he knew how the excruciating pain and the side effects of the meds were negatively impact ing my quality of life I had struggled with excruciating facial pain and shooting electric shock sensations in my cheek, jaw and around my ear for 5 years . I had pain on eating - brushing my hair - touching my face - cleaning my teeth . It could last for as long as 20 minutes and could fire again within 10 minutes . I had a nerve block at my local hospital which gave me some relief for about 2 weeks but thankfully the anaesthetist at City Hospital had contacted the Neuro team at Queen Elizabeth Hospital and Mr Paluzzi picked up my case I got an appoint ment to see him in his clinic. Mr Paluzzi was able to assure me that something could be done to alleviate my problem .He advised me to have MVD surgery. I had the surgery a couple of weeks later as he predicted it gave me immediate relief. I have my life back - I can do all the things I did before . We travelled a long distance for a specialist blood test for my daughter, and I cannot express how grateful I am for the care we received here. Dr. Fiona Moore who looked after us was truly exceptional — so kind, patient, and deeply respectful with my child. She gave Madison all the time she needed to feel safe and ready, explained everything gently and clearly, and never applied any pressure. Her friendly, calm manner made an experience that could have been very stressful into something positive and manageable. The staff at the clinic were also wonderful — welcoming, understanding, and very supportive throughout our visit. Everyone treated us with kindness and professionalism, which made such a difference to our day. It’s rare to meet a doctor and team who combines such professional skill with genuine warmth and understanding, and we felt completely supported from beginning to end. We are so thankful for the way we were cared for, and would highly recommend this practice to anyone.

I had a lumbar microdiscectomy at St Anthony’s and the care I received was exceptional from start to finish. The staff were incredibly kind, patient and attentive throughout my stay. In the post-operation recovery area, the Irish nurse who looked after me was especially wonderful. I’m so sorry I can’t remember her name — I was still a bit loopy after the anaesthetic — but she was unbelievably kind, gentle and reassuring at a moment when I really needed it. On the ward, Rose was also fantastic. She checked on me regularly, made sure I was comfortable, and was so warm and supportive. Her kindness made the first night after surgery much easier. Overall, the team at St Anthony’s made what could have been a very stressful experience feel calm and safe. I’m really grateful for the care I received and would highly recommend the hospital.

Both my children were under the care of Dr Sarkar for the last few years and I cannot fault the service. Dr Sarkar was always professional, thorough and kind. She diagnosed my daughters privately as we couldn't wait any longer for an NHS diagnosis due to key stages in the girls' lives. it was the best decision made and best money ever spent. Thanks to the detailed reports we managed to get the girls the help and support they needed and we were also able to understand their differences more as parents. The multidisciplinary team is amazing, one of the most helpful things was the cognitive assessment by Dr Edwards, which described in detail what my daughter struggled with and which were her strongest points. Overall we are really happy with the service and we are forever grateful for all the support, advice and help.

Mr Saleh explained in clear detail exactly what the procedure would be. He has a very pleasant manner, also displaying great patience and consideration as I’m not the easiest person to be around sometimes. The outcome of my deep plane facelift was exceptional - the results far exceeded my expectations. Mr Saleh didn’t over play the potential outcome he offered realistic outcomes but to my delight the results were beyond what I’d hoped far. I’m 4.5 years on from the process but the results have held super well, so on that basis I can only recommend to potential patients to look no further. A deserved 5 star ⭐ from me.

I had my annual review with Mr Sarfraz, I’m on year 4 since my diagnosis. For such a difficult time, it is a joy to visit him. I have absolute confidence in his skill and professionalism. The physical exam provides me with huge reassurance. He listens to what I and my husband need to share and answers our questions clearly. It is also nice to have a general catch up about life and what we have all been up to since our last appointment. I honestly do not know what I would do if I had to have my reviews with someone different. An amazingly authentic individual with integrity.

My surgeon was Shohista Saidkasimova and she was really wonderful. She put me at ease during the initial consultation, extremely interested in all my questions and explaining all items of the surgery in layman’s terms. During the operation she asked what kind of music I liked and supplied this in the background, not intrusively but loud enough to provide an excellent distraction. But what really impressed me was the way she interacted with me personally throughout the operation. I have nothing but praise for this lovely lady and would throughly recommend her.

They listed a promotional 10% discount on their website using a coupon code if your total purchase is more than £30. However, at check out when you try and apply the code, you get a strange error message asking you to have at least £30 worth of items in your basket even though the basket total far exceeds the £30 threshold. When I e-mailed them to alert them to this error, the "customer service" agent provided a cold dismissive response, without so much as an apology. Rude staff. Suffice it to say, I did not receive the discount.

As I am severely claustrophobic/cleithrophobic, being in a dentist's chair has traditionally been mega difficult. I have been going to this practice for some years now and they have never failed to be genuinely supportive, kind, pragmatic, responsive to my needs. They have given excellent dental care throughout despite me being a blooming awkward patient! If you are fearful of dentists for whatever reason, I would encourage you to contact these guys, they can be trusted to help.

My hip operation was successful and carried out by Mr Edward Gardner. His professionalism in he listening and explaining about the operation. After the operation Mr Gardner used a vacuum pump on my scar to heal / seal and keep the wound clean; this has worked really well. My scar has closed cleanly. I now feel more confident in my mobility and I have no worries in returning to have the other hip replaced in the future by Mr Gardner.

I visted the 2Me Clinic with Dr. Amaechi for a coil removal that I was extremely nervous for after 1 failed attempt by the NHS. From consultation phone call to the procedure, Dr. Amaechi met me with so much compassion, kindness and understanding.
