I recently had an appointment with Dr Haq and his nurse, and I genuinely could not have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, everything was handled with such professionalism, warmth, and care. Dr Haq was absolutely fantastic — incredibly friendly, approachable, and even brought humour into the appointment, which immediately put me at ease. He took the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly, never making me feel rushed, and ensured I fully understood each step of the process. His calm and reassuring manner made what could have been a stressful situation feel much more manageable. His nurse was equally wonderful — kind, attentive, and supportive throughout. Together, they created such a positive and comfortable environment. The entire process, including examination, scan, and results, was seamless and efficient, all completed within under an hour without ever feeling hurried. I’m so grateful for the care I received and would highly recommend Dr Haq and his team to anyone. An outstanding experience from truly compassionate professionals.

I will rate our experience 9 out of 10 over all There has been tremendous levels of professionalism and support throughout our journey since early 2025. The accuracy and dedication to do their job I have never experienced on my 10 years IVF journey moving from country to country. With Cyprus hospital is being 9 months since I have contacted this clinic, on the transfer day I was panicking but had all my clinical team around me giving hope smiles and best wishes then went back to the UK. Uploading data from previous medical care difficult and I felt some would have been beneficial. Tighten up blood crossmatching, maybe doctor to take the sample and check. ITU nursing staff should not to turn off the monitor because they bleep but investigate the cause. Try to understand the patient is in a different situation and may have useful information to contribute. Whilst a short as possible stay is priority, sometimes logistics for the patient may not work and a plan together might reduce stress. Remember no one wants to be in hospital a minute longer than needed and if asked will explain why they can't fit the exact discharge.

I visited Highgate Sports Medicine practice - staff were friendly and helpful, the place was clean. The MRI department had limited availability - only two days that was mostly fully booked and their administration team was poor. I had to call to chase for a scan (when I was told I’d be contacted, it had been days by this point) and I had to call again to check what prep I needed to do like fasting (which I did need and had I not asked, there may have been consequences).

I find Professor Amitava Banerjee very professional and knowledgeable on his subjects. NHS need very much better Doctors who can treat patients with respect and dignity. Dr Hickey is very knowledgeable; he is an excellent communicator and clearly has many years of experience in his field. He explained my condition and prescribed a course of medication which helped to resolve the issue. The letters to my GP further explained what we had discussed in person. Should there be any future issues, I know where to go.

Dr Eduardo Di Cuffa really takes the time to listen to you, asks meaningful questions and takes a holistic wellness approach. You feel listened to, not rushed and you leave feeling reassured. Dr Eduardo is empathetic, polite, and attentive and communicates things very clearly. I cannot recommend him and Thyme highly enough.
