I am delighted with the outcome of my visit to Derek Ho for JAG Laser treatment. I found him to be very friendly and clear about what to expect. I was so happy they he performed the procedure on my first visit without the need for follow up visits. I arrived with practically no vision in one eye and 90 minutes later I was already able to see more clearly and this improved dramatically over the next few hours. I can recommend Derek Ho without reservation.

Previously I have had a number of eye treatments and surgeries. As an older patient I did not want to stop driving. The first appointment with Mr Hoe was via NHS. He was professional yet approachable and I felt totally at ease. Mr Hoe offered options, factual and truthful information. I choose to opt for private care as I had every faith that Mr Hoe would offer me appropriate care and treatment and would refer me on for further treatment if required. Before, during and after the recommended procedure, Mr Hoe was kind caring and the ultimate professional. I would recommend anyone to request care by Mr Hoe but particular older patients as the level of respect received was outstanding. A 5 star experience! And I am driving confidently once more!

I was very nervous when I arrived but felt much better when I saw all the smiling faces in the unit. I was informed of every detail of what was to happen at every stage by very professional staff and was looked after extremely well by everyone who took part in my care and I cannot thank them enough.I will hopefully have my second cataract removed in about four months in the POW.I will no longer be nervous due to the excellent care I received. Thank you all again.

I was kept informed at all points as given assurance at all times. Follow up information is very useful and in writing so I can recover without more problems.
