On the initial consultation Mr. Ho listened attentively when I described my symptoms and concerns. Responding to questions he gave appropriate and clear answers. Following cataract surgery on both eyes in February 26 at Newmedica Bristol, I still had issues with my eyesight. Mr. Ho diagnosed me with central epithelium basement dystrophy and Bilateral posterior capsule opacity in the left eye. I had an alcohol delamination of the corneal epithelium initially, followed some weeks later by YAG laser capsulotomy. During the procedures Mr. Ho and his team kept me fully at ease. The procedures were completed quickly and I was made fully aware of the post operative pain I would have . I was provided with the relevant medication to alleviate this. Following the procedures my eyesight has greatly improved and my vision is now clear. I judge Mr. Ho's professional and surgical abilities as excellent and would highly recommend his services.

I was a little apprehensive at the prospect of cataract surgery but Mr Ho immediately put me at ease. His relaxed manner as he explained the options and outcomes of surgery made it easy for me to understand what he proposed. I felt confident that I was in safe hands. My care was second to none. Dr Ho was very clear in explaining the procedure from my first consultation through every step. He was very clear during the surgery and it enabled me to stay calm throughout. He was honest about potential pain following the procedure and what to expect during recovery.
