Having had a recent house move (36th in 45 years of marriage) and joining Health Centre as a new patient I was obliged to redo tests including a blood pressure reading to ensure current medications kept being prescribed uninterrupted. Took my BP reading myself in surgery to save time of having to submit it over several days - horrified when it alarmed the receptionist enough to show a doctor who was in the middle of seeing another patient. Was coasting along in happy belief everything more than fine from previous tests a couple of years ago. I then carefully researched Dr Neil Chapman and found out not only that my blood pressure had increased since I last had a 24 hour holter but ditto my BMI and increasing age doesn't help. Dr Neil Chapman gave me good advice and increased my BP medication which had stayed the same since 2012. I felt confident in his expert knowledge, he is easy to talk to and I would be very happy to see him again in the future if necessary.

I feel lucky to have been under Mr Bille's care in recent months. On the basis of my experience I consider him to be an extremely knowledgeable and skilled surgeon and a very clear communicator who shows a lot of care in the way that he interacts with patients. In our initial consultation Mr Bille put me at ease and listened carefully to my description of my symptoms and concerns. He provided a very helpful explanation of the procedures that would form part of my surgery and associated risks and benefits so that I left feeling well informed. The surgery itself went to plan and in the check-ins we had over the following few days while I was in hospital he was kind and reassuring. In our subsequent follow up meeting he took the time to talk me through the histology report, giving me plenty of time to ask questions. Without a doubt the surgery has supported a significant improvement in my symptoms, for which I am extremely grateful.

I had penis filler and it was one of the worst decisions I’ve ever made. I had the filler on the Monday and by Wednesday I was in a&e with a very balloon swollen penis and had to have catheter inserted in my penis for 5 days. I was then rushed for emergency surgery the next morning to remove the filler and infection at the injection site. I was in hospital and 5 days and I’m now under a nhs urologist because the urologist at Moorgate cancelled the video call because he said it was unwell. Once they have your money your on your own and the chances of compilations are a lot higher than what they claim. The office I had my filler was not sterilised and moor like someone’s living room. Once if fully recovered I find out if it’s caused and permanent damage I will be looking to start a medical neglect claim against Moorgate. PLEASE if your thinking about having this done seriously I would re consider. Just use an extender/pump.

I recently had private surgery with Mr Penney and had a really positive experience. I can be quite anxious around medical procedures, appointments etc. but I felt listened to, supported, and treated with genuine care and respect. Mr Penney was friendly, professional and took the time to explain everything clearly and calmly, which helped put me at ease despite my anxiety. I felt reassured and never rushed, and any questions or concerns I had were addressed thoroughly. All of the hospital staff who supported me during my stay were absolutely lovely. Everyone was kind, patient, and reassuring, which made what I find very stressful feel much more manageable and positive. The standard of care before, during, and after the surgery was excellent. I felt very well looked after and supported throughout, and I'm extremely grateful for the care I received.

I was recommend by a local GP where I work to use Enhanced care, reason being is that for over two weeks I could not get into my own Totton GP surgery, calling and being way down the queuing order, I even went in to book an appointment and they said I have to call first thing, both local Pharmacies could do no more other than OTC meds and said you have to see your GP, I very quickly lost faith in my own doctor surgery. Thanks to Enhanced care from the initial online email to phone call, seeing the doctor all on the same day was well worth it, not only did the doctor ask about my current symptoms but also about my general heath and past issues ETC, medication same day and was feeling better within 4 days, highly recommend If your own GP surgery cant help sooner. From consultation to follow up after surgery, you cannot ask for anyone better than Mr. Freites. I felt comfortable and well informed about my surgery and what I could expect afterwards. Unfortunately, they were running behind schedule. About 10 mins after my appointment time I was advised that I would not be seen for around 45 minutes. About 45 mimutes later I was advised that I was next in line. I was eventually seen about 80 minutes after my appointment time. Whilst delay was frustrating the communication was good and understand the delay created by unrealistic time per patient schedule.
