I came to Emilie’s clinic to prepare for surgery and to get help with some ongoing gut health issues. Thanks to her support and guidance, my recovery went really smoothly. She also adjusted her recommendations afterwards to make sure I stayed on track. During the treatment, I ended up with some unrelated muscular discomfort, and Emilie was kind enough to in one of our sessions, offer advice that helped ease that too. One of the biggest things I’ve taken away from working with her is discovering the low FODMAP approach. It’s made a huge difference to my gut health, and the recipes she shared are now household favourites, they’re simple, tasty, and everyone enjoys them. Emilie is incredibly easy to talk to and I always felt comfortable during our sessions. Appointment was at 4:30pm and was told surgery should be at 5:15, after about an hours wait we're told the anesthesiologist has not been told hes working today so isn't there. We were told we'd have to reschedule. Then 5 minutes later we were told to wait and their on their way in so the surgery could be the same day. The anesthesiologist then came in without having read the notes of the surgery and was going to put me under when I only needed an arm block. He had a bad attitude clearly from being called in at about 8pm. The rest of the evening went smoothly but I had to wait till around 9pm to eat again & was did not feel at ease when being prepared for theatre and had to be given anxiety medication as I was very stressed by the anesthesiologists attitude. However the doctor that preformed the surgery and the nurses on the ward were incredibly kind and informative to help keep calm

Prof Ali Al Hussaini provided the most wonderful experience. He was chatty, relaxed and professional throughout. The procedure I had done was done at a pace which suited me (which in my case, at my request, was efficiently and quick!). The procedure (septoplasty) was done to a very high standard and I had no complications. I recovered quickly and was able to carry on with normal life activities after half a week of rest. The results achieved are exactly as desired.

I won’t deny that the first six months were painful but continuing with the prescribed exercises meant that at the end I am completely and absolutely pain free.

All the doctors, psychiatric nurses and reception team are outstanding. It's a small thing, but I wish that there was hand cream supplied in the toilets. This may not be the "fault" of The London Psychiatry Centre as they do not own the building, but they could put in a request to the appropriate people. I spend thousands of pounds there so it would be a small but appreciated gesture. Even my hair dressing salon supplies hand cream!
