I have been under Dr Raza's care for almost 3 years. I first saw him when a spinal MRI showed large fibroid. A few months ago, I had been in more discomfort than before so I decided to see Dr Raza in September. It turned out then after USG that the fibroid grew almost 60% and the additional MRI showed abnormal tissue. Dr Raza decided to perform emergency single-port robotic hysterectomy, an advanced and innovative method in the gynecology field. Although he was fully booked, he prioritised my case. Everything went well, and I recovered within a few weeks. I am so happy and so lucky that I have been under Dr Raza's care. He is an expert in his field, and always devotes more time during consultations to explain everything so that you can make informed decisions about your health. Going forward I will be seeing Dr Raza to monitor my female health.

An excellent experience over all ; - Making an appointment to see Mr. Kevin Oneill was handled both professionally and warmly by Ruby Bhangu . - The receptionist ( sorry can not remember her name )at the welcome desk On Monday 8th 5.oo pm , was again friendly and professional - My appointment with Mr. ONeill was brilliant , clear discussion's and clear explanations for him which made me feel confident and in good hands , his demeanour was excellent and he talked with me in a way that I fully understood. - After my appointment MR. ONeill personally handed me over to the young lady who brought me to his office and she kindly directed me to one of the assistants who booked my MRI and Xray . Both of these team were again very professional but also made me feel they truly cared . Over all I feel extremely thankful to have such support .

My experience at the hospital was excellent from start to finish. The room was extremely comfortable and well appointed, which certainly helped with rest and recovery, but what truly made the experience exceptional was the nursing team. The nurses were absolutely superb in every way — kind, attentive, professional, and endlessly patient. Nothing was ever too much trouble, no matter the time of day or how small the request. I was made to feel safe, cared for, and genuinely supported throughout my stay. First time at Reflex 18 and had had good reports from Colchester Harriers. Was seen by Josh Harvey who went through my running history and then took a look at two niggles (ankle and knee). It was great to go through some of the rehab exercises with Josh to make sure I was confident to do these at home. All in all an great experience and Id have no hesitation in recommending Reflex 18 to others.
