I chose RTN because the wait times seemed reasonable, my whole experience from start to finish exceeded the time frame from 12 weeks to just under a year!! Getting hold of any one on the phone was difficult, limited hours where the phone is open, it says you will be called back within 24 hours, on about 4/5 occasions I was never called back. The alternative is to keep trying being kept in a que which literally takes over an hour, or email which takes them nearly a month to respond! It’s frustrating, upsetting and has really affected my mental health further dealing with RTN. They sent me emails saying I still had questionnaires to repeat which I had already submitted, and after 6 weeks on emails and calls I finally got to speak to someone who said ah yes you have done it all, wasting more time. The assessment itself was okay, felt slightly paced and rushed and I came away thinking how will they know from that short snippet my results. I have had a confirmed Autism diagnosis, however this was sent by email, no warning, just bam you have autism. Could an call not have been set up to speak about this, it felt brutal. And again with the ADHD results I did have a call, why can’t they be combined, and haven’t received an ADHD diagnosis. I have adult traits, but because I can’t remember a lot of my childhood due to trauma it’s not enough to diagnose me, so I can’t try medication. So that’s it, no further help. I feel fobed off, ignored and misunderstood - late diagnosed Autism Explained! Thank you for effecting my mental health further.

I would absolutely recommend this physiotherapist to anyone looking for effective treatment and a supportive approach to recovery.

I recently attended the clinic and saw Dr Peeva. I’d had my 20 week scan through the NHS where some abnormalities were noticed within my baby. I was completely taken back but what I was being told by the doctors and it was incredibly over whelming. I booked in to see Dr Peeva, to see if she could shed some more in depth light on my babies health. Dr Peeva came in to specially see me on her day off as she knew how distressed I was she made the time to fit me in immediately. We sat down and she went through everything verbally and really explained what she would be looking at and what to expect from the appointment. I had a completely in depth scan and Dr Peeva reassured me throughout with everything she was looking at. Peeva then verbally went through everything again and really explained and made myself and my partner feel so much more at ease with the baby. She was incredibly kind and caring but also very informative with what was being told.

I came to gri.msby on Tues 8.30am for a 2nd cataract removing everything well a bit of discomfort but nothing serious Until I woke wed . morning couldn't stand bright lights and alot of pain at the back of my eye.i went into hot sweat n nearly fainted.y husband got me sat down then we decided to ring the emergency number I was told I was 1st in the queue waited 45mins no reply I rang Brigg the answer phone said staff training day leave. Message and we'll get back to U in the next 24hrs what a load of rubbish I was going to go to A.&E but thought better of it I was very disappointed that nobody rang me back even Kay on reception said she would call this morning Waited n waited no. Call Fortunately I went to bed had good sleep woke at 2.30pm eye back to normal. But. This could have been a different story there was nobody I could get hold off regards Pauline

The care was exceptional, the staff were incredibly attentive and caring. The facility was very clean and well maintained and the procedure was completely on schedule. From start the finish the experience was fantastic (considering you are never happy to be having surgery!) the team made you feel comforted and looked after. I liked the original Harley Street premises, but OneWelbeck is a modern, clean and attractive building, handy for central London and Tube. Have been having telephone consultations with Professor Panay, but time permitting I will happily make the journey for a face to face visit in future. Prof. Panay is always very thorough and professional and quickly puts you at ease with his friendly, relaxed manner.

Mr Abu-Rajab bed side manor was excellent. He was very informative & compationate, providing me with the confidence & reassurance I needed. In October 2025, Mr Abu-Rajab carried out my a full left knee replacement. I was so happy with the result and the level of service I received, I then arranged for Mr Abu-Rajab to carry out a full knee replacement on my right knee. I can't speak & recommend highly enough Mr Abu-Rajab & the high level of service he provided.

She always got back to me really quickly and often after normal hours, so I really appreciated it. The facilities generally are excellent and easy to find. I couldn't really be happier with the end to end process not just the surgery that was carried out, i felt like i was in really good hands with everyone I had to deal with.
