I cannot speak highly enough of the care and professionalism I received. I initially made an appointment on a Wednesday and was seen promptly on the Saturday at exactly my scheduled time. From the outset, I felt listened to and never rushed. My concerns were taken seriously, and I was given an examination along with clear, reassuring explanations. What particularly impressed me was the speed and efficiency with which everything was arranged. Further tests were organised within days of my appointment, and the results were available within days of those investigations being completed. I then received a follow-up telephone consultation to discuss everything in detail. Throughout the whole process, I found Professor Garg to be exceptionally professional, knowledgeable and reassuring. It was clear that he genuinely listened and cared, and I felt fully informed and supported at every stage. The entire experience was first class, and I would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

I found the process being extremely informative, time was taken to explore my condition in detail and then the possible pathways going forward. This is very different to my NHS hospital care experiences.

Prof Garg was excellent throughout the entire process. He took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, explain the findings in clear and understandable terms, and ensure that all appropriate investigations were carried out. What particularly impressed me was his thoroughness and attention to detail. He reviewed my ECGs, echocardiogram and ambulatory monitoring comprehensively, sought a colleague's opinion for additional reassurance, and arranged further specialist review and cardiac MRI to provide complete peace of mind. Despite the complexity of the investigations, he remained approachable, patient and reassuring throughout. Communication was prompt, and I received detailed follow-up information very quickly after my appointment. I would highly recommend Prof Garg to anyone seeking expert cardiology advice. His professionalism, expertise and genuine care for his patients are outstanding.

My recent visit to see Dr Garg was excellent. From entering the waiting room I was seen very quickly, no waiting and was earlier than scheduled appointment time. On explaining my symptoms I felt he listened to me thoroughly and asked questions to get a better understanding of my symptoms. I felt very at ease in what could have been a very stressful situation for some people. Dr Garg was very clear on the next steps forward in arranging for further tests. Dr Garg took the time to contact me to check I had made an appointment for one of the tests and even took the time to call me to discuss the results. Overall the service I received was excellent. Dr Garg was very welcoming, made me comfortable, clear in communicating and I would highly recommend.

This was the first meeting I have had since January 2025. Despite that and all the paperwork that I brought with me, Dr Garg was able to get to the important matters very quickly and send a thorough document to the Medical Centre and my self on the very same day.
