Miriam was absolutely great, made me feel at ease and gave me a very thorough Mummy MOT. She answered all of my questions and explained things thoroughly. I came away feeling like I'd learned a lot about my body and how to assist in recovery going forward. I came a long way to see her based on her experience, and it was worth the journey - I'd recommend her to any new mums.

I can't recommend Miriam highly enough - and already have to several people. She's an amazing pelvic health physio. Reassuring, thorough, discreet, understanding - genuinely all words I would use to describe Miriam and the care she provides. Prior to my first pregnancy I had no idea pelvic health physios even existed. 2 children and some pelvic floor dysfunction later, I think they are an essential part of the postnantal, and even antenatal, period. I saw Miriam both during and after my second pregnancy, and am so glad that I did, as she gave me confidence and reassurance that I dont think I could have got anywhere else. I'd recommend a Mummy MOT with Miriam postnatally to anyone, whether they have concerns about their pelvic floor or not. Can honestly say that I'm so glad I found her, and its great to that know I can book an appointment with her whever I may feel I need one in future. Thank you Miriam.
