Attended an appointment regarding a mystery lump in hand. Was given a clear explanation with options to consider. Was not talked down to or baffled with jargon. Was given a clear diagnosis and reassured. Mr Sehjal was personable, smiled amd put me at ease from first exchange . Good eye contact, and made to feel welcome even though this was a mid evening appointment that must have been an inconvenience. If only all consultations were as pleasant as this.
