Dr Noma Mathe

Dr Noma Mathe is a UK-trained Consultant Dermatologist with extensive expertise in the diagnosis and management of a wide range of skin conditions, including inflammatory dermatological disorders and skin cancer. She completed her medical education at the University of Nottingham, where she obtained both a Bachelor of Medical Sciences and her medical degree, before going on to complete core medical training and specialist training in Dermatology in the West Midlands.

Driven by her passion for dermatology, Dr Mathe has presented cases internationally at the American Academy of Dermatology and nationally at the British Association of Dermatologists annual meeting, as well as at the Royal Society of Medicine, where she received a prize in recognition of her work.

In her NHS role, Dr Mathe is a key member of the dermatology team at Walsall Healthcare NHS Trust, a respected centre for dermatological care.

Alongside her clinical responsibilities, Dr Mathe has previously contributed to academia as a co-editor of the high-impact journal Clinical and Experimental Dermatology. She is passionate about advancing public and professional understanding of skin health, helping to ensure access to up-to-date knowledge and developments in dermatology.

Dr Mathe is known for her empathetic and patient-centred approach. She understands the significant physical and psychological impact that skin conditions can have and strives to create a supportive, reassuring environment where patients feel comfortable, informed, and confident in their care.
