The experience on the day of surgery were excellent but there was a 6 week delay from the previous one was very disappointing as I had to keep phoning to find out what if anything was happening & although the manager came and appologised to me that day I should not have been kept in the dark for so long. I hope lessons have been learnt for the sake of other patients

Had to wait 45 minutes to see a consultant. Then couldn’t find a room to do the consultation.
