Charlotte is simply incredible. From the first consultation through to the delivery of my child, really important to me - I felt safe, confident and in the presence of a true expert at the top of her game! I was always informed, put at ease, and knew I was in the most capable hands. Charlotte is authentic, approachable, caring and surrounds herself with incredibly talented and great people within her team. This really adds to the overall experience. I was under Charlotte’s care from 12 weeks onwards, and she was amazing throughout my pregnancy. As a first-time mum, I felt quite anxious at times, but Charlotte’s calm and confident manner really reassured that I was in good hands. She always took the time to answer my questions and made me feel genuinely supported. My C-section was an incredibly calm and positive experience, and I’m so grateful that Charlotte helped make the birth of my son such a beautiful and memorable one. I couldn’t have asked for a better consultant, and I would wholeheartedly recommend Charlotte to anyone looking for outstanding care throughout their pregnancy and birth.

Charlotte was my consultant for my first baby, throughout my pregnancy and for my C section delivery. She has a very calm, caring and professional manner. I felt well supported and I trusted her. I had a great experience delivering my first baby with Charlotte. As a first-time mother to be, Charlotte was exactly what I wanted - very experienced, calm and reassuring. I especially appreciated her responsiveness: she was always super quick to respond whenever I contacted her, whether via e-mail, phone or Whatsapp. During the latter stages of my pregnancy (when there were a few potential concerns at play), Charlotte was fantastic: she scheduled as many appointments as I wanted / needed, she was very calm in the face of anything worrying and provided very clear explanations and recommendations. I would highly recommend her!

Charlotte helped deliver my second daughter. It was such a wonderful experience being looked after by her. I felt I had her total support, and she listened to all my concerns so well. The delivery was beautiful and I felt so calm in her care.

It was my first pregnancy and so my first delivery. So the doctor's professionalism and experience were essential for everything to go practically perfectly. A vaginal delivery without complications, and I found the comfort and support I needed at that moment. She made everything calm and easy, and instilled a great sense of security in me at all times. I can't recommend her enough. Forever grateful.

I cannot recommend Dr Deans highly enough. From the moment I came under her care, I felt in safe, expert hands — and that confidence only grew throughout my pregnancy and delivery. Dr Deans guided me through my pregnancy with clarity and reassurance, especially in light of the fact I had gestational diabetes. Her advice was practical, thorough, and always delivered with calm confidence. She was equally exceptional in navigating my induction and delivery, ensuring I understood every decision and felt empowered throughout. What truly set Dr Deans apart was her bedside manner. She is warm, attentive, and genuinely present. Every concern I raised was taken seriously and responded to promptly. I never once felt dismissed or rushed. She listened, she reassured, and she acted. That sense of being truly heard and respected made an enormous difference, especially during such a vulnerable and important time. Thanks to Dr Deans’ skill and care, the birth of my son was a wonderful experience — one I will always look back on with deep gratitude. She is an obstetrician who combines clinical excellence with genuine compassion.

We could not have had a more brilliant experience with Charlotte. If you are looking for an extremely kind, clever and competent obstetrician who will go out of her way to give you the best care possible, she is the one for you!

Honestly, myself, my husband and our new daughter are forever indebted to Charlotte. Her care, consideration and kindness is unparalleled and we would not have made it through the difficult pregnancy and therefore be able to be the confident and capable parents we are set out to be today if it wasn’t for her support, guidance and practise/experience. I cant imagine anyone who could do this job better and should I ever have anymore children she is the only person that has created the space for me to feel as though I could possibly do it all again. She saved my mind and my body and gave me my daughter safely and in the most magical manner. Clear, concise, safe and meticulous. The list could go on.
