Mr Duncan is a kind, caring & professional man who made me feel at ease from my first appointment. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending him. His secretary also makes the whole process run smoothly too.

My overall experience with Mr Duncan was one of professionalism alongside a caring and compassionate manner which made me feel at ease with the treatments received. I had lots of questions and he always took the time to explain and concerns I had.

Mr Duncan is absolutely brilliant. He really listens, his manner is fantastic, I feel "heard" and he offers practical solutions and proper follow ups.

Having suffered some very unpleasant menopausal symptoms and having had an unsuccessful time resolving these via my GP practice, I attended Mr Duncan’s clinic at Spire. ( Norwich) as a new patient. Treatment plan for HRT initiated and 8 weeks later a complete turnaround in my lethargy, flushes and generally “demented” mood swings. One review appointment necessary which was also very helpful. I highly rate the confidentiality, knowledgeable and sympathetic approach Mr Duncan provided. Excellent communication from his secretary and kind, professional staff at his outpatient service.

From my first consultation at the end of December to having my operation at the end of March, I’ve been extremely impressed with Tim. Everything was clearly explained to me, a lot of care & consideration was given and the decision to go ahead with surgery was an easy one. Having a laparoscopic hysterectomy uncovered endometriosis which I didn’t know I had and I am now feeling so much better & without pain. I’ve since been discharged and am extremely grateful for the whole process.

Having spent three years waiting for answers, he was able to provide these and act accordingly to address my health concerns in a quick timeframe. As someone who can get very anxious and overwhelmed, he made this experience comfortable and I am extremely grateful to him.
