I was extremely lucky to have been under the care of Mr Duncan for diagnosis, surgery and aftercare. He has a kind, caring and calm manner and is the consumate prodessional. I never felt rushed and he took my pain seriously. I would recommend him without reservation.

Mr Duncan was exceptional as always. Explanation of my treatment plan for the future waa very informative. Mr Duncan has a very caring nature.

Mr Duncan always listens attentively, making me feel heard and that my questions/concerns are valid. He takes copious notes, ensuring there is a clear record of my visits. He is personable but also conscious of the appropriate time needed for an appointment so that I am not at Spire longer than I have to be there.

Mr Duncan is very professional, helpful and caring. From my first appointment with him, through surgery and up to follow up, he has always been friendly, caring and kind, with great listening and surgical skills. Mr Duncan has shown empathy and compassion throughout my care. He always had a smile on his face, regardless of how long or stressful his day had been. I highly recommend his care to anyone who needs a gynaecologist. His secretary was also very helpful, kind and friendly.

Every time I have visited Mr Duncan I have been greeted by friendly staff, seen punctually and been treated extremely professionally, kindly and listened to. Mr Duncan told me on my first consultation that my life would be changed and he was absolutely right. I am so grateful for the care I have been given. Mr Duncan’s secretary is so efficient, kind and professional too. She replies to emails promptly and always sorts out what’s needed. And the nurse, Tracey who has taken bloods on numerous occasions is a friendly smiley lady! I cannot recommend this service enough. It’s been life changing for me. Keep up the great work!
