I cannot recommend Mr Sam Norton and the team at Spire Norwich highly enough. From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless, professional, and genuinely reassuring. I arrived at the hospital at 6:45am and was settled into my room within minutes. Everything moved so efficiently—I was admitted, prepped, and in surgery within an hour and a half, yet at no point did anything feel rushed. Every member of staff I encountered was kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and cared for. A special mention must go to Kellie, Mr Norton’s nurse, who was absolutely incredible. She was so warm, reassuring, and attentive throughout the entire process. From my very first consultation, Mr Norton inspired complete confidence. He is not only highly skilled but also incredibly personable and thorough. He took the time to listen carefully, explain everything in detail, and ensure I felt fully informed and comfortable with my decision. On the day of surgery, his calm and confident manner made everything feel straightforward and stress-free. Having undergone a similar procedure in the past, I was expecting a comparable experience and recovery—but this experience was on another level entirely.
