Had appointment for ear wax removal. Arrived at wrong address as was unaware that location had moved, luckily spotted new location across the road. Receptionist was not welcoming and was more interested in arranging diary on computer with her colleague. Was informed during my ear examination that there was inflammation in one of my ears and that report would be emailed to me for my GP, never received report. Audiologist was very pushy on when my last hearing test was and had keep repeating that I just want ear wax removal. I have been coming to Ruislip ear care for many years but none of the staff that day were familiar to me and when booking there was no choice of practitioner. No sign of Jo Jolly or Paul so maybe under new ownership?

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We had some issues with the online portal specifically in relation to forms it was unclear what forms we needed to complete. We were coming for a couples fertility not however there was a form called egg reserve which at the very beginning asks what you would like to happen with your eggs. As we weren't doing ivf we didnt complete this form only to be notifed much later that we needed to but ignore that question. Would be better if this form was renamed and the questions reworded. The system also continues to email me daily stating that I have outstanding tasks when I have completely everything and asked to be no longer notified.

Had a consultation today with Dr Perkin who diagnosed my 14 month old son’s egg allergy. First of all, Dr Perkin saw us at very short notice for which we were very grateful. From the moment Dr Perkin came to meet us in the meeting room, he put us at ease with his engaging manner. He explained everything in lots of detail and was clear about next steps, answering all my questions and allaying my concerns. Overall seeing Dr Perkin (and his wife Dr Thomas who carried out the testing) was an excellent and positive experience and we can’t recommend enough.

I would first like to say it was SIMPLY MAGIC ! Fantastic Operation by Mr Gok Ratnarajan on Both Eyes which i would recommend to others. The process was easy and both eyes were done in only 40 mins. Mr Gok Ratnarajan the surgeon was clear with his communication and has a professional calming approach explaining each step clearly. Also, the Team were professional and clear on processes and further post operation steps. Finally i wouldn't hesitate in recommending Mr Gok Ratnarajan and his team.

I have now had two cataract procedures completed with Newmedica in Plymouth and both times the staff and experience have been excellent. All staff were friendly, polite and helpful. When discussing appointments on the phone they went out of their way to be flexible and try and make appointments work around my busy diary. The staff were empathetic to my anxiety around touching my eyes and incredibly supportive at all times. To a person they deserve the highest praise. Thank you

I ruptured a hamstring at DL Cambridge at ~12.30pm - I was completely immobile and in pain. I booked an appointment at the Perfect Balance clinic with Alex at 2pm. After assessment, She was able to apply a compression dressing which allowed me to stand and walk to the car to be driven home. Further detailed assessment is planned in around 7 days. I am most grateful for access to such expertise and experience so soon after sustaining the injury.

No one wants surgery but I can honestly say the process from start to finish with Graham has been fantastic. He went through what was needed to be done, the time scales, costs etc and fitted it in to suit me! Lorna his PA responded to messages near enough instantly. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Not that I want any more surgery, but if I did, I would not hesitate to return to GTS
