I met Dr. Peter Hill at the Cleveland Clinic on 29th November 2025. It appeared to be a very busy clinic, but Dr. Hill took his time to see me. Dr. Hill was extremely professional and focused . He took a comprehensive medical history, performed a meticulous clinical examination, and carefully reviewed all previous investigations by by Urologist and GP which I had sent across to Rosie in advance. Dr. Hill provided a clear and detailed explanation of my kidney situation and set out an appropriate plan for ongoing monitoring. He took my my parents medical history into consideration and relevant blood markers to be included for me, promptly arranging a specific scan. His manner was calm, respectful, and reassuring throughout. This was one of the most thorough and patient centred consultations I have ever experienced. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Hill to anyone seeking expert nephrology care.

I was intrigued by the services offered, as they seemed too good to be true. I'm a mid-life woman, starting to worry more about my overall health and wellbeing but didn't want to burden the NHS with curiosity! I really just wanted to have an MOT, to spot any underlying issues or potential health concerns. I was really impressed with the whole set up - state of the art machines, beautiful and clean building - with the most relatable, down-to-earth and professional team of experts. I felt in safe hands, and I had all the advice, tests and support I needed to give me a 12 month clean bill of health but with some advice on how to improve and maintain my health and wellbeing. This was my 2nd visit to the Women’s Hormone Health Clinic at the One Hospital Ashford. I thought that at 67 I was too old to take HRT having been fobbed off 25yrs ago & so just battled on but I bravely made an appointment with Lexi Minter. My well being has changed in so many ways in only three months from starting an HRT course tailored for my age and concerns. My skin has improved so much & doesn’t feel it’s going to fall off. I have my energy back in spades & im advised my bones will also benefit. It goes to show it’s never too late to start HRT & I know I’m getting the best guidance.

All members of the team are friendly and welcoming. They have personality and engage with patients. Everything appears to be well organised and runs smoothly. The clinic is clean and fresh. All instructions/requests are explained in a helpful clear manner and staff are attentive and go the extra mile. All staff impress as being very caring. During a recent stay for surgery, everyone with whom I came into contact was very kind and helpful. I felt like I was in very safe hands.

I would very highly recommend the Clayton ward. We have had two babies there and were really well looked after by kind, happy staff (doctors, midwives, assistants, catering and reception) who taught us a huge amount about how to care for a newborn. Having access to 121 support from midwives anytime day or night is just invaluable. The food was very good (for hospital food) and we genuinely looked forward to it each day - it really helped us recover as sleep deprived parents.

The London Clinic offers such a comfortable and clean environment, clinical in all the right ways, but still homely and warm. It feels far less “hospital-like” than most medical settings, which really helped me relax. The staff were all friendly, welcoming, and genuinely approachable from the moment I walked in. And the unlimited coffee on tap was a lovely touch! Overall, a calm, high quality clinic experience that made a big difference to my visit.

My session with Mr Hunt was a very positive and, dare I say, pleasurable experience. I came in nervous and anxious. He calmed me down very smoothly and took me through the scan results in a professional and friendly manner. He answered my questions expertly and simply, helping me understand every single detail with relative ease. I left in a great mood, with my spirits uplifted. It was a very good session, and I felt well taken of by Mr Hunt.

Was a little confused and concerned with all the last minute changes for surgery, then to be told and left waiting in a room for surgery to then say ur appointment was not the appointment time when u came in on our computer so they did change my appointment time! Other than that surgeon was fantastic brilliant and friendly After Care - as given a bag of meds and a latter and cards for the doctor with no sore dressings for wound area.

Spire was brilliant. Clean, Friendly staff, fast process (MRI in just a few days for example). I had a nerve block injection at Murrayfield and I had my own room which was spotless, all the staff were great from the nurse in the ward to the surgeon via the person who brought me lunch (which I could pick off a menu). Would highly recommend (though don’t injure yourself in the first place if you can help it)
