I would like to ask whether you recommend that I continue the medication. If so, my current prescription lasts month, I may need to request more, as I found that only the first medication I used is available in Saudi Arabia.

I visited the doctor for my child, who was experiencing muscle pain in his chest whenever he got tired during physical training. From the very beginning, the doctor was polite, friendly, and extremely professional. He explained each part of the diagnosis step by step and clearly outlined what he planned to do throughout the treatment. He carefully drilled down into every test to identify the root cause, which gave me a lot of confidence. He was very patient and thorough, making sure everything was clearly understood before moving forward. He also created a safe and comfortable space for parents to ask questions and answered every single question with great patience and clarity. Firstly what a lovely man dr vani is , so positive and caring . When I came to see dr vani I couldn’t have been in a lower point and was desperate for help. He urgently dealt with my situation and gave me hope when I didn’t feel like I had any . He was fantastic and aftercare he gave was totally different to everything I had been told before . It’s been a slow difficult recovery but I have now been discharged . If you have gastrointestinal issues there is nobody better . And as doctor vani said as I left “ if you ever need me I will be here “

This was my final post operative check up after my ear operation. Dr Cresswall has a pleasant manner and explains everything in detail in a way that is easily understandable. Throughout my treatment, from the initial appointment, through my operation and post operative check ups, Dr Cresswell has been excellent. I will need an operation on my other ear and I have no problem being looked after by Dr Cresswell. I know I am in a safe pair of hands.

Everything about the procedure was fine. The nursing staff were fantastic and really looked after me. The only thing that I would mention was one of the receptionists (who was quite elderly brown hair and petite) was very abrupt to the point of being rude. I didn’t get her name but if I had it done would’ve mentioned it on here.

This is just the beginning, so let me see how I progress, but I have information which was delivered with care and kindness. Hospital car parking is another story.

The surgery itself was amazing despite being anxious - the team were very friendly and focused on making you relax. The aftercare visit was in line with this.
