Treatment was on time and carried out quickly and efficiently
Dr. Thing was extremely professional in his explanation of what he was going to do, the risks associated and in the actual injection. I've had significant relief from the injection, which has allowed me to resume the strengthening work I need to support long-term knee health.
The whole process was seamless from the initial enquiry and quote right through to the day of the injection. I was recommended the clinic by a colleague and I in turn will recommend it.
My consultant was patient, articulate friendly and inquisitive about my situation. He went through all the possibilities and outcomes I was reassured that I had made the right decision by coming to this clinic and I would recommend it
I came to see Dr. James Thing at the injection clinic for carpal tunnel symptoms and arthritis in my thumb. I brought my own X-rays, and he also carried out a thorough examination, including an ultrasound. He explained clearly that the most effective treatment would be 2 injections in the affected areas. The injections were administered with great care, and he took the time to outline what I should expect over the following week. It’s now been 5 days, and I’m already feeling a significant improvement. I would definitely recommend Dr. James Thing.
My second visit to Clinic and Dr James Thing. This time for issues with ankle. Dr Thing asked questions regarding the ankle and a few exercises to ascertain problem areas and carried out ultra sound and explained this to me. Best option forward was injection which was pain free and advice on what to watch out for etc. Also recommended a follow up with podiatrist at portobello too. Great service for start to finish special mention to Luvena who was most helpful and professional.
Dr.was curious and confident ,and polite. Explained the exact problem though U/S on shoulder .
The clinic itself is excellent — very clean, well-organized, and welcoming. The reception staff were polite, professional, and helpful, which made the whole visit smooth and stress-free. From check-in to departure, everything was handled efficiently. I had a very positive experience overall and would happily recommend this clinic.
