Well what can I say!!!! What an amazing dream team of doctors. After a frozen IVF transfer I’m now pregnant :) This would not have happened without the most amazing team around me. From the first line of support, the questions to ease my mind they were with me every step of the way. They were always at the end of the phone if I needed anything even if it was something small. I would choose this clinic over and over million times! Thank you for everything you have my family dreams come true. Please note this review is for Dr Venki and Braithwaite but sadly I can’t select both options.
My recent visit was a follow-up following gynae surgery. I was very satisfied with every aspect of the appointment and consultation. Delightful Nurse assisted mr Braithewaite though I did struggle to understand her but she was very smiley and made me feel very comfortable.
I had several visits to the clinic to see Dr Jeffrey. My experience with the clinic and the Doctor was great including high professionalism and experience of the Doctor and also amazing service and very professional and warm attitude from the whole team.
Mr Braithwaite is incredibly professional, calming and reassuring. He puts you at ease, answered every question thoroughly and patiently, and each procedure was carried out with zero pain or discomfort. It was my first visit, but I would only see Mr Braithwaite from here on out. His team were also wonderful and incredibly helpful with scheduling and follow ups.
Overall good but atmosphere has changed in the last year and much less personal and welcoming since Chloe left and there is a constant change of office staff. Just not the personal amazong service it used to be
Mr. Braithwaite is personable efficient and thorough. He makes you feel like you’re in safe hands. 5 stars! As are all his supporting staff!
Mr Braithewait is fantastic, he is very understanding and clearly extremely knowledgeable. He makes you feel at ease.
I recently visited for my yearly check-up. As always my visit was of the highest standard.
Top service , highly recommended , super professional doctor
