An outstanding specialist who always suported us and stayed in touch even on weekends. You can approach Lois with any question, and she will always calm you down and do her best to help. Lois managed to arrange a trigger replacement( I stored it not as per guydance) within just one hour, which was truly incredible. Thank you so much!

My IVF journey is something I’ll never forget, and so much of that is because of the incredible care and support I received from Lois. She created such a sense of trust and calm throughout the entire journey, and I will always be so grateful for the care she gave me.
