All went very well and I received great care. There was a bit of a wait to get into theatre, and perhaps a more staggered arrival for patients would be good. Although this may not be feasible or practical. The pre-op notes might want to include info about taking out contact lenses etc. I brought my glasses just in case (and from experience of IVF) but it would be good to know in advance of the appointment. I have just been sent the post op note which was really quick - appreciate that a lot! Sabrina was great too!

I had an SIS and HyCosy which was organised by our fertility company. Dr Subramanian was great, he listened and asked questions about our journey. Throughout the procedure he explained what he was doing and checked in on the pain as I had voiced that this was a concern. I would definitely recommend Dr Subramanian.

I went to see Dr. Venkatesh after experiencing very heavy bleeding and unusual uterine contractions. With a family history of cancer and my symptoms, I was very anxious. During my ODP visit, he immediately put me at ease, personally carried out my scan, explained everything clearly, and reassured me throughout. He gave me honest advice and gave me options & time to decide, and my surgery was arranged quickly. What meant the most was that he came to see me himself after my operation to reassure me and explain the next steps. His kindness, honesty, and genuine care made a difficult time so much easier.
