As an expat in the UK going through this process without my mum around, it was especially hard at times - but Shalini was a consistently warm and welcoming presence I could rely on and have genuine, open conversations with. From start to finish, she was incredibly flexible with appointments, more than generous with her time, and very responsive - constantly going above and beyond to ensure that you feel heard and cared for, no matter how silly a question may seem. She approaches everything with a pragmatism that my husband and I truly appreciated, clearly and simply explaining the benefits and drawbacks of the many decisions you face during pregnancy. She is also incredibly patient, giving you the space and support to make those decisions at your own pace. My husband and I would not hesitate to recommend her and will absolutely be having any future deliveries with her.

I had both lenses replaced with the Galaxy Multifocal including Toric lenses. I was nervous about eye surgery, let alone with both eyes. However, there was no need. The operation was quick and painless and the recovery fine-very straightforward. Right from the initial consultation, the whole process was very smooth. Explanations were always clear and I had plenty of opportunities to ask questions. The whole team, John, the nurses at Tetbury and the admin team were always very reassuring and friendly and if I had any queries, they always got back to me very quickly and efficiently. I have just had my 4 week follow up consultation and my near, mid and distance vision are all good. I haven't needed any glasses since the operation and that includes reading and a very screen based job! I'm very glad I had the operation. My sight is so much better. On visiting consultant Subhajit Ghosh a prescription was given to the nurse to be ordered for my next appointment as it was something that was not kept in stock at OSD. I needed to check my diary to see if I could make this next appointment at OSD Healthcare in Hemel Hempstead to have the prescription or, see the consultant at Spire Hospital on another day. On checking my diary I found I could make it and I phoned and arranged an appointment with Subhajit Ghosh. Unfortunately, the prescription had not been ordered so when I turned up for my next appointment I was unable to have my treatment and I would have to see him again another time. I appreciate mix ups happen but thought OSD Healthcare should check their procedures in instances such as this, so that prescriptions are ordered once patients have confirmed they can make future appointments.

I can not speak more highly of the care I received from Reproclinic, in particular or Medical Coordinator, Karin, and Dr Alicia Hernández. Being an international patient, I was concerned about how it was all going to work, given so much of the preparation is done remotely. I need not have worried. Karin's response times to my many (many) emails were always quick and her replies provided the information and reassurances I required. I am please to say that we welcomed our healthy baby boy a couple of weeks ago, following our first IVF cycle with Reproclinic. This was on the back of 15 failed rounds in my home country. The result speaks for itself. Thank you Karin and Dr Alicia. I look forward to seeing you both again when we return to Barcelona for our second child.

I am absolutely terrified of the dentist but recently I was suffering from toothache so really had to put my big girl pants on and book an appointment with one. I was recommended Dentalia by a friend so gave them a call. From the first call to book an appointment to actually receiving the treatment was first class. They were all so friendly, kind and patient with me, and put me at ease. I have actually booked an appointment to go back for a proper checkup which believe me I didn’t think I would ever do. I would highly recommend Dentalia, so give them a call if you have phobia like me.

Overall a good experience except the wait time for the report. The clinicians were professional and friendly. The administration staff were also professional and helpful. The reports are very thorough, clear and professional. The report was over 4 weeks past the date it was expected / had been told. This proved to be extremely stressful. For me it would have been better to advertise a longer wait time and deliver it sooner rather than the other way around. Of course I accept that delays can occur. Overall a good experience and would recommend. Thank you.

I went to see Dr Dehabadi regarding ptosis repair eyelid surgery. After some eye tests revealed I had cataract Dr Dehabadi advice was that if I were to think about cataract surgery in a couple of years it would compromise the eyelid surgery. I am so glad that I took his advice and had cataract and lens replacement surgery. I could not be happier and it has changed my life I could not believe how quickly I had perfect vision after so many years. It's absolutely amazing
