Selina was absolutely fantastic — kind, professional, gentle, and very attentive to my comfort. She explained everything clearly and made sure I felt safe and relaxed at every step. After months of waiting on the NHS I went to see Mr Bailey. After my initial consultation I felt such relief as not only was there a clear plan of what we were going to do, but relief came from being actively listened to about my injury and my concerns. Ultimately we made the decision that keyhole surgery for my medial meniscal tear was the best option. The daily pain I was in, I often described as a persistent dull ache but it was gone almost immediately after surgery. Since the surgery I have felt like a new person. Mr Bailey remembered a comment I made about my concerns on looking after my young children with the lack of mobility. I was pleased not only to get my full motion back thanks to his skill but found him so personable with the fact that he remembered this comment several months later at my final consultation. in for umbilical hernia operation. Staff were first class from arrival through to leaving next day lunchtime. So caring and professional they took lots of the stress out of a stressful time. Room was clean and spacious enough. Dressing gown and under gown provided. Special thanks to Mia for looking after myself and wife when we arrived. The anaesthetist was kind and humorous helping me relax even more and I was completely reassured by the calmness and professionalism of everyone. Thanks also to the team preparing me for the op and Ms Darrien for performing the surgery successfully on the day. Special mention to Emma in the recovery area for looking after me and being so kind. Also to Sophie and John on the ward. Food was also first class. Really enjoyed the breakfast! Can’t recommend highly enough

Dr. Jayaram was very kind, professional and attentive throughout the consultation and was very thorough when examining my eyes. He was reassuring as he explained the medical condition of my eyes in clear and simple terms and the options that may be available to me in the future. He was also very patient in having to repeat things to me. He made me feel at ease. I would highly recommend Dr. Jayaram. If in the future I need the reassurance I am looking for, I would definitely arrange to see Dr. Jayaram again. I also received the report of my consultation a few hours after my visit. Very impressive and very efficient. Ms Maddie Kurri the practice manager was excellent throughout in communicating with me and arranging my appointment. Thank you both.

The clinicians have been excellent, the admin absolutely terrible. It’s impossible to talk to someone over the phone and emails are replied to with at least a week to 10 days wait. When I had any issues I just couldn’t get the issues dealt with. For example, I couldnt find my email link for my online assessment and I emailed to ask for a new link 5 days before the assessment, and they replied after the assessemt date. For people who have adhd this is so desperately unhelpful. Despite the clinicians being excellent, I could never recommend RNT because of how awful I have found the admin side of the experience. Still now if I had an issue I know I wouldn’t be able to contact anyone.

I had an appointment today with ultrasound specialist Vera Medic, and I couldn’t be more impressed. She is an exceptional professional, highly knowledgeable, meticulous, and truly dedicated to her patients. Throughout the scan, she was incredibly thorough and explained every step with clarity and care, which made me feel completely at ease. Vera was recommended to me by an acquaintance whose life she quite literally saved by diagnosing a condition that others had overlooked. After my own experience, I fully understand why she is held in such high regard. I’m deeply grateful for her expertise and compassion and would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone seeking top quality care.

Impossible to speak to anyone in Cambridge which was very frustrating. am used to being seen privately and this did not come up to the usual standard. Although the staff were very polite and friendly I felt that nobody was sure what to do and did not fill me with confidence. I have never gone privately and only seen the surgeon on the day of the operation with no follow up appointment with the actual surgeon. I was left with a cut on the skin to the left of my eye and an indentation across my eyebrow which I feel had probably been caused by the clamp used to keep my eyelid open. I was left feeling that for some reason the private sector in Cambridge was struggling. A great pity.

There was a massive time delay in getting my discharge letter/documents After lots of emails to Binley and Coventry ( possibly some to “ differing addresses “ , I admit ) phone calls ( no call backs as promised) I eventually received an email from Binley with the discharge document attached IT WAS WRONG ! I have asked for another ACCURATE letter I feel “ a look into “ your ADMINISTRATIVE SYSTEMS should be immediately undertaken Angela said she would “ close my file “ , perhaps a shade early considering the happenings By the way your documentation quotes a 15 minute walk from Coventry Railway station to your Binley site …..,…… MORE LIKE AN HOUR ! Mr Attilakos was incredibly attentive, calm and encouraging every step of the way through our pregnancy. He had endless patience for our first-time parents to be and kept an encyclopaedic knowledge to reassure and take action where needed. During labour, he was very present and warm and we are so incredibly grateful to have him be the one to welcome our daughter. We trust him completely. I walked away from labour with such a positive experience that helped buoy me into those delicate newborn weeks with strength and confidence, and Mr Attilakos was a large reason for that.

Just a couple of things… Firstly, during the pre-assessment appointment with the specialist nurse, I was informed that a catheter would be inserted by the anaesthetist - which is incorrect! (think it’s the nurse, but it was important to me as I knew the anaesthetist personally) Secondly, please move the wall clock in the room! Following surgery when you’re lying awake during what feels like an endless night, it would be good to be able to know what time it is.

Dr Sen is first class in his field and his bedside manner is exceptional. Going to my appointments was something I looked forward to. He is, to me, Dr Sensational.
