Excellent private knee MRI experience I had a very positive experience with my private knee MRI. The booking process was quick and straightforward, and I was able to get my scan without a long wait. The MRI report was provided very quickly, which was extremely helpful. Having the results promptly gave me a much clearer understanding of what was causing my knee problems and helped with the diagnosis and next steps. Most importantly, getting the scan and report so quickly meant I could start the appropriate treatment sooner, rather than waiting weeks or months for answers. The staff were professional, helpful and reassuring throughout the process. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone who needs a knee MRI and wants fast access to answers and treatment.

Absolutely Brilliant 1st Class Service.

Scan went ok but I still haven’t received the results of the scans over two weeks since they were done. I was quoted three to five working days, but still nothing.

I just went on of chance , the receptionist found me an appointment that suited . Got results back almost sraight away. Brilliant.

Pleasant reception area with plenty of space. Coffee available. Knowledgeable staff who wanted to make sure that I had made the correct choice for my specific MRI scan. Received the images and report within a few days - very impressive.

very nice welcome and shown to a clean bright warm room. discussed what was going to happen and asked if i was wearing any metal including stents. very satisfied with information and quite happy to proceed. Experience all round was warm, welcoming and professional.
