Excellent service, highly trained staff, very professional and very clean place

I had an MRI scan of my knee at VitalScan, and the experience was excellent. The staff were very cooperative and explained every step clearly, which made me feel comfortable throughout the procedure. The equipment is modern, and the image quality is high and very clear. I also received the report quickly and found it accurate and well-detailed. I truly appreciate the professionalism and kindness of the team. I highly recommend Vital Scan for MRI examinations.

I was able to book my appointment online easily and quickly. My report came through afterwards very quickly. The unit is clean and tidy and the waiting room was very comfortable!

I had an excellent experience at Vitalscan. The whole team was incredibly professional and welcoming from start to finish. The radiographers — Abdo, Mahmoud, and Alice — were absolutely brilliant. They made me feel completely at ease and explained everything clearly before the scan. Their professionalism and kindness were outstanding. Jamie and Safia, the imaging assistants, were also fantastic — so friendly and reassuring throughout. And a special thanks to Mickey at reception, who was extremely helpful, polite, and made the whole booking process smooth and stress-free. Honestly, one of the best healthcare experiences I’ve ever had in the UK. Highly recommend Vitalscan for anyone needing an MRI or any imaging service.

Mahmoud was amazing

All all-round excellent experience! The staff are friendly, the centre is lovely and the scans are reported by experts in their fields. They are very reasonably priced compared to their competitors and their standards are of the highest quality. I would absolutely come back and thoroughly recommend them to anyone!
