Dr Dhruv Rastogi

Dr Dhruv Rastogi is a Consultant Paediatrician with over a decade of consultant experience and a specialist interest in paediatric respiratory medicine, asthma, and allergy. After graduating in medicine with First Class honours, he completed his postgraduate paediatric training through the London Deanery before working as a Locum Consultant in General Paediatrics and Respiratory Medicine at Evelina London Children's Hospital. He was appointed Consultant Paediatrician at North Middlesex University Hospital in 2013, where he has since served as the Paediatric Asthma Lead, leading service improvements and developing national clinical pathways to improve outcomes for children with respiratory disease.

Alongside his clinical practice, Dr Rastogi serves as the Divisional Director for Babies, Children and Young People across the Royal Free London Group, one of the largest providers of children's services in North London, encompassing North Middlesex Hospital, Barnet Hospital, the Royal Free Hospital, and Chase Farm Hospital. He has extensive expertise in assessing children with unexplained or recurrent respiratory or allergic symptoms, helping families reach a diagnosis when the underlying cause is complex or unclear. Taking an integrative, whole-child approach, he works closely with families, GPs, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver evidence-based treatment plans, while remaining actively involved in clinical research, national audits, and medical education.
