I am a Consultant Paediatrician with over 18 years of experience. I have a specialist interest in Paediatric Cardiology and Neonatology, and I currently practice in the UK in the NHS and private hospitals. I manage many paediatric conditions from newborns up to 16 years. Consultations are child-centred and arranged on an appointment basis.
I qualified from SMS Medical College, Jaipur, India and completed the Paediatric residency programme. I had other placements in various UK hospitals and completed the Paediatric training programme from the Oxford Deanery. It included training in General Paediatrics, Community Paediatrics, Neonatology and Paediatric Cardiology.
I also completed membership and fellowship from the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health. I have attended and given presentations at various conferences. I have several published articles and abstracts in the leading medical literature.
I am an instructor of the Advanced Paediatric Life Support Course (APLS) and Newborn Life Support Course (NLS). I also teach and examine final-year medical students.
I am regularly invited by the Royal College of Paediatrics & Child Health (RCPCH) to write questions for the membership examinations.
I have regular private clinics; however, if you require an urgent consultation ad hoc, please get in touch with my secretary, and we will try to accommodate this. We can also arrange an echocardiogram, ECG and 24-hour ECGs at short notice.

I had a very good experience with Dr Neeraj. He consulted my son and explained everything to me in detail, I had no conscience in the field, he presented a sketch of a heart made by hand just to understand very well what the problem is. I felt that I was talking more with a friend than with a Doctor. he also helped me with clear instructions during the consultation period.

We went to see Dr Jain with a bit of desperation for my 2 year old suffering repeated bouts of tonsilitis, and we were reassured after our first visit, first of all by his manner, his diagnosis, his thoroughness and above all his prescribed treatment. My son has felt much better since then, and we will keep taking him regularly to Dr Jain to follow his condition ,as we feel at ease with him and confident he really knows what he is doing. Would definitely recommend!

Dr Jain provided a very thorough analysis of our baby’s issues. Dr Jain listened carefully to our concerns and the suggested course of action and medication he recommended is working. He gave us plenty of opportunities to ask questions and explained all the options to us clearly. Our baby was very unsettled during the appointment, but Dr Jain did not rush our appointment and allowed plenty of time to go through all our concerns and complete a full examination. Dr Jain was very knowledgeable in our specific area of concern and provided us with confidence and support with an effective course of action. Thank you Dr Jain for all your care and support for our baby.
