Dr Arunava Ray

Dr Arun Ray is a Consultant Trauma and Orthopaedic Surgeon and the founder of Elite Musculoskeletal Concierge. A graduate of St. George's Hospital Medical School, University of London from 2010, he completed his extensive surgical training within some of the UK’s leading orthopaedic centres, including Fellowship training Hospital and the Brighton and Sussex University Hospitals NHS Trust.

Dr Ray recognised, whilst working with in NHS, many patients faced unnecessary delays when trying to access the right musculoskeletal care, this contributed to him founding Elite Musculoskeletal Concierge.

Recognising the complexities of navigating MSK care, Dr Ray developed a bespoke service that integrates diagnostic imaging, consultant-led assessment, and rehabilitation. His model focuses on providing a seamless and highly coordinated patient journey, often collaborating with private GPs, wealth managers, and family offices to ensure rapid access to specialist care.

He uses his previous experience in trauma management to oversee these pathways on behalf of the patient, bringing together specialists including, physiotherapists, consultant orthopaedic surgeons and imaging providers. Dr Ray is committed to making sure patients have the best experience accessing their musculoskeletal care, prioritising efficiency and clear communication.
