Was recommended Annie for physio following a steroid injection in my knee to relieve pain from a bad fall. I also suffer from RA. Annie was very thorough with her diagnosis and gave me some great exercises to start regaining muscle strength and movement.

I highly recommend Annie Ray as a physiotherapist. I've visited her clinic many times since 2019 for various spinal, joint and tendon conditions. Recently Annie has been helping me recover from complications due to a total hip replacement. I feel that she understands my body better than I do at this stage and she's the only physiotherapist I would trust to give me the solutions to get better.

I have nothing but positives to report about Annie in relation to her professionalism, her warm manner, excellent communication and her ability to get to the root of the problem (with my chronic knee issues!) quickly. I prolapsed a disc and my consultant highly recommended Annie. From my first consultation with Annie through to my latest session, she has been clear, reassuring and effective, helping me understand my injury and what I can do to support my recovery. Annie even visited me and my personal trainer at the PT studio, working alongside us as I went through my exercises. This went above and beyond anything I’ve experienced before and was incredibly helpful in making sure my training supported my rehabilitation. I can't recommend Annie highly enough. I've been seeing her for over a year — initially following surgery, and subsequently for various other aches and pains — and she has been fantastic throughout, making me feel completely supported at every stage. She's extremely knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely listens. There's no unnecessary fuss: she gets straight to the point, explains everything clearly, and gives really practical advice. She manages expectations well and always provides clear instructions and a follow-up plan that’s easily accessible online. Annie is highly experienced, and I have complete confidence in her — I happily recommend her to anyone I know who's struggling with an injury or physical issue. My son is also now being treated at the practice and has been very happy with his experience too. They're a brilliant team, and we're extremely lucky to have them nearby.
