I highly recommend Annie Ray as a physiotherapist. I've visited her clinic many times since 2019 for various spinal, joint and tendon conditions. Recently Annie has been helping me recover from complications due to a total hip replacement. I feel that she understands my body better than I do at this stage and she's the only physiotherapist I would trust to give me the solutions to get better.

Annie took a full history of the presenting issues, in my case - ongoing knee / leg pain following surgery last year. She carried out a full examination and offered excellent advice, information, exercises and follow up

Annie is very good at understanding patient/client as an individual and adapts treatment accordingly. I feel we have built a good working relationship through my long recovery program

I've been seeing her for over a year — initially following surgery, and subsequently for various other aches and pains — and she has been fantastic throughout, making me feel completely supported at every stage. She's extremely knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely listens. There's no unnecessary fuss: she gets straight to the point, explains everything clearly, and gives really practical advice. She manages expectations well and always provides clear instructions and a follow-up plan that’s easily accessible online. Annie is highly experienced, and I have complete confidence in her — I happily recommend her to anyone I know who's struggling with an injury or physical issue. My son is also now being treated at the practice and has been very happy with his experience too. They're a brilliant team, and we're extremely lucky to have them nearby.
