I was treated with so much respect. Felt very welcomed. Great atmosphere and the staff were wonderful. Things were explained about my visit. Putting me at ease.
Excellent, compassionate service for an MRI scan. Staff very friendly and reassuring.
Excellent. The only minus point is the signage indicating the car park was not user friendly for drivers. Concentrating on manoeuvring the car into the entrance the current signage is inadequate ( I was informed It was just on the roadside). It needs to be supplemented by further guidance towards the access road.
Visited with my son. Was quite busy in waiting area upstairs but a member of staff asked anyone not attending an appointment to move downstairs so it was fine then, lovely welcoming staff and very clean.
