The staff were so lovely and friendly and helpful. On both occasions I only had a very short wait, they explained everything to me. The premises were clean and tidy.

Staff were so kind and nice. Easy to arrive from city center. Clean clinic and fast as well. Customer service is really helpful to book appointments and help as soon possible. One thing really disturb me . There is no safe space place to put your cloth, bag or phone when you entering the scanning or imaging. Have to just put out of place in the coordinator. Makes me shock nice clinic like this not have safe place for patients to secure their phone or bag. I was alone and no one was with me to give my bag or phone to hold. Otherwise clinic and whole team is professional, helpful and nice. Worth of price to do to not wait long nhs waitlist

I came early by mistake and the young receptionist was absolutely wonderful. Offered drinks. She is a credit to your company and the right person to have front of house. The staff who did my MRI extremely helpful, professional and caring 10 out of 10

The staff in reception were friendly. The staff in MRI were very friendly and helpful. I was anxious to have 3 MRI’s one after the other with having a bad back. They made me feel at ease, moved the bed out after every MRI and helped me get off the bed to allow me to move and stretch my back. Nothing was too much trouble and was really appreciated.
