The appointment was never confirmed then I got 6 text messages and 5 emails after chasing. On arrival I was given the same forms to complete I had already completed and I was unable to be booked in. I was told I would be an hour over 2 hours and I am still here. There is an issue printing off a form for me to be able to access my records
