Excellent service from start to finish. Everyone was extremely friendly and put me at ease.
Booked an MRI scan. A problem with my referral letter had to be resolved which resulted in a delay, but I was able to have the scan later the same day. Staff were great all round. Very friendly and efficient. I was so comfortable during the scan that I almost fell asleep. The coffee was excellent but the music playing in the waiting room is dreadful!
Appointment at 2pm waited until around 2:25 to be called in. Reception greeted me fine but then just left me to wait after I’d given the form back. Radiology person was very helpful and friendly overall ok experience.

Lovely reception staff. Well air conditioned and comfortable reception area. Obs nurse Amy was friendly and informative. . Consultant was patient and listened to my concerns. Offered reassuring and valuable advice. All round 10/10. Thank you.
Easy to find, free parking, all staff friendly, property safe whilst having MRI. I couldn't fault the service. Thanks
