From seeing Mr Salih I have felt listened to, and I really understood the plan for the hip replacement. It has meant a lot that Mr Salih took the time to explain everything and go through my history fully.. The pain is now minimal in my hip replacement, I can touch my toes again and put my socks on! I'm really struggling with my other hip which Mr Salih is going to do as well.
The entire process from start to finish has been Marvellous. Mr Salih was excellent and the whole team at the hospital were really good. Before my arthritis I walked miles with my dog. Since my knee replacement 8 weeks ago I am getting out and about, I have mowed the lawn, and I am chomping at the bit to really get going with the gardening now that spring has arrived.
I found the whole procedure quite straightforward. The service of the hospital was bang on. The outcome of the surgery is perfect. I'm out on the pushbike 4 to 5 miles on the flat and also swimming, 8 weeks after my operation and my neighbours are surprised how fast my rehab has been. It's definitely been worth the travel from Grantham to see Mr Samir Ali Salih

That is great to hear you are doing well and back to cycling. Thanks for your review
My knee is great, the only thing that did me was the painkillers afterwards but I've weened off them completely and I have no knee pain at all now. I walked over one mile today to the hospital so I didnt have to worry about parking and Mr Samir Ali Salih has discharged me 8 weeks after the knee replacement.
An excellent job with my knee replacment. I know my recovery will take a bit longer as my arthritis was soo bad but the pain in my knee has completely gone. Mr Salih has done an excellent job and been supportive at my follow up appointment where he said I was doing well walking without any crutches and bending the knee well

I'm delighted that you are recovering fast from your knee replacement. Thanks for your review
I can walk the dog, i can go up the stairs without aid, and I feel a lot more confident walking now. I can squat which I haven't been able to do for years! Really happy with my knee replacement and i know i need the other side doing. I am going to wait a bit longer before seeing Mr Salih again

Good to hear you are getting out walking the dog, and I look forward to seeing you again for your other side. Thanks for leaving a review
I have been very happy with my hip replacement. It felt better straight after, and I was more mobile straight away.
Excellent I would say, I'm starting Zumba classes in a couple weeks and I'm really looking forward to it, I'm walking really well now from my hip replacment and I'm 3months from the operation. But I need my knees doing as well which I will leave till next year.
I can walk much better now, i can drive, i can kneel down without pain. I'm 90 percent better and 10 weeks down the line from my knee replacment. I used a crutch until my first physio session and then I didn't need it. Thank you for my new knee replacment.

That is great that you no longer need crutches and you are getting back to the activities you want to do. Thanks for your review
I couldn't walk well before my operation, the recovery from this hip has been fantastic. I was walking with one crutch from two weeks and no crutch at 6 weeks with no pain. I feel like I have my life back. Walking 2 and a half miles is no problem, and I have a trip to whitby for a walk on sands end shortly. This hip replqcment has been such a faster recovery than the hip I had at another hospital, it just feels stronger and more stable. Thank you for my new hip replacment, I can't thank you enough Mr Salih. I have to say the hospital was brilliant and better than Thornbury with my post op recovery, Everything was in place.

That is really good to hear, thank you for your positive comments. Thanks for your review
