When booking the consultation with Nick Panay, the earliest available date was 2 months in advance. I was required to pay the full £395 under pressure at time, being told that the consultation would be lost unless I paid by 5pm. My understanding that this appointment would be for specialist, in-depth input tailored to a complex clinical history. Given that context, I was disappointed that the consultation felt limited to a reiteration of guideline-based recommendations, with little opportunity to explore causation, individual nuance, or the specific questions I had prepared. At several points during the consultation, I felt that my questions were closed down rather than explored, and the overall tone felt more directive than supportive. Given my long and complex medical history, I had hoped for a more compassionate and collaborative approach. Instead, I left the consultation feeling unheard and dismissed, which was distressing. I had hoped for greater depth and collaborative discussion, particularly in light of the significant upfront cost. I was given no additional value beyond what I already knew and was told in any case, that I required a further consultation to finalise a treatment plan. I have been in contact with the practice and explained that the consultation did not meet the reasonable expectations set by the cost, structure, or positioning of this service. I appreciate that since, I have received a considered response from the Practice Manager and the consultation and fee are being reviewed.

Nicola Hood has been a diamond in a coal mine for me personally. She opened my mind so gently that I never even felt it happen. Her manor is so calming and her abilities to shine light and logic onto what for me was the unexplained has taken me to a place where i can begin to regain control of a very important aspect of my life. Nicola seems to have a very natural talent of getting to the route of things without a feeling of invasion into your private feelings. I was embarrassed about the way i was feeling when i first spoke with Nicola and I am still amazed how easy she was to talk to and how quickly she understood and clarified things for me. Thanks to Nicola I am on a new path, with a different mind set going forward and with all the tools she presented to me I am now determined to honor her invested passion and emotional input by successfully conquering my fears and challenges. I can honestly say that alone i would have not been able to get back to where i want to be but Nicola has opened this door for me and shown me that it is achievable. My future now seems clearer and hopefully by me holding up my end of the commitment I shall be riding my motorcycle again and i look forward to the spring of 2026 where I can thank Nicola from behind my motorcycle handlebars. I contacted my NHS GP after developing an acute medical problem but was not offered an appointment or even the opportunity to speak with a GP. Loughvuew had be recommended to me by a friend and I had no trouble getting an appointment quickly. The reception staff were very welcoming and I was seen on time. The GP was very professional but also very open and friendly and I found it very easy to talk to him. He took a thorough history and did a full examination before explaining his diagnosis and proposed treatment plan. Overall I was very happy with the consultation and would thoroughly recommend Loughview to anyone seeking high quality, compassionate medical care.

I recently underwent FESS surgery and saw Mr Hettige for my post operative assessment. The appointment was brief as my recovery has been good. Mr Hettige used a nasal endoscope to view the areas operated on. As with all appointments with Mr Hettige it was all very professional and I felt assured at every step. If you are considering private treatment in the ENT area, I would highly recommend Mr Hettige. He is an excellent consultant. He’s obviously an expert in his field but his personal manner and communications are excellent also. My sinus issues are vastly improved following the surgery and I had been pretty poorly so I am delighted with the result.

The whole experience from Diagnosis to Surgery and after care with Dr Ibrahim was excellent. He took time to clearly explain the Diagnosis and the treatment options. Post rotator cuff surgery to repair the supraspinatus & subcapularis tendon and LHB tenodesis, recovery has been quick and smooth. 5 months post surgery I have complete movement of my left arm and have been completely pain free for the last 3 months. Dr Ibrahim is very professional and his attention to detail is excellent. He gives you much time as needed to ask questions and answers them fully. Based on my experience I will have no hesitation in recommending him to my family & friends.

It’s easy to ignore if not extreme but over time you can lose your former self. It doesn’t have to be that way. Dr Kalentzi offers a highly personalised approach to finding the right type af HRT for each patient. Visits for me are a time to focus on me and my overall health and wellbeing. Dr Kalentzi makes her patients feel at ease and truly delivers life transformation results for women going through the menopause.

He took a thorough history and did a full examination before discussing his diagnosis and proposed treatment plan with me. I was confident of his medical expertise and really appreciated his manner. It was only a 15 minute consultation but at no stage did I feel rushed or that more time was needed. Overall I was very satisfied with the experience and would thoroughly recommend.

I thoroughly enjoyed staying in The Westminster Maternity Suite twice, after delivering my babies. The care, cleanliness, privacy, personal space and food are fantastic. I had really enjoyed staying there for the recovery after giving birth. The views of Big Ben both times were an amazing bonus for the night feeds of my newborn.
