Mr Naveen Cavale is truly exceptional — one of the best plastic surgeons in the UK, and possibly worldwide. I had a very large, bulbous nose that I had disliked for as long as I can remember. After three previous rhinoplasties, I was still unhappy with the wide, rounded tip. I consulted several surgeons on Harley Street who told me my nose could not be corrected. An NHS colleague then recommended Mr Cavale, and I’m so grateful they did. My experience at The Real Clinic was outstanding from start to finish. What stood out most was the reassurance that Mr Cavale never takes on a case he feels is too risky or unsuitable. He has an honest, kind and extremely competent manner, which immediately put me at ease. Knowing that he also works in the NHS gave me additional confidence in his integrity and skill. On the day of surgery, the entire team at The Real Clinic were wonderful — from the warm and welcoming receptionist, to the nurses, to the anaesthetist. My anaesthetist, Mr Alasdair Wills, was calm, reassuring and highly skilled, and he chose the perfect anaesthetic so I had no nausea after surgery. Now, three months on, I am in love with my new nose. Mr Cavale truly understood what I wanted. I had explained that my biggest fear was an unnatural “Michael Jackson”-style tip, and that I didn’t want an overly done, pinched or upturned “Barbie” nose. He listened carefully and delivered exactly what I had hoped for. Mr Cavale underpromises and overdelivers. He has transformed my nose while keeping it so natural that even my closest friends couldn’t tell I’d had surgery. I trusted him completely, and I couldn’t be happier with the results.

I recently had sepsis and was hospitalised at St George's for 2 weeks. As we could not find the cause of the sepsis and the marks on my swollen hand could be Osler nodes, which suggests potential infection in my heart valve, I looked for second opinion to see if I should do a TOE to make sure there has been no sign of endocarditis. I did my research to find a good cardiologist and am pleased to confirm that with the help of the prior patient reviews about Dr Lowe and very happy to have consulted him. Dr Lowe is very knowledgeable, and he explained and answered very clearly all my concerns and had arranged a number of tests TEE, TOE, and CT coronary angiogram all within the space of 2 weeks. I had timing constraints but we managed to fit all of them in. His PA Helen has been extremely helpful to fit me in and she was very responsive and proactive in making all these happen in due time. I also asked if I should do a PET scan of my whole body (as my doctor friend recommended) to find out if there is anything wrong with me and I appreciate Dr Lowe's candid explanation of balancing risks and potential outcome and I did not go ahead with it. i.e. not just going ahead for the sake of it. I highly recommend Dr Lowe and his team.

My consultation with Dr Cho was genuinely outstanding — far above any experience I’ve ever had on Harley Street. From the moment I walked in, Iva's warm greeting put me instantly at ease and set the tone for an exceptional visit. Dr Cho manages to combine true professionalism with a kindness and warmth that you don’t often find. Her expertise was obvious right away. She identified several concerns quickly and even carried out a couple of minor treatments during the appointment. She explained everything in a clear, simple way that made it easy for me to understand exactly what was happening and why. What really stood out was how generous she was with her time. I never felt rushed for a single moment. Instead, I felt genuinely listened to, cared for, and fully confident that I was in the best possible hands. The whole experience was reassuring, uplifting, and frankly a pleasure. Dr Cho made a tremendous impression on me, and based on many consultations I’ve had elsewhere, I can honestly say she is one of a kind. Experts of her calibre are incredibly rare. I cannot recommend Dr Cho highly enough.

The appointment itself was very positive. Dr. Robert Gordon was calm, validating, and genuinely listened. The room was quiet, warm, and set up like a cosy study, which made it feel safe rather than clinical. He explained the diagnostic impressions clearly at the end in a way that finally made sense, and it didn’t feel dismissive. I left feeling understood in a way I haven’t experienced with other services, although the level of positivity felt unexpected and left me a bit uncertain about how to interpret it. The only issue was the arrival process. My appointment was in the late evening, and reception was closed. It wasn’t clear where to check in, and I had no phone signal. I had to rely on Wi-Fi and the website photos to work out where to wait. Overall, despite the initial uncertainty about the building, the clinical experience was extremely positive. Everything went smoothly, and the assessment itself was very professional.

Mr Withey was recommended to me by a very experienced beauty therapist. I consulted him privately following a bad fall against a door frame which caused me to cut a deep gash above my eye. Following emergency stitching at A&E at my local NHS hospital I was left with thick and unsightly scarring on my face and unable to use one side of my facial muscle. My Withey performed surgery - finding chips of paint buried in the wound. After normal initial bruising, the wound healed very quickly and the scarring has almost vanished. 6 months later the nerves have regrown and my facial movement is normal again. I found both Mr Withey and his assistant Aleks to be extremely professional, courteous, efficient and I cannot praise his work highly enough. I would trust him to perform surgery again in the future should it ever be needed.

She is an exceptional professional, highly knowledgeable, meticulous, and truly dedicated to her patients. Vera was recommended to me by an acquaintance whose life she quite literally saved by diagnosing a condition that others had overlooked. I am writing this review after my second video link conversation with Dr. Jeczmien. He didn't make me feel inadequate which enabled me to open up to him. It has taken me years to admit to myself that I needed help and I have finally found and taken the first step to hopefully stop chasing my tail and start to lead a normal life. If this review helps you to also take the first step to reach out for help I am over the moon for you. I was diagnosed as dyslexic at the age of 8years - I am now 46 years old. I didn't want another label but at least I now know I am ADHD a whole weight has been lifted and I am looking forward to try to have an organised life in the future.

Mr Parmar saw me after referral for root pain under an old crown, which escalated some what after my dental referral. I was in a lot of pain and very anxious given that my dentist could not deal with the issue due to proximity to the nerve and facial numbness. The New Vic --- now known as the 'BUPA New Victoria' --- is a smallish but excellent private hospital situated just off the A3 between Wimbledon and Kingston. It has recently been enlarged and its large Reception is now most welcoming. So far as I know, the rooms are all of the ground floor and overlook well-maintained gardens. Surgical procedures that my family and I have had at the New Vic over the last thirty years have all been trouble-free and successful.

Dr Haslam was the first medical professional to diagnose my ACL tear after 4 months of being told by other professionals that it couldn’t possibly be an ACL tear.
