My son needed to have two teeth extracted prior to being fitted with braces the following month. The dentist was extremely caring - especially as the procedure proved to be quite difficult due to the large roots of the teeth being pulled. It took an hour for the first tooth to finally come out - and the dentist recommended that a second appointment be made to minimise the amount of trauma caused extracting both teeth in one go. The appointment was made while the procedure was still ongoing - which was very efficient and was a relief for my son.

He explained everything so thoroughly and listened to me which I haven't seen from my local GPs. I attended radiology on Tuesday for a scan with Amanda and Lizzy. Brilliant service, seen on time by radiographer, Amanda I think, who was very emphatic, friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. Both staff made me feel like I had their full attention at all times, and I didn’t feel at all rushed, despite them working to a schedule.
