Mr Theokli and the nurse who accompanied me were very welcoming and friendly. Mr Theokli patiently listened to my problem with my ear infection. I had previously been prescribed drops by an HCA but as the problem deteriorated I then saw a nurse who prescribed antibiotics tablets. When the infection & pain continued my GP advised me to go to A&E. Recently a neighbour was there for 15 hours with serious & painful stomach problems. I have spent 13 hours with my elderly disabled mother when she couldn't keep water down and hadn't drunk anything for 24 hours. Luckily I have health insurance & was very pleased to see Mr Theokli as he suggested microsuction to which I agreed. His nurse advised me of the cost. Mr Theokli was thorough & gentle whilst performing the procedure and continually informed me of what he could see & checked that I was ok. He also prescribed different antibiotic drops as having cleared the debris in my ear, left from the infection, he could now see the infection was still present. His manner was excellent and I would recommend him to anyone. I felt I was treated as a person not just another patient. Hopefully I will not need to be seen again but if in the future I do, I will definitely contact his secretary, Alison, who was also very friendly and helpful. Many thanks.

I have been Chalhoub's patient for a decade. I have never met another clinician who is so accomplished in knowledge and expertise, but who also listens to his patients closely with insight and understanding. My personal experience of endometriosis is that it is linked with other inflammatory conditions that impact my quality of life. Mr Chalhoub has a rare understanding of how distressful it is to live with a chronic illness while trying to live a fulfilling life. He acknowledges the connections between symptoms and conditions, where patients often end up in medical silos that fail to join up the dots. He is patient and compassionate, and provides the safest, most expert care when surgery is required (I have had three surgeries with him in total). All of my communications with his clinic, including with Sarah, the practice manager, have been warm, supportive and deeply respectful. Advocating for outstanding patient care so that we can live fulfilling and healthy lives is the guiding ethos of Mr. Chalhoub's practice. There were no delays in communication at any stage of my consultation, and I was kept fully informed of all updates. This practice is the gold standard of how patient care should be provided across all healthcare departments. I cannot recommend highly enough.

I cannot recommend Erin Lahay highly enough. Over the past three months, she has helped me immensely with both shoulder and lower back pain. What sets Erin apart is her holistic approach. Her treatment combined soft tissue massage to relieve pain and a tailored exercise routine designed specifically for my needs. I have been a patient of Grace’s at Hope Park Dental Practice for many many years, and our whole family has been under Grace’s truly wonderful care since she started out in South Queensferry back in the day! Grace is the most professional, knowledgeable, caring, friendliest dentist we know. She always makes us feel comfortable and truly confident in everything she says and does, she NEVER over treats us, she keeps us so well looked after. The receptionists and all Grace’s team are all extremely friendly, so lovely, and are always very supportive and polite. Myself and all my family members have ALWAYS been made to feel welcome and comfortable throughout our experiences in the practice and I would highly rate this dental practice 10/10 for excellent quality and care.

The toilets were yet again filthy. For the second time I complained. I appreciate that nothing will change, but I discussed not only with the nurse, but also with front desk that the hygiene level was very low indeed. In a private facility this is a disgrace. Further, I found that any details given on a prior visit had not updated onto the current registration form. While I came in after 6.30 pm, i have seen the awful queues for registration at earlier times. Your reception person was on his own and was also on his own on the prior visit, and the paperwork took far too long. You need more than one person on the front desk. Overall, the clinic is poor.

I came for a complete tight hip replacement. Staff were all friendly and answered all my questions. Was taken t my room, unpacked got dressed as required. Put on my dressing gown and then read my book. Was taken into pre prep surgery, chatted to the anesthetist and other nurses. Was then moved into the surgery. Operation went well, I was kept up to date during the procedure. I was listening to music throughout. No pain at all, at the end met the surgeons and chatted with them. Went to the recoveryward for about and hour, chatted with the nurses and relaxed. Then taken back to my room and relaxed.

There is no judgement here, from the moment you enter, the detox plan is in place, the accommodation is spacious, clean, modern and super comfortable. Nobody speaks or treats you like a patient, it’s a ‘family’ feeling where you trust the people around you to do everything they can to help you, and they do!

As per usual every part of my visit is very professional and all the communication is prompt and informative, it is good to receive a copy of the progress. My last visit was on Saturday 6th December and it was a review of the laser treatment on my left eye - I was delighted when the review confirmed that the pressure on my eye had fallen to normal - this was a 50% reduction. I only had to put one eye drop at night. This was very professional and I have a six monthly review in my diary for 2026. I would have no problems at all in recommending Cathedral Eye Clinic.

Very thorough exam and picked up an unexpected problem in one eye. He's able to refer me to the right person to deal with that. I have a lot of trust in Mr Taylor. He explains what he's going to do and why and is patient I'm answering all my questions. This is the third operation on my eye. I know why neither worked as well as both he and I would have liked. I am confident that he will use what he has learned from these two experiences to my advantage and have high hopes of a good outcome

The New Vic --- now known as the 'BUPA New Victoria' --- is a smallish but excellent private hospital situated just off the A3 between Wimbledon and Kingston. It has recently been enlarged and its large Reception is now most welcoming. So far as I know, the rooms are all of the ground floor and overlook well-maintained gardens. Surgical procedures that my family and I have had at the New Vic over the last thirty years have all been trouble-free and successful.

I recently went to see Mr Erotocritou after some blood results from the GP regarding kidney function. I had read previous reviews so decided to go with him. I was able to book an appointment really quickly. He made me feel at ease at all times. The best thing I valued was the way he explains things - from going over my CT scan and explaining what everything meant and clarifying questions I had. I would highly recommend Mr Erotocritou!

Dr Alaistair Mayne has a professional down to earth manner; he instils trust, and you are able to go through the procedure he carries out knowing that it will be the best experience it can be. I had a hip replacement on the 3rd of this month and together wirh the theatre team and thd anesthetist I had a good experience .I was fearful .natural but everything has gone well . It will take time to recover but I will and well. Thank you !

Parking is easy. Reception staff efficient. Dr Brasse is always welcoming, warm and professional. Whatever I have seen her for she has always been pro active with tests ie Dexa scan etc. Dr Brasse always makes you feel at ease whatever I see her for. More recently she has shown me her expertise in Aestetics and have to say I am very pleased. Highly recommended.
