It builds immediate trust. The clinic itself feels professional, discreet, and well run, with a strong emphasis on safety, evidence-based care, and long-term health rather than quick fixes. My care at this clinic has been outstanding and I would recommend it to anyone needing expert psychiatric support for complex trauma. The service is psychiatry-led, with the consultant coordinating treatment plans and supervising input from psychology, occupational therapy, group therapy and trauma modalities including EMDR, DBT, CBT and embodied psychotherapy. This ensured that care was coherent rather than fragmented. I initially attended four in-person sessions per week and have now safely transitioned to monthly. The team have specialist expertise in workplace bullying, institutional power dynamics and identity-related trauma, which is unusual to find. The level of understanding and clinical leadership has made a meaningful difference to my recovery, and I could not recommend the service more highly.

I have been under Mrs Harris' care for a number of years due to a recurring UTIs, and the service I have received has been outstanding. She is always up to date with the latest medical treatments and happy to recommend the most appropriate options. Her speed of response and communication is second to none—whether sharing test results or making changes to medication. She routinely uses a remote pharmacy, which means I can receive the medication I need even when I’m away from home. It all works smoothly and takes a lot of the stress out of managing ongoing treatment. With Maya, I genuinely feel I have the good old-fashioned family doctor experience: she knows my medical history, understands my background, and provides continuity of care that has been reassuring and invaluable over the years.

I was treated extremely kindly and it made such a difference. Everyone who works there deserves a massive thank you. I didn’t feel judged, not once. Respectful, polite and friendly and very, very prepared. I felt that I was in safe hands and I really appreciated all the security protocols. My only suggestion to make things even better, would be to have an indoor waiting area available for clients who are asked to arrive at 7am. It was not much fun waiting in the dark, in the rain, in the cold to be let in for 20 odd minutes. But as soon as that hurdle was overcome, everything went so well and a lot of that was because of the efforts of the team. They’re great. I really loved my sandwich too!

My recent visit was for a crown fitting and work on the gums. I saw Dr Balawal . I have had a number of appointments with him. He explains what he is doing and, he takes care to ensure the patient is not experiencing any discomfort. I have always understood, and been pleased with, his treatment. He presents as a very competent, conscientious dentist. The reception staff are all polite, helpful and friendly. I am so pleased that I contacted Quality Dental. I have taken out a dental plan and will continue to attend this surgery. I don't know what the other dentists in the practice are like, but I can certainly recommend Dr Balawal.

I had a online assessment, I was seen by Wioleta Cholewinska. She was really lovely, welcoming and put me at ease. She made me feel comfortable and was understanding and listened very well. The longest waiting part was from filling out the forms to the assessment, but even tho this was a wait, I was expecting it to be a lot longer than it was so that’s great. The actual booking of my assessment was super quick and easy. They sent me a date and time that was for an appointment within 14days of them sending me the appointment details. I’ve heard this can be a lot longer elsewhere so I was surprised about this in a good way.

I have had reason to see Dr Steadman over the last year firstly to deal with some heart issues which were diagnosed and resolved extremely quickly and latterly a number of tests which have proven to be reassuringly negative in their outcome. From dealing with Hannah to arrange things to being clinically looked after by Dr Steadman I have always felt I have been dealing with caring, efficient and positive people who excel at what they do. I would also say that has been my experience of those members of the medical team I have met at both Bournemouth and Poole Hospital.

Dr Tang was simply wonderful. He was very kind, gentle and understanding of my worries and health problem. He explained the procedures well and reassured me. After the endoscopies he reported back and explained clearly what he had found. All the staff at Hadley Wood were also extremely friendly, competent and reassuring, particularly Nurse Grace. Dr Tangs secretary was extremely efficient and friendly. She was quick to respond to my messages and ensured my consultations and treatment happened smoothly and speedily.
