Got my Somnowell mouth guard fitted at Causeway Dental in Teddington. Highly recommend the dentist. She was great. The guard really does work if I’m sleeping on my side. My partner and I now sleep together in the same bed! I’ve had the guard for about 6 months- don’t wear it every night as we don’t live together. It does feel a bit weird to wear but I have got used to it. It’s not so useful when I’m on my back as I tend to breathe through my mouth and will snore then. This Somnowell information does address this issue. I would really recommend it - and have - if you snore a lot and have sleep apnea as I do. It really works.

Extremely efficient, hospital was clean and the food was of excellent quality. I was seen by the operating team almost immediately after my admission and was given clear instructions by them as the how the day would pan out. Care was great, nothing felt too much for the team. There was medical information to update and the dentist took a lot of care to ensure he knew what it meant. It was a routine inspection and it is usually followed by a clean. He rather shrewdly realised that teh clean might be difficult for me and it was postponed. I was feeling a bit under the weather and he had picked up on that.
