I had a consultant review with Dr Shaikh for the re-initiation and titration of medication for a pre-existing ADHD diagnosis. I chose Mentis Clinic as it was the most affordable option I found during my research, particularly considering that their service includes consultant review, medication titration appointments, prescriptions, and a shared care agreement. My previous notes were reviewed promptly, and I was offered an initial consultant appointment within a week, followed by a titration appointment the following week. Dr Shaikh was very attentive and took the time to understand my circumstances and reasons for seeking re-initiation and titration of medication. There was no waiting list, which meant I was seen extremely quickly. The pharmacy also handled my prescription efficiently, with medication delivered in a timely manner. After the initial consultant review, I received my clinic letter very quickly and was given the opportunity to request amendments, which were dealt with promptly. I was provided with comprehensive information about medication options and was also given a letter of support for education and employment without even having to request one, which was something I genuinely needed. I am extremely satisfied with the service I have received from Mentis Clinic and would highly recommend them to anyone seeking assessment or ongoing care for ADHD.

I was greeted by an amicable, polite & efficient receptionist on arrival and shown to the waiting room where member of the theatre staff would come for me and explain what would happen next. Kate introduce herself and on knowing I have profound hearing loss made sure that I understood everything. She prepared me well with the required eye drops and made sure I understood the process that would happen in theatre. Having escorted me into theatre she introduced me to Mr Shafiq, the surgeon and the other theatre staff. Mr Shafiq is very approachable and explained clearly what was going to happen. During the procedure he talked me through what he as about to do and what I would see. He was very reassuring throughout the whole procedure which took about 10 mins. He explained clearly about the eye pad, the eye drops etc and Kate made sure that I had understood this before she escorted me to the waiting room. Overall, an excellent team and excellent care; even better than I'd expected because of my profound hearing loss.

I fell down a couple of stairs and after almost a year of pain, repeat sprains and a long wait list with NHS for further investigation I booked an appointment with Andrew and I was so glad that I did. He listened to my symptoms and booked an MRI the following day. The results confirmed Andrews initial thoughts from review a complete ligament tear on the outer ankle and partial tear on the inner ankle. It was a relief to finally understand what was causing such extreme pain in normal every day activities and I was booked in for ankle reconstruction surgery within a few weeks. I am now almost 6 months on and Andrew has given me my life back. To wake pain free and be able to walk without pain and swelling as well as now being able get back into exercise has been just fantastic. The whole process was explained with professionalism and care and I cannot thank Andrew and the physio enough. Highly recommend anyone who is struggling with pain to book an appointment with Andrew.

I can’t recommend Debra highly enough as a physio. I had physio for my middle child 5 years ago with Debra and again with my now 10 month old baby. Debra is calm, patient, and so knowledgeable, which instantly put both me and my baby at ease. She has a wonderful way of engaging with babies, turning each session into something that feels more like play than therapy, while still being incredibly effective. She always takes the time to explain what she’s doing and how we can support our baby’s progress at home, which has been so reassuring as a parent. We’ve always seen such positive progress under her care, and I’m so grateful to have had her support. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Debra to any parent looking for a skilled, compassionate, and trustworthy paediatric physio.

Having been under the care of Rebecca for 4 months now, I can honestly say the care, kindness, professionalism, advice, information she has provided has been second to none and invaluable throughout my journey, Rebecca is always reassuring happy to answer any questions and go over anything which I’m unsure of, explaining things in depth, and whilst I appreciate Rebecca has a long line of patients to see, I’ve never felt rushed and I’m given as much time as needed at each appointment, Rebecca has also performed 2 surgeries on me, and on surgery days continues to make you feel at ease, walking you through the process of what’s going to happen. I attended an appointment with my mum as she has been referred for cataract surgery. Upon arrival we had a warm friendly welcome. When mum was called in I explained to the lady that mum is profoundly deaf and she lip read's and asked if she could look at mum when talking to her. Naz was absolutely amazing, she spoke clearly and looked at my mum when speaking and explained everything to her. Both myself and my mum were really impressed as it's not easy for my mum when people don't understand her deafness. The lady we saw after Naz was good with mum too. With our experience yesterday it put our minds at rest that mum will be helped and understood when she goes back for surgery.

Ms Labidi was a lovely doctor who operated on my foot and resolved my problem by removing an object with the callous, I had been suffering in a lot of pain for a year and a half before this since since something had got into my foot, even after the anaesthetic had worn off after the operation I had absolutely no pain whatsoever, and my foot has healed in just 1 week and have had no pain since I would like to thank Dr Labidi and Allison and all of the lovely and kind staff who looked after me at Solihull hospital, I am so grateful , many many thanks x

I have just had a Mohs procedure carried out by Dr Shah. From the first consultation to the subsequent procedure and then follow ups he was reassuring, providing me with all the information I required, answering any queries I had in full. The procedure was pain free and information regarding after care clear and concise. The result is that I have virtually no mark/scar - he is so skilled and painstaking at the closure of the wound. Dr Shah has been charming and totally professional through the whole experience and I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Lovely helpful doctor, didn't feel rushed, was listened too. Only reason no 5 star was hard to get through to reception and the inconvenience of being sent a letter for telephone appointment instead of agreed face to face appointment and not being able to get through to reception until the 11th hour to confirm and endure we had the correct appointment. Hospital was clean and looked well kept and staff were very friendly and attentive.

9/10 My Sonographer Rima Shah was fantastic, professional and informative. To improve the service i think it would be nice if a cardiologists could quickly glance/look over results and give a brief written note/summary of results/heart health. It is a shame that in order to get a cardiologists insight/reassurance I then have to rebook and pay for an additional appointment.

Janette, my nurse couldn't have been friendlier or more reassuring, the food I had was very good and fresh, and then to have a little sprinkling of reflexology on the 'menu' was icing on the cake!
