Mr Bidemi Alli

Mr Bidemi Adebayo Alli is a Consultant Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) Surgeon with a sub-specialist interest in rhinology and facial plastic surgery. He practises at Great Western Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and sees private patients through Great Western Hospitals Private Healthcare and Circle Health Group at the Ridgeway Hospital.

Mr Alli studied medicine at the University of Oxford, where he was awarded a distinction and a scholarship for his undergraduate dissertation. He completed higher surgical training in the Yorkshire Deanery and Severn Deanery, gaining experience at Leeds General Infirmary, Bradford Royal Infirmary, Bristol Children's Hospital and Bristol Royal Infirmary. He subsequently undertook a General Otorhinolaryngology Fellowship at Manukau Superclinic & Surgery Centre and Middlemore Hospital in Auckland, New Zealand, where he received advanced training in nasal, head and neck, salivary gland, and rhinoplasty surgery.

Since 2022, Mr Alli has worked as a Consultant ENT Surgeon at Great Western Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. He served as ENT Clinical Governance Lead between 2022 and 2025 and was appointed ENT Clinical Lead in 2025.

His clinical interests include nasal obstruction, chronic sinusitis, endoscopic sinus surgery, functional rhinoplasty, septoplasty, septorhinoplasty, paediatric ENT conditions, including tonsil and adenoid disorders and grommet insertion, as well as the surgical management of benign and malignant skin lesions. He also has expertise in facial plastic surgery, salivary gland disease, sialendoscopy, thyroid surgery, and head and neck surgery.

Mr Alli has presented research nationally and internationally and has published academic papers. He is a member of ENT UK, the Royal College of Surgeons of England, the British Rhinological Society, and the European Rhinologic Society.
