My second appointment with Dr Emily and as professional and helpful as my first

Thank you so much!
I felt properly heard by Emily, rather than just listened to. We spent time going through all of my symptoms, no matter how small or weird they sounded! We started by discussing the most distressing symptoms right now, which is hair loss, weight gain and anxiety, but I found myself adding more and more to the list. Emily checked my latest GP requested blood results and provided reassurance in regards to my worsening health anxiety, which is exhausting to manage at the best of times. Emily explained clearly, next steps, which include a slight tweak to my oestrogen replacement and further blood tests , including one for testosterone level. I have now recieved leaflets pertaining to various symtoms discussed, along with the detailed letter which covers everything we talked about and the way forward. I already feel better just having a plan in place and highly recommend Emily if you are considering seeking perimenopause/menopause support.

Dr. Cary was so understanding and listened to all my concerns and spoke at great length with regard to the medical impact of peri menopause but in a way that made complete sense to someone that is not medically trained.
