I was completely lost trying to work out what was perimenopause and what wasn’t when I first found Dr Cary. She listened properly from the start, didn’t rush me and helped me make sense of what had felt like an impossible jigsaw. She is warm, incredibly knowledgeable and treats you like an intelligent adult. She explained everything clearly and I never felt fobbed off or hurried out of the door. If you’re in perimenopause and feel like nobody is joining the dots for you — she absolutely will. I can’t recommend her highly enough.

I recently visited Dr Cary and had a very positive experience. The appointment was easy to arrange, and I was seen on time. Dr Cary was attentive, listened carefully to my concerns, and explained everything in a clear and reassuring way. I didn’t feel rushed, which made a big difference and I left feeling confident about the next steps. The consultation letter and treatment plan was sent to me the same day and was very straightforward and thorough. The care given by Dr Cary was professional, compassionate and I would highly recommend her to family and friends.
