I have recently been to an appointment with Dr Ryan O’Neill, and I have had a really positive experience with explaining my medical history, and being given the time to voice my concerns in an environment in which I feel supported and listened to. There was no rush for me to leave for the next appointment and the questions and discussions we had were regarding multiple aspects of life, not just a medical standpoint. I have previously had appointments through the NHS gps which have left me feeling quite hopeless with progressing into better health and state of mind, but with one visit to Dr Ryan I am more hopeful for my future health. I highly recommend any person with health concerns to feel comfortable seeing Dr Ryan O’Neill as he handled my situation in the most professional and supportive way possible.
Phoned in morning. Had an appointment with doctor in afternoon. Receptionist was wonderful Dr. O’Neill was great showed interest in me and my problems. Within 2 days I had blood taken. Again lady that took blood was good friendly and I didn’t feel anything. My first 2 visits to Newport could not have gone any better. Thank you

The consultation was online, but the doctor was excellent. It’s nice to be listened to and for empathy being shown when you’re explaining the issues and difficulties you’ve been experiencing.
