Dr O'Neill did a good job of making me feel comfortable whilst being seen for a very sensitive issue
My recent experience with Dr Ryan O’Neill has been really progressive and has made me more optimistic about my health. I am a female patient who has been struggling with parts of my physical and mental health for the previous 7 years and had gone through multiple avenues to overcome my situation, and booking an appointment with Dr Ryan O’Neill has been the first experience where I have felt listened to, considered, and taken seriously when explaining my experience and concerns. I was given a platform to take my time with my explanation of my medical history, my thoughts and opinions and what I wanted as a result, and was met with genuine concern, and effort to meet in the middle to tackle the initial steps of seeking help. I did not once feel like I was treated as a number or a means to an end, I felt genuinely seen and heard and understood. This one appointment has had more of an effect on my attitude towards my health and confidence in seeking help and support, than any other experience I have had from appointments and all sorts of treatments over the last 7 years. I was checked on all aspects of my health and different avenues were considered to explore the best route for me. I highly recommend Dr Ryan O’Neill to anyone who is stuck on where to proceed for healthcare, and unsure of where to go and how to voice their concerns.
My visit was good. I found Dr O’Neill to be a good person to talk too.
31/07/26. Saw Dr O Neill who was excellent as usual. Always takes plenty of time to discuss concerns and give advice. Delighted with IGP practice. All staff are so nice and helpful
I’d like to thank Dr. Ryan once again for his excellent care and attention to my health concerns. I truly felt heard, seen, and well taken care of throughout my visit.
It was a refreshing change to be treated as an individual rather than just another patient. I would recommend your services to anyone in need of help, assistance or reassurance.
Ryan was delightful - warm, friendly, reassuring, interested in holistic health. He is more interested in how you feel than in 'reductive numbers' as he called them. He's more enthusiastic about lifestyle than meds, which really suited me.
Please see previous box. Dr Ryan O’Neil was a true example to others how a GP should be.
