This was my first visit to IGP. Dr O'Neil greeted me warmly. I felt he really listened to me about my concerns and he had a lovely manner. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr O'Neil.
The doctor took his time to explain everything and offered advice and support. Very helpful.
I found dr O’Neil friendly, approachable and professional. It was a pleasure to meet him. A fine ambassador for the IPG service.
An excellent experience. Dr O Neill was very professional, he listened to my concerns, and treated me with respect and care. His phrase “ duty of care” which he used several times really resonated with me. It’s not something I associate with a doctor anymore, sadly. I felt he was thorough. He didn’t make me feel rushed in any way. And he offered an element of hope by suggesting further tests could be done.
Friendly, cheerful and professional. I was immediately put at ease and he conducted a thorough examination. He fully explained the problem and how it could be resolved. The appointment was conducted in a calm manner without any rush. I left with a prescription which should resolve the issue.
What really stands out, however, is Dr Ryan O’Neil. He is consistently kind, caring, and genuinely attentive. I never feel rushed during appointments; he always takes the time to listen carefully, ask plenty of questions, and make sure he fully understands any concerns I have. Just as importantly, he encourages questions and takes the time to explain things clearly, which is incredibly reassuring. His thoroughness and attention to detail are exceptional, and I am always impressed by how well he remembers previous appointments and follows up on things we have discussed before. It makes every consultation feel personal and shows how much he cares about his patients.
Sadly the NHS is doomed, one cannot even get a regular doctor, or indeed an appointment in Carmarthenshire for at least 10 days or more, this Doctor was exceptional, precise n so professional!! Highly, highly recommended .
Ryan is excellent, explaining everything and nothing is too much trouble.
