Dr O'Neil made the appointment very relaxed he took time to give me the best advice about the symptoms I'm experiencing and how to move things forward. I felt that he wanted to cover everything I had mentioned to him in detail so I would leave the appointment knowing that I would have the relevant follow up I needed.

I attended for a medical assessment for insurance renewal nd was little anxious but immediately was put at ease by doctors manner. He conducted the assessment in a polite, professional nd caring manner making the experience stress free.

As in my previous description, I felt listened-to & taken seriously, with my fears over my medical issue validated. Great, easy to follow advice, I left with a clear understanding of what I had going on and would definitely ask to see this doctor again should I have another medical issue. Many thanks!

My recent experience with Dr Ryan O’Neill has been really progressive and has made me more optimistic about my health. I am a female patient who has been struggling with parts of my physical and mental health for the previous 7 years and had gone through multiple avenues to overcome my situation, and booking an appointment with Dr Ryan O’Neill has been the first experience where I have felt listened to, considered, and taken seriously when explaining my experience and concerns. I was given a platform to take my time with my explanation of my medical history, my thoughts and opinions and what I wanted as a result, and was met with genuine concern, and effort to meet in the middle to tackle the initial steps of seeking help. I did not once feel like I was treated as a number or a means to an end, I felt genuinely seen and heard and understood. This one appointment has had more of an effect on my attitude towards my health and confidence in seeking help and support, than any other experience I have had from appointments and all sorts of treatments over the last 7 years. I was checked on all aspects of my health and different avenues were considered to explore the best route for me. I highly recommend Dr Ryan O’Neill to anyone who is stuck on where to proceed for healthcare, and unsure of where to go and how to voice their concerns.
