iGP is Wales' first HIW registered private GP practice. Registered in 2004, iGP has been providing private medical services to individuals and businesses across Wales and the South West for over 19 years.
Integrated Healthcare
iGP provides easy access to an extensive range of GP, Nursing and Consultant-led medical services in one integrated healthcare system. This integrated approach ensures you receive the highest quality diagnosis and treatments throughout our services.
Online/Remote & In-Clinic Appointments
Here at iGP we understand how difficult scheduling appointments can be in our busy lives today. We offer face-to-face, video and telephone appointments across our clinics so our appointments can be scheduled to suit your needs.
Same or Next Day Appointments
It is our aim to offer our patients an appointment on the day an enquiry is made. However, where no appointments are available, we will endeavour to offer you a suitable alternative. To ensure you have enough time with the clinician, iGP can also provide extended appointments times if requested.
Pay As You Go & Pay Monthly Options
You do not need to register with iGP as appointments are available as individual one off appointments. However, patients can spread the cost of their consultations, as well as many other benefits by becoming registered My iGP members.

Dr O'Reilly was friendly & reassuring. I felt listened-to and my issue taken seriously. This was an unexpected visit for myself as I had gone to support my husband. I showed Beth what I was looking to get removed, she told me to see the receptionist. They had availability for the next day. Everyone was really professional and friendly. I would recommend IGP as they provide an excellent service. Cost was reasonable. Location very easy to get to.
First rate. Could not fault it. From start to finish I was made aware of every step and what the team were doing. I had an ecg, echocardiogram and a consultation. The results were shared super quickly and the referral was done the next day. Great customer service!

Went this morning for an appointment to the Cardiff gate practice for mole removal. First impression when I walked in was very clean ,nice & cool in there, receptionist was very pleasant. I seen Bethan Suciu who was lovely. Felt at ease straight away, she explained everything & I didn’t feel a thing. I would definitely recommend them.
31/07/26. Saw Dr O Neill who was excellent as usual. Always takes plenty of time to discuss concerns and give advice. Delighted with IGP practice. All staff are so nice and helpful
I needed my B12 and my doctored had no available appointments until August 18th. Phoned iGP at 10.20 and was seen at 10.30, excellent staff and quick and easy service.
