Excellent attentive service, from start to finish, with a pleasant, friendly manner.
Before I had the ankle fusion operation, I could not walk on my right leg because of the pain in my ankle. This was because many years before I had broken my ankle in a riding accident. I did not know that I had broken it although I did go over on it a large number of times over on it during the years but I was able to play tennis and golf. Eventually, it caught up with me and I got arthritis in my ankle. I put up with it for about two years and in the end I could hardly walk without a crutch. With Mr Ritchie's advice, I decided to have an ankle fusion operation. It has transformed my life - I have been able to walk, take my dogs for walks and drive and that is after only four months and it is getting better and better - I hardly limp at all. I thoroughly recommend following Mr Ritchie's advice for which I am very grateful.
Straight forward in his approach and advice. And it would seem the quality of his work is excellent.
Great experience. Mr Ritchie is always very and patient with my son. He always takes the time to answer his questions and explain everything clearly. We really appreciate his support.
Very capable and kind . Always pleasant even when ridiculously busy . Reassuring
Fully understood why it's best not to proceed with my ankle issue any further at this point.. But will see how things progress once my knee issue is resolved
I thought Mr Ritchie was very professional. He explained the options to me in a clear and caring manner .
I found The Nuffield Hospital calm, efficient, well organised and extremely clean. My appointments with Mr Ritchie were made easily and proceeded without any problems. He was very thorough and gave me reassurance and helpful explanations.
Mr Ritchie was excellent throughout my various appointments over the last months. Always very re-assuring and thorough in any explanations or advice.
