Marris Medical were great from start to end. Booking the appointment was easy, with friendly staff. On the day of the appointment I was taken in earlier, the MRI procedure was explained and completed with ease. I was told I would get my report in 24-48 hours (over the festive period) however received it the same day in the afternoon. I would highly recommend them. I would definitely use them again if needed.

Upon arrival, we were told that our appointment was cancelled and a letter should have been sent to us about this (this hadn't happened) but the team managed to fit us in. Still unclear why the appointment was cancelled but we were seen that's the main thing. The staff we met were all lovely and engaged kindly with our infant daughter

Prompt, on time. Comfortable waiting area, convenient parking. Filling out the details on paper seemed a bit inefficient, couldn’t this be done online before the appointment and have paper as a back up? The on site pharmacy did not stock the prescribed medication, which was a little disappointing.

I was able to get a same day appointment for a bladder and kidney scan. When I arrived I had a helpful and friendly reception. My scan was completed in a relaxed and informative style. I was also give feedback there and then. I can't fault the whole process from start to finish.

Had to visit for two scans. Everyone was lovely and made it as nice as a hospital appointment could possibly be. Parking is extremely scarce, I had to drive due to trains not running. This was communicated with me when appointment was confirmed.
