I am under the care of Prof Nathan. As I have had slightly abnormal PSA results, Prof decided to repeat a Prostate MRI from 2 years ago to check all was well. The MRI itself was the usual CCL at its best, couldn't be happier. The results from the latest PSA blood test was on MyChart in hours. The MRI report was not. I did wonder if this was because there may be bad news and I received a message to say Prof would telephone me on Friday 17th October at 0800 BST a few days hence. I waited an hour after this time had passed before contacting OP myself. Your OP were great and were very embarrassed. They then found out that Prof was unwell but nobody thought fit to tell me. I got a message to Cherelle saying Prof was indeed unwell but he would phone at 1200 BST. By 1220 again nothing, no contact at all on phone or My Chart message and now I am getting very anxious so in desperation I contacted Prof Whitby (my GP) by My chart message. She responded within minutes saying not to worry, she had seen the scan and it was all clear. I had heard nothing from Prof Nathan at all or cherelle, who I believe had by now gone home but clearly hadn't left my care with anyone else. I was worried about Prof Nathan as this was all very unusual. I got in contact with Prof Whitby, my GP and she responded immediately and reassured me my MRI result was clear. I was greatly relieved but I am mysitified why the Prof could not have at least let me know that there was nothing to worry about, even via message on My Chart, the scan was fine and we could talk anytime about the details. The poor communication (which is SO unlike the Cleveland) unnecessarily heightened my existing anxiety. I realise I am being the classic worried well but when you are nearing 65 you do begin to think its a matter of when not if. I am so sorry that Prof N was unwell. I feel sure that it was not something trivial so I wish him well but surely he is not the first Doctor to take ill and for a hospital as outstanding as CCL I would expect to have fail-safe procedures in place so patients are not unnecessarily left on their own and increasingly worried. This is the very first time I have not scored straight 5 for every part of my experience at CCL and I feel sure it is a one off. Hope this is helpful feedback

I started seeing May, my wonderful therapist, after talking to the Rehubs team about the impact my addicted son was having on my health and well being. They recommended I speak with one of their addiction therapists. I was very sceptical at the start of the first session but soon realised that it was money well spent. May was a breath of fresh air, she knew from the outset what my issues were and my sessions with her were insightful and enlightening. She also gave me some very constructive and concrete techniques to help my deal with some of my day to day issues and she very much set me on the path to my own recovery. I was so pleased to have met May. She really is brilliant at her job. A great combination of empathy, telepathy, sympathy and most of all practical with advice that I could "easily" implement in my every day life. I recognise I still have some work to do but I am so grateful to May in her help with setting me on the right path. Thank you from all my heart.

In December 22 after being in excruciating pain and vomiting over the period of quite a few weeks I was sent to queen's hospital. From then on with different investigations and pain not getting any better I was sent an appointment to see Mr Stephen's on the 17/09/25. After speaking to Mr Stevens and having a small examination he felt that it wasn't anything to do with the gallstones but to do with my muscles ligaments etc and has asked that my doctor consider sending me to have musculoskeletal examination. I just feel so upset that after 3years I'm back to the beginning of finding out what is going on in my body that is affecting myself and my familys life. I have called my doctors and they said they are still waiting for Mr Stephen's letter to arrive so they can arrange an appointment for musculoskeletal examination.

My experience was first class. I went in feeling pretty low, anxious, exhausted and simply feeling I had hit a brick wall with how I was trying to manage my menopause symptoms. It was just such a relief to have a professional listen to me fully, be extremely understanding and very kind, but also be able to offer easy and manageable solutions and a proper plan going forward. I just felt such a weight off my shoulders (which I hadn't fully realised how stressed out I actually was). I left after that first appointment happier and more calm than I have been in a while. I am so happy I made the appointment and would honestly recommend the clinic to all my friends and family who are needing that wee bit of help and guidance in their own personal menopause journey. Thank you so much!!

My recent follow-up appointment with Mr Garg was an excellent experience. He took the time to explain everything clearly and with great empathy, making sure I fully understood my results and next steps. I really appreciated how thorough and reassuring he was when reviewing my scans and recovery progress. He insisted on a biopsy even when I was hesitant and the imaging results looked reassuring. Thanks to his careful judgment, my cancer was detected at a very early and treatable stage. Throughout my treatment and follow-up, Mr Garg has always taken time to explain everything clearly and with great compassion. His professionalism, empathy, and dedication have made a huge difference during this difficult period. Thank you to Mr Garg and the team for their outstanding care.

I am so lucky to have had Dr Harris as my Consultant. He listened to me giving me all the time I needed to explain my symptoms. He put me at ease, not least when I was dreading an endoscopy which went without a hitch and no suffering on my part. He is clearly very knowledgeable in his field and was able to convey any problems in terms I could easily understand. If I have any further problems, I will definitely go back to him and if anyone reads this, please feel reassured you will get, 'A' star treatment. I would also like to thank his Secretary who was very efficient, helpful and quick to respond to my questions between appointments. Thank you very much.

I had a double knee arthroscopy 4 weeks ago, I cannot find a single issue at all that could possibly be a negative in regards to my visit/procedure. The staff were absolutely amazing, the care I received was outstanding, the clinic was clean, welcoming and comfortable. Despite my reasons for being there, I think I can honestly say that I have had worse experiences on a 5* holiday than I had during my stay. I truly thank all the staff, consultants and surgeons for which, apart from the reason I was there, was a truly calm, comfortable, relaxed and exceptionally friendly time there. I honestly cannot thank them enough.

Mr Alam is clearly a top rate highly experienced ophthalmic surgeon. He was very informative during sessions prior to the surgery. Despite my naivety he answered all my queries in such a way as a lay person could easily comprehend. During the operation he informed me of what he was doing, giving me clear instructions as to what I should do myself. I am not an easy person to deal with in situations which are out of my control; but Mr Alam was able to put my mind at rest as he confidently performed the operation. I would be most happy to recommend Mr Alam to anyone who needed treatment for their vision.

The initial consultation was excellent, the day of the operation went as well as it possibly could with virtually no waiting time on the day of the operation. I was kept informed at all times of the timetable for the day. The after care on the day of surgery was excellent, I was extremely well looked after, the food was good (I was given biscuits and chocolate ice cream on request!!!) and all the staff were helpful, calm, attentive and extremely knowledgeable. I must mention Jan the nurse - he was on hand all the time and provided excellent assistance when required.

I had attended the appointment with orthopedist... Im absolutely satisfy. He had confirmed what I was thinking it may he wrong. I had excellent explanations and given options how to deal with my issue. I got referred further to do some scans. I definitely recommend to use all services available. Im a returning patient and can not fault it at all. Of course its private and expensive but you owe to see a doctor fave to fave and you get personal centred one to one help. Short time! Via NHS it would be cheep but minimum 6 months waiting. Best customer service.

The Fitzrovia Suite was incredible from the moment I arrived in labor to our discharge. The midwifery team was wonderful - each and every one of them being kind, caring, calm, and reassuring. Every decision of my care was made collectively, and they helped the beginning stages of my recovery immensely. The space itself was clean, quiet and peaceful - an absolute pleasure to experience post-emergency cesarean. I would highly recommend the Fitzrovia Suite to others.

Mr Norton provided excellent support and advice from initial consultation through to post operative follow-up assessment. His manner made the whole experience of my hip resurfacing, a personal experience I would recommend to any friend.

My appointment was 8.30am. Drops were put in my eyes and I sat in the waiting area for nearly 2 hours. Because of errors in the new system being used for appointments I was not on the Doctors list. This happened to 3 other patients today. I would like to know what’s being done to improve the system you are using that clearly doesn’t work.
