My stay at manor hospital Hip department was very good everything explained I was treated with dignity everyone made me welcome surgery was wonderful I was well looked after they all done a wonderful pain free job l thank you All .
Dr Mussa is very helpful. He explained things thoroughly and was very helpful with listening to my concerns and finding the appropriate next steps.
Dr Mussa enquired about my hip pain and discussed my MRI results with me showing me the damage around my hip ball joint. He gave me the choice to opt for a hip replacement operation as I only know how much pain I am in. Dr Mussa explained the procedure times and materials replacement hips are made of upon enquiry from myself. He also stated that he uses Robotic equipment which is precise to the millimeter.
Professional, informative, nothing too much trouble , great bed side manner
What a lovely chap! Professional and courteous at all times. Listened to me and answered all questions I had. Discussed a plan of action, most importantly physiotherapy to begin with. He mentioned steroid injections, as I’ve been in a lot of pain for 5 years now and now I’m looking forward to enjoying better health with much less pain. I think the injections will help me make the most of my physiotherapy too. I also enquired about shock wave therapy (as I’d heard very good results with this). Mussa was positive regarding that too and explained how it worked, but I’m happy to try steroid injections to begin with, then going forward I would like to try the shockwave therapy too. I can’t say more than thank you Mussa for listening and giving me hope of a life with far less pain. I left feeling joyous!
Absolutely lovely manner clear and informative explanation however for me GP had referred me to wrong specialist. Mr Mussa has advised that I seek further specialist advice in the form of soft tissue knee preservation specialist.
Very helpful and indepth explanation of my situation, and what to expect.
Very pleasant and explained everything so i understood everything that i needed to know
