I felt that I was listened to and Emma is very empathetic and a good listener.

I felt i was really listened too, I had sought help from other sources but very little help. Felt unheard and my symptoms were at times stressful , embarrassing and debilitating. It was so reasuring to be heard , i am not symptom free yet but I am 100% better than I was i feel like I have control of my life and my symptoms are so much more manageable. I have already recommended this service and the support I have received and I will continue to do so. I won't hesitate to reach out again should I need anything for myself.

I honestly cannot recommend Dr Emma Ward highly enough for menopause care. Right from my first appointment, she made me feel completely safe, heard, and validated at a time when I felt incredibly vulnerable. Dr Ward’s knowledge of modern menopause guidelines is outstanding. Instead of a one-size-fits-all approach, she took a completely holistic view of my lifestyle and tailored my care perfectly to my medical history. What has been most impressive is the continuity of care, at my 12 month review, we looked at my progress together and safely monitored and tweaked my prescription to get the results completely spot on. She always involves me in shared decision-making, providing excellent, evidence-based information so I feel fully empowered to make the right choices for me. The practice itself is exceptionally responsive, making follow-ups seamless. Dr Ward has transformed my quality of life and fosters a truly patient-centred culture. She is an absolute credit to the profession.

Emma was very personable, friendly and chatty which made it easy to discuss my concerns. She clearly explained the course of action that she believed was best for my circumstances. I have only given the last question 4 stars because it is too early to judge the impact on my health and well being.

I recently saw Dr Ward after the use of weightloss medication effected the absorbsion of my progesterone that she had previously prescribed (Im progesterone sensitive) She was very knowledgeable and went through risks factors etc and agreed a plan going forward. She is also forwarding this imformation to my GP so that all of us are on the same page. Dr Ward is vey thorough and knowledgeable

I was listened to and it was great not being rushed though. It’s very difficult to explain things to a nhs dr in 10!minute this was relaxed. The drive was also beautiful parking easy so I didn’t arrive tense. A very good experience and we’ve come up with a plan.

I reached out to Liberty menopause clinic after feeling like I had no where to go or nobody was listening. I wasnt myself and every day was feeling a struggle. Emma listened and understood. I cant explain the relief I felt and finally getting help 2 years post surgical menopause.

I attended on 10/7/26 to discuss with Dr Ward about my HRT. I was met by Dr Ward and taken to a very pleasant consulting room. I had a full hour consultation going over my history and any concerns I had. I found Dr Ward very knowledgeable and extremely pleasant and easy to talk to.
