From contacting Dr Emma to meeting in person, I received care and support from the onset. She listened to me and I felt heard. This in itself helped as I felt I wasn't getting anywhere prior to this and questioning whether my symptoms were all in my head. But Dr Emma gave reassurance and helped me to understand what was going on. The whole process of starting a new regime and HRT being prescribed and requested for me to arriving with me two days later was brilliant. I am already starting to feel better as my sleep has improved. I have full confidence in Dr Emma to monitor me and to tweak treatment accordingly if needed. I would highly recommend Dr Ward, she is experienced, knowledgeable and empathetic and I know I am in good hands.
