There are only good things to be said about Vermillion. From the friendly welcome on reception on my first\every visit, through the countless appointments with orthodontics, prosthodontics, hygiene and x-ray, everyone and everything was spot on. The coordination and communication between the different departments through the course of my 17 months of treatment was super professional and the outcome is nothing sort of exceptional. Special shout out to Chris for getting my teeth in fantastic shape for the prosthodontics and to Photini for the wizardry she demonstrated with the rebuilding work. I was honestly lost for words when I seen my renovated smile for the first time. Additional thanks to Michaela in hygiene for the whitening, to dental nurse Lucy and to Rachael and Gemma for coordinating it all.

Mr Ben Yates is in my opinion an excellent podiatric surgeon who gives a very good clinical opinion. I was unhappy that Mr Yates charged me for a “new patient” appointment when this was in fact a follow up appointment lasting about 12 minutes following previous surgery by Mr Yates. Furthermore, I did not receive a clinic letter from Mr Yates until I chased it up more than 2 weeks after my appointment. I received no apology for the delay in sending the letter. Mr Yate’s clinical letter did not contain all the information promised at the consultation and I was obliged to chase this information again. I emailed Mr Ben Yates to raise my concerns but I did not receive a reply from him.

Hospital was lovely, clean and spotless and the day was well organised. Superb care from Dr Spalding, Nick Gilfillan, Neil (recovery nurse) and Emily (nurse from HCA) in particular. Facilities were great and check-in / admin was v smooth. From check in to check out I saw three different teams; nurses were very friendly and helpful although there was some confusion on instructions for the next few weeks (what to do what not to do). Physio Jess was excellent and kindly waited to see me after the end of her shift so I'd had something to eat (food had been delayed as there was some confusion as to whether I'd been out of of surgery or not). On the whole, brilliantly looked after.

Mr Javangula is one of the best Cardiologists. He is very friendly/passionate and took all the time to go over my questions prior to surgery. He is the best heart surgeon I have come across and all staff speak very highly of him. Always has smile on his face. I am very grateful to Mr javangula for operating on me. I have fully recovered and am now discharged after bypass surgery. I would like to thank Mr Javangula and his staff at Nuffield for the best after care provided after my procedure. I can never forget even after my operation Mr Javangula would come to visit me. A great professional and kind person. Thank you Mr Shaid I.

The extraction was done perfectly, and I felt well cared for throughout. The team was friendly, reassuring, and explained everything clearly, which really helped put me at ease. Alex carried out my first eye surgery 17 years ago which had a brilliant result. Its only as I got older that I started to wear reading glasses. I had been diagnosed with cataracts. Moorefileds and Alex were my first choice for surgery. I trust Alex implicitly, his clam bedside manner, his expertise and superb surgical skills, The whole experience has been brilliant from beginning to end.

I met Dr Rozati following my prostrate cancer diagnosis to get information on Radio therapy treatment for my condition including assessing all pros and cons. Dr Rozati was able to give me advice on the current treatments options and how the treatment pan would be drafted. Whist I didn’t go for the radio therapy option, Dr Rozati was able to refer me to my surgeon.

Visit was generally satisfactory. However, after arrival I was ignored for almost an hour, well past my appointment time. The front desk noted my arrival and then seemed to forget about me. This was unnerving at a time when I was already anxious and an unnecessary delay for those accompanying. There was no apology when the error pointed out.

Dr Tadros diagnosed pericoronitis and carefully cleaned/irrigated around the infection, and prescribed antibiotics and chlorhexidine mouthwash. He explained everything clearly and put me at ease, even though I was in a lot of pain. I'm extremely grateful for his clear diagnosis and quick action to halt the infection.
