I recently had bilateral cataract surgery. From start to finish the treatment I received was excellent. The patient liaison manager was really helpful, friendly, incredibly supportive and a welcome calming influence. I was amazed by the state of the art optical equipment that was available to ensure that my lenses were perfectly suited to the dimensions of my eyes and my prescription, as well as the care that the technicians took while taking the measurements. The optometrists I saw were caring and informative, ensuring that I knew about the different types of intra ocular lenses available and what I may expect from them. They carried out my eye tests with care and patience. The eye surgeon was incredibly experienced and very skilled, and carried out the procedure very efficiently with great care. Now, six weeks post-surgery, I am very grateful of the care I received and the quality and clarity of my lenses; both aspects easily surpassed all my expectations. I would highly recommend Freedom Vision, Chelmsford to anyone considering cataract surgery.

I highly recommend KT. After a fall 22 months ago, I tried to power through the discomfort and pain in my knee. Eventually, I decided to get help after receiving a recommendation. From the first session, KT was incredibly understanding and never judged me for waiting so long to get seen. She focused on identifying the root cause of my issue while also supporting my goal of participating in a Hyrox event. After three or four sessions, and with KT's suggestion, I consulted a surgeon she recommended for an MRI. This provided us with valuable insights into my knee health. I continued with my treatment and successfully completed a return-to-run test. Today, I've now been discharged and have officially started my run plan! Thank you KT!

His manor was of a caring and friendly nature explaining my situation and offering choices to have the surgery or to keep observing the hip. Right from the day of admission to hospital i was reassured by all people involved as i a very bad experience the first time round. I wish to give a special mention to the anaesthetist and his team because this was something i really anxious about again reassuring me all the way i can't thank them enough as a result of their kindness and support i was completely relaxed So once again a very big thank you to everyone involved in my treatment.

Nick from Physio Jack Studios was really great. I had what I thought was a typical calf strain but all the standard treatments from another physio did not heal it. 4 weeks out from a marathon, I was unable to run 1km without pain. Nick went through a very thorough diagnostic appointment, corrected my diagnosis to an overloading issue at a specific calf/achilles muscle complex and guided me through multiple plyometric exercises and a progressive running plan to allow me to finish the marathon in 3hrs 40mins. Could not recommend him highly enough, super knowledgeable, detailed and passionate 👍

I contacted Dr Nikki after being told a n NHS gynaecologist appointment wait was 64 weeks. It was super easy to make an appointment, find out costs and provide information prior to being seen. It was so nice to be able to spend time with Dr Nikki explaining my issues and actually being listened to. Options were discussed fully, blood tests taken immediately, prescriptions issued and delivered the next day. My follow up was arranged promptly, test results discussed and options openly discussed again. Dr Nikki and the services she offers are so needed for women today.

Positive perks - the waiting room had adjustable height chairs meaning I didn't have to struggle getting in and out of chairs! Dr Chinoy didn't judge me, or make me feel rushed or that I was an inconvenience (something I have grown accustomed to from the nhs). Despite my symptoms not fitting in with his specialities he recommended a colleague who he feels confident would be able to meet my needs. Although private care is hard on my wallet as a self funder, the advice, treatment and service I received overall made it more than worthwhile.

Dr Dexter has been extremely helpful in dealing with my migraines which have significantly improved since visiting him, reducing in frequency and severity. He is also very kind, thoughtful, considerate, and takes the time to listen to all my symptoms. He has given me lots of extra tips to help manage my migraines on top of the acupuncture. Appointments are easy and quick to get and he's very responsive. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing this treatment.

Lovely helpful doctor, didn't feel rushed, was listened too. Only reason no 5 star was hard to get through to reception and the inconvenience of being sent a letter for telephone appointment instead of agreed face to face appointment and not being able to get through to reception until the 11th hour to confirm and endure we had the correct appointment. Hospital was clean and looked well kept and staff were very friendly and attentive.
