I go to alien aesthetics in worcester and i honestly couldn’t recommend them enough they are so amazing and trustworthy ! Everyone has a medical background in the business, which personally I think it is so important. You are in much safer hands when your practitioner has proper medical training, and it really shows in the care you get and the results you get . They even have a 24/7 aftercare line, which is such a comfort especially when you have just had a fresh procedure. It really shows how much they care about their clients safety and wellbeing. What I really love is that they will only ever do what’s best for you. They are honest and will tell you if it’s too much for your body to take all at once. They genuinely care about achieving natural , balanced results rather than just saying yes to everything and take your money. Even a colleague at work goes there and a family member and they could not recommend them enough either. We all agree the whole team is so professional and friendly and genuinely care about getting the best and safe results for yourself individually The team make you feel completely comfortable , they explain everything clearly , and genuinely care about your results . Everyone is so friendly and kind to talk to. I always reccomend them to anyone considering getting filler or botox procedures, or anyone who wants a dissolve and to start fresh after bad experiences else where. So many places offer cheap deals but cut corners. Alien aesthetics are so professional, safe , and absolutely worth every penny. Recently had vein procedure was disappointed that not all veins were treated .I'd explained i was having procedure because of upcoming flight to australia .I returned for check up to be told I had fleabiteus on area that had been treated. I've decided to postpone more treatment until I get back from australia as I am worried of any more problems before flying. I'm disappointed that what I thought was going to be a straight forward procedure has not been .I wish I hadn't gone ahead with the procedure. Very disappointed

Dr Lord is the absolute best. She is a world renowned Obgyn, she really looks after her patients and cares deeply for the mothers. She's highly competent and trustworthy, for example she will only recommend tests she thinks are necessary, and not adding unnecessary costs. She has a fantastic team of paediatricians, general practice and mental health professionals. A wonderful new facility in London and connected to the London Clinic.

It was the most amazing experience, such professional staff and spotless accommodation. Professor East was so reassuring and professional, and the team who cared for me were wonderful, my sedation seemed to be just what was needed, and and ample hot chocolate and cheese sandwiches made the whole experience even more relaxing. Thank you so much, what could have been such an uncomfortable and stressful day was made so much better.

The most recent visit was the second day they had transitioned to a new system, which was causing chaos. I waited 10 minutes to register at the main reception, then waited another 10 to register at Borough Reception, and then waited for over 30 minutes for a walk in blood test. Everyone was very apologetic, but it was inconvenient. I hope the new system leads to a more streamlined system once everyone is used to it in future.

The environment is very pleasant and inviting, unlike most dentist’s I have been to before and I am 72 years old. The treatment was great value and painless and I look forward to my next visit. Also the coffee in the waiting area was great.
