First and foremost, the surgery performed by Mr. Shoakazemi and his team was exceptional. They were able to remove the vast majority of the tumour while avoiding the serious secondary complications we feared. Very chaotic administration after the initial consultation (errors and delays in invoicing, typos in the written opinion and delays in providing price information for surgery). I felt that the staff couldn't be bothered to get things moving and I had to keep chasing them. The package price quoted on the website for cataract surgery also turned out to be very misleading because the consultant wanted to charge an extra fee for fitting a toric lens, in addition to the extra cost of the lens itself. This pushed up the cost considerably. This extra, hidden, consultant's fee had not been made clear on the website and I felt that I had been induced into paying for a consultation on the back of misleading information about the cost of the surgery. The consultant may well have been an excellent surgeon (I don't know because I chose not to proceed) but these issues made me very uncomfortable and led me to lose complete confidence in the hospital. Going to Moorfields Private was a complete waste of time and money and the hospital ought to refund the consultation fee.

Here is a polished, clearer version of your text: ⸻ Firstly, I would like to thank Dr. Jagwant Singh. I broke my collarbone four years ago and had a titanium plate fitted at Whipps Cross Hospital. Since that operation, my shoulder had been in constant pain. After numerous hospital visits and rounds of physiotherapy, I was repeatedly told there was nothing wrong and that I would simply have to live with it. I was then recommended to Dr. Jagwant Singh, and from my very first appointment he recognised that something wasn’t right. He immediately sent me for an MRI scan, which revealed a bicep tear and a labral tear. He arranged the necessary surgery and successfully repaired my shoulder. I cannot thank Dr. Jagwant Singh enough. I’m now eight weeks post-op, the pain has almost completely gone, and my movement has nearly returned. From the first visit, Dr. Singh explained everything clearly, never rushed, and always took the time to answer all my questions.

I suffered a severe full pectoral rupture in 2021 during the Powerlifting British Championships, attempting a 190kg bench. Mr. Jariwala reviewed and scheduled and urgent surgery explaining the steps throughout. Following a long surgery my pec was reattached and the extent of the repair was thoroughly explained. Quite a large scar was left but very little physical deformity can be noticed. Recovery was painful, but as a powerlifting coach it was very important that I managed to recover in order to continue my participation in the sport. I was back to competitive lifting within two years and with continued focus on strengthening I was able to bench 200kg in November 2025, more than I had ever attempted prior to injury.

On Monday 1st December, at 12.30pm, I attended the ONE Ashford Hospital, for a total knee replacement. Within a short space of time I was ushered into my room, and eventually changed into a theatre gown. I was then taken to be prepared for my operation. This whole process was pleasant, reassuring, and very professional. Afterwards, I was returned to my room, and given all the attention I could wish for by the nurses, physiotherapists, and catering staff. Nothing was too much trouble for any of them, likewise for the Tuesday, when I was discharged in the afternoon.

All instructions/requests are explained in a helpful clear manner and staff are attentive and go the extra mile. All staff impress as being very caring. During a recent stay for surgery, everyone with whom I came into contact was very kind and helpful. I felt like I was in very safe hands.

Very thorough, didn't feel rushed at all. I just don't know what exactly he found, what it means, or what it could mean long term. I am assuming he'll explain thoroughly at my next appointment once he has the test results. Though I don't know what the test entails either. An advisory in the appointment letter for patients to wear shorts under their trousers would be beneficial for modestly, or the loan of a gown.
