From the moment my procedure was over, the nurses were by my side — kind, patient, and so comforting. They made me feel safe and completely at ease during a time that could have been overwhelming. My surgeon and nurse continued that same level of warmth and support throughout my aftercare. Their reassurance, responsiveness, and genuine concern for my wellbeing meant more to me than they probably realise. Their care and attention were truly outstanding — compassionate, professional, and heartfelt in every way. I am so thankful to each and every one of them, and I could not recommend Kingsbridge highly enough.

I saw Alex Townsend for a running injury on my foot/ankle via Bupa. He was very professional, provided great care, and was excellent at communicating his thought process as he inspected my injury. He was efficient and determined in getting me the necessary follow ups booked timely when I told him I had an upcoming race. He referred me to Dr. Burdon who was also very professional and provided great care. After our follow up, Alex provided me with useful training resources for foot taping and running. He performed walking and running gait analysis on me. It was insightful to hear his analysis, and it formed the basis for him to refer me for additional foot physio appointments to strengthen my foot and minimize chance of future injuries.

My experience was very disappointing with the consultant. I was happy for my appointment to be changed just before attending due to the consultant running late. I was very disappointed with the lack of interest and time shown to be by the consultant. I got 10 minutes of his time to be told to cut out caffeine at the cost of £250. I was hoping to receive some understanding of what could be causing recurrent UTI's and reassuring me of any fears of anything sinister i.e bladder cancer. Only to be told this only occurs for around 10/20% of cases. I think what really irked me was he looked at his watch part way through me speaking This I found very disrespectful and rude.

I cannot recommend Mr Ahmed highly enough. His management of my arthritic hip was exceptional. My health issues go well beyond my hip and Mr Ahmed took the time to listen and understand - ensuring my overall care was tailored to my needs. My recovery has been challenging, mainly due to my long-term back pain, but despite this I’ve been delighted by the relief gained from my new hip. I recently visited Lanthorn Clinic in Farringdon for an advanced blood test and a shoulder ultrasound, and the whole experience was genuinely excellent. The team were positive, helpful and incredibly efficient throughout. The clinic itself is spotless, with a clean and relaxing aesthetic that immediately puts you at ease. Every member of staff I interacted with was friendly, professional and made the process feel straightforward from start to finish.

Really simple to order medications. Fairly straightforward experience. The problem starts and ends when the fact that they use Royal mail for deliveries. Had I known, I would have ordered elsewhere. Royal mail consistently mess up on deliveries especially on my area, and it's impossible to get through to customers service (which is non-existent really at Royal Mail).

Very inexperienced physio. Took significant time to understand the problem. Asked all questions (clearly from script/list of qs), even when already discussed and known as irrelevant, or already covered the answer. Exercises provided in technical terms only, hard for lay person to remember and understand. Zero follow up even though it was promised.

I made it very clear to the members of staff when I woke up from my procedure that I felt incredibly dizzy and sick. However 30 minutes after I was brought back to the unit I was discharged. Even my husband told the nurses that I was still dizzy and felt nausea. We got home and I slept for three hours.
