I had a really positive experience with Mr Madhavan. He was professional, kind and took the time to explain everything clearly which made me feel very reassured. I felt in very safe hands throughout and would definitely recommend him.
It was a telephone appointment but was effective and provided all the information I required.
Doctor Madhavan was very professional and explained everything. The staff were all amazing. All everyone that I came across was very kind and helpful. I felt it was all very clean and the procedure went well and I’ve healed very well so I am 100% happy and very grateful for a smooth procedure.
The experience at Mount Alvernia hospital to have my cyst removed was very good. The staff were lovely and friendly and looked after me very well. Everything was explained to me and nothing was too much trouble for any of them.
I had an inguinal hernia identified when I was taken by ambulance to the Royal Surrey Hospital where I was attended by Dr. Madhaven. It was agreed that the hernia needed urgent attention so I came under his care as a private patient. The procedure took place at Mount Alvernia Hospital. I felt totally confident in Dr. Madhaven. The operation was a complete success and after 8 weeks I have regained my strength. Not only has he the medical skills he also has an excellence manner in handling patients. I would thoroughly recommend Dr. Madhaven.
Mr Madhavan was fantastic - kind and caring in managing my care. Excellent communication in preparing me for the surgery and post op.
Everything was excellent from the first contact to the last. The doctor was very pleasant and professional. I felt very fortunate to be treated by him. All the support staff, nusing and admin, including the doctor's NHS secretary, were excellent also. The NHS secretary for the doctor was very helpful in resolving queries and My only suggestion for improvement relates to the end of my treatment appointment, at the moment I was discharged by the nurses, when I felt poorly informed about what would happen next.
Very pleasant consultant that explained everything and also listened
This was a very pleasant experience considering the operation. All procedures explained to me and everything carried out exceptionally well on time couldn’t ask for more
I have recently had my gallbladder removed, the care from the pre operation, operation and post operation that I have received has been incredible.
