Very professional explaining the results of my operation.
Kept me informed, executed the task professionally and with care. Highest standard service
From the 1st consultation, and throughout the process I have been treated with such skill, dignity and professionalism
Mr Madhavan did an excellent job repairing my hernia. Explained all the risks and exactly what was going to happen and how recovery would play out and it occurred exactly as described. He specifically mentioned that after 2 weeks you’ll feel able and recovered but don’t lift things even when you think you can. That exact situation occurred! The keyhole openings were covered with plasters for the first 7 days and it was scary to remove them but the wounds had healed well and there was only a little discomfort. In fact I stopped taking pain killers after 2 days as I didn’t need them anymore.
Dr Madhavan oversaw my gall bladder removal. From the initial consultation to the post surgery care he was professional and comforting. The surgery itself went without issue and I am extremely happy with the outcome.
An excellent experience followed, so far, by a smooth recovery
The whole experience was very good. MR madhavan was very approachable and professional.
Seamless from start to finish, excellent communication, short wait times, and easy contact via email.
