Hiba first treated me for quite a serious ankle injury. From my very first session, I immediately felt comfortable and supported by her warm and friendly presence. This injury was extremely hard for me, as it meant I could not play my favourite sport, football, which was really tough both physically and mentally. However, each week my session with Hiba became the highlight of my week. Not only is she an excellent physio who guided me through a quick, safe, and thorough recovery, but she also took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I always understood what we were working on. She never rushed me and always listened to how I was feeling, which made me feel truly cared for. On top of that, she has an amazing sense of humour, which really helped lift my spirits and made even the hardest rehab sessions enjoyable. After recovering from my ankle injury, I unfortunately injured my knee. Without hesitation, I knew I wanted Hiba to treat me again. Having already been through a tough recovery with her, I trusted her completely and felt reassured knowing I was in excellent hands throughout the process. During my knee rehab, she was just as supportive, knowledgeable, and encouraging, constantly motivating me to keep going even when it was challenging. Thanks to Hiba’s expertise, patience, and genuine care, I was able to regain my confidence and get back to playing football, the sport I love. I could not recommend her highly enough to anyone needing physiotherapy. She truly goes above and beyond for her patients.

This was a follow-up appointment with David Cumming for MRI results regarding my back pain. As with with my first appointment, he provided excellent assistance and advice. His feedback was detailed and clear and he answered any questions I and my son raised. He ran through treatment options, but without putting any pressure on me to make decisions there and then. Indeed, throughout my consultations, I always felt listened to, and never felt that we were being rushed through. Throughout, Mr Cumming was friendly and clear, patiently listening to my concerns and answering my questions; he was warm and welcoming - when my son dropped my crutch on the floor, this consultant surgeon did not hesitate to pick it up! I also want to praise his secretary, Emma, who has been most helpful.

Dr Nicolo Battisti

It was definitely worth coming for a second opinion and very reassuring to find that our hospital was doing the right thing and providing treatment that Dr Nicolo Battisti agreed with. However we have been to the hospital today for the routine oncology appointment and the results of the PET scan. This showed the cancer is now in the abdomen and the registrar is suggesting we commence with Capecitabine chemo tablets. I would be very interested to find out whether Dr Nicolo Battisti would agree with this decision. I have a week to think about it - would he be able to contact me. Before I got anywhere near an operating theatre, I was reassured by his thoroughness, his clear and sensitive communication, and his patience with my questions and concerns. In his follow up to my surgery, he has been both optimistic and cautious at the right times, and ensured that no stone has been left unturned to ensure good outcomes. Lastly, he's surrounded himself with good people, from his practice to the theatre. You can be confident that if he is working with someone, or recommending a referral, then you'll be in equally good hands.

10/10 experience. We had our 10 year old son assessed for ADHD. From the moment i called to enquire about the process and what are the steps involved to the actually assessment, everyone has been amazing. Steven in the front office walked me through the entire process, what to expect, costings etc. he was polite, kind and very professional. Dr Hollie Hearfield who did the assessment was lovely. She was so good with our son, she explained everything to us as to what the next steps are. I cannot recommend you enough to others who might be thinking of going private. Its an overwhelming decision to make and it has been nothing but informative and easy with Berkley's. Keep up the amazing service that your staff deliver x

Extremely disappointed with Harley Mind Care. Terrible patient communication, no accountability for mistakes made, I had to chase up and argue regarding every appointment for my daughter. Assessment appointment was cut short and when I raised a complaint to my insurance company Harley Mind lied about this. I do not feel my child was given adequate opportunity to discuss her concerns that led us to seeking an assessment in the first place. I would not recommend this clinic.

Very happy with my consultant and the nursing staff but (as I have previously said in feedback) that waiting area (on the first floor) at Parkside really needs improvement. The reception staff are unfriendly, talk noisily amongst themselves, the coffee machine was broken today, there are sirens (or alarms or phone rings?) going off regularly which is not good for anxious patients

I would really recommend the Amara clinic. Miss Henderson was really understanding and very thorough as we discussed all the problems that I was experiencing. It was so refreshing to have the time to talk and not to feel rushed and feel that I was being listened to. Such a different experience from feeling like you’re being dismissed at the GP surgery.
