My father was seen short notice on Wednesday the 5th of November which was very much appreciated. Unfortunately he did not have a good experience on his visit. The consultant came to see him in the waiting room and made him roll up his trousers and examined him in front of other people in the waiting room. He made him walk across the room with his trousers rolled up and as my father's hearing is not good he began to talk really loudly to him in front of these other people. I was with him and to be honest it was very degrading and embarrassing for a 79 year old man. He more or less told my father to get on with it and stop taking any antibiotics that were prescribed by his GP. My father ended up having an infection in his knee but unfortunately this man was very dismissive when my father said the knee was sore and had a lump on it and made us feel like we were just bothering him.

I had 8 'bits and pieces' (moles etc) removed by Elaine Agius on 17 November at the Moorgate Centre, ably supported by two nurses (April and one other - sorry, didn't catch her name). The whole exercise was incredibly efficient and carried out in an obviously super-clean, sterile environment. 'Doc' Agius was wholly professional, with a caring 'bedside-manner' eg she provided helpful, accurate and reassuring 'warnings/prompts' prior to every single one of her procedures (including the frequent and slightly cool sterilisation wipe-downs). This avoided any surprises and instilled instant confidence in the guy under the knife. Thank you for a relatively enjoyable experience - I would strongly recommend that team and venue to anyone thinking of having similar treatment.

I am Betty's daughter. My mum has mobility issues. Getting her from the car park into the diagnostics centre was incredibly difficult. We borrowed a wheel chair from the helpful car park attendant. But it was raining so heavily that by the time we got inside my 87yr old mum was soaked to the skin. She had to sit in wet clothing for 4.5hrs until I got her home and changed. Luckily the car park attendant helped us back to the car at the end of her procedure. You REALLY need a drop-off right zone at the door to the centre, with seats inside to help relatives get their lives ingress in safely.. The staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful, but even with their help, this was a very stressful visit fdue to lack of access and horrendous weather conditions.

Having had the need to require two replacement hips I could not have had better treatment and success from Mr Patco and his team at Spire. They made me very at ease on both occasions and explained the benefits that would be made in the long term. Although quite nervous at first the anethetist was super and helped to alay the fears I had from the start to completion I can highly recommend their expertise in the orthopedic field. Dilligent exercise to help muscles recover is a must as advocated and explained by the physio team, especially as I was so unfit prior to my operations. Thank you to the nurses who played their part in making it a pleasant experience' Many thanks for making me mobile again.

Mr Saleh explained in clear detail exactly what the procedure would be. He has a very pleasant manner, also displaying great patience and consideration as I’m not the easiest person to be around sometimes. The outcome of my deep plane facelift was exceptional - the results far exceeded my expectations. Mr Saleh didn’t over play the potential outcome he offered realistic outcomes but to my delight the results were beyond what I’d hoped far. I’m 4.5 years on from the process but the results have held super well, so on that basis I can only recommend to potential patients to look no further. A deserved 5 star ⭐ from me.

Staff all good, but I had been given inaccurate info before the appt and didn’t wear contact lenses for 2 weeks beforehand altho this was unnecessary as all measurements had already been taken. I then had to wait over an hour to be seen, longer than for the NHS appt. When I mentioned the long wait I was told this was because everyone had wanted a long discussion as they were private appts! Surely this is to be expected and the solution is not to overbook appts. I can’t comment yet on the procedure as haven’t had it yet.

Well.. after a divorce and lots of struggling, I felt my manhood was gone by the time I hit 41yo. I tried to put myself together and had a chat with the people at the clinic. They never made me feel weird or uncomfortable, and after the second session of shockwave, my game changed and I can finally say I got my life back.

Saara Majid is my dentist. I cannot overpraise her attentiveness throughout the appointment. The main purpose was a filling, so a local numbing injection was required. There was minimal discomfort. Afterwards, Saara assisted me into my parka, led me to the patient toilet, waited until I emerged, conducted me back to reception to a suitable chair where I could await my taxi, prior to handing over to a receptionist.

Dr Ernie Wong has been instrumental in helping me fully control my asthma. Because of his care and expertise in recommending a biologic injection treatment, I no longer suffer from breathlessness and night coughing. Dr Wong is patient, caring, and always explains the cause of any symptoms and the benefits of prescribed medication in understandable language. I am so grateful to be under the care of Dr Wong.

Mr Sweeney was fantastic. Very reassuring and clearly very knowledgable in his area. I did however find that there were some mixed messages between initial consultation to feedback from nurses etc after surgery in terms of aftercare etc. (Told I would wear compression stockings for two weeks and then told I didn’t need to wear at all. Told could drive the next day but then told I couldn’t drive for 5 etc).
