I underwent a robotic total hysterectomy (for fibroids which were causing me debilitating pelvic pain) under the exemplary care of Mr Naji. As part of my research for my surgery, I had met with a number of gynaecologists and Mr Naji came via a personal recommendation. Both Mr Naji and his team at the Rylon Clinic are outstanding, running a highly proactive, patient centred, modern clinic from the initial consultation through to the post op aftercare. And I was impressed / reassured with the open line of communication to Mr Naji via his excellent EA Louise with any concerns and questions I had along the way. Mr Naji offers first class gynaecological care with a genuinely kind, conscientious and compassionate approach. I felt safe from the outset. The operation (at the Princess Grace hospital) and my recovery was remarkable, with minimal pain levels and providing instant relief from the acute pain I have suffered with. I was back on my feet quickly, in fact, I felt so well by day 4 following the op, I had to keep reminding myself that I’d just had major surgery and to not overdo it. And this is an absolute credit to Mr Naji’s expert surgical skills. Thank you for all that you have done for me Mr Naji, for giving me a pain free future and my quality of life back again. My entire treatment plan and visits have all gone extremely smoothly. I suppose the first point is that the pain I had prior to the operation is now gone, so that has been a huge success. The recovery has also been remarkably straight forward to this point. From my first visit to the latest post-op visit, I have found Mr Stafford to be very clear and precise with all the details of my injury and options to treat it. There was no pressure on what option to choose, the facts were simply given to me and the prognosis for each treatment explained. The booklet provided gives a very detailed and comforting explanation of all that was involved, including the full journey back to recovery in the future. I am very pleased with my choices and very grateful to Mr Stafford for the treatment and consultations during this process. Mr Stafford is obviously very skilled in his work and this, along with the many successful procedures he has completed gave me full confidence to proceed with the successful arthroscopy.

The staff were lovely, so kind and understanding which has been thoroughly appreciated. However, some frustration noted around wait times. While it is appreciated that diagnostics are a lengthy process and take time, I found issues where my assessments were delayed due to Skylight not having all the information from the forms I had already completed, and after submitting my forms I was not told that all of the information had not been received until I reached out and chased my application due to the time frames I was given being overdue. To improve this experience, more communication on what has and hasn’t been received would improve the experience and shorten some people’s wait times, as my wait time was partially increased due to lack of communication over forms I had or hadn’t filled in.

I met Dr Jiang earlier this year having been diagnosed with Prostate Cancer. In our first meeting she took almost an hour to discuss and explain my cancer diagnosis and possible treatments . She is compassionate, attentive and methodical and explained everything in simple terms . Brilliant is not too strong a word I would use to describe Dr Jiang
