I don't want to ramble on about my previous experiences with audiologists and hearing aids, so all I have to say is that after wearing hearing aids for over 30 years and gradually becoming isolated, defensive, embarrassed and miserable, even with the help of specialists no-one could help no matter how kind and understanding they were. My husband did some research and came across Matthew Allsop and decided to make an appointment at a last ditch attempt for help. We went up to London to our appointment and met Matthew who is at the top of the ladder with regards to his knowledge with hearing technology ............... the long and the short of our visit is that he has completely changed my life! It was a 'Hello World' moment for me, I can hear again! He isn't affiliated to any hearing aid manufacturing company so has access to what is needed for each individual person who needs help with hearing. The care that he takes, how he imparts his knowledge, his kindness and sensitivity to my situation is astounding. The aftercare is ongoing and careful. This is not an advertorial, I am typing this from my heart and will be forever grateful for Matthew being able to change my life.

When my mother reached the final stages of her illness, we were fortunate to be under the care of Dr Azhar Janmohamed. From the very first visit, he showed extraordinary compassion, not only towards my mother but also towards us as a family. He took the time to explain what was happening in clear and gentle terms, always respecting her dignity and wishes. His calm and reassuring presence gave us comfort during some of the most difficult days of our lives. What impressed us most was that he never treated her as just a patient, he treated her as a person, with warmth, patience and kindness. He made sure she was comfortable, managed her symptoms meticulously, and was always available to us when we needed guidance or support. Thanks to Dr Janmohamed, we were able to spend those final weeks focusing on being a family, knowing she was receiving the very best care. We will always be deeply grateful to him.

Mr Neville Menezes

I was transferred to the Nuffield Hospital Woking by the NHS under consultant Mr Neville Menezes. My first consultation he examined me and gave me a full explanation of the issue, the required treatment and the time schedule. On the day of the operation Mr Menezes was professional, had an excellent bedside manner and explained the procedure in detail. Post Op he checked with me that I was OK, with pain management and informed of how the procedure went. Final consultation post surgery, Mr Menezes gave me another examination to check for infection, wound healing. He then provided me with excellent advice to assist me back into my normal daily routine. Really please with all the consultations, the surgery and support - excellent service.

The lady I had an appointment with was so, so knowledgeable. She had the answers for everything which was such a relief after spending 3 months trying other nutrients and supplements and not getting anywhere. ENT appointment arranged to check inner ear inflammation, to check vocal cords, following a previous surgery, and mention some sinus issues. I found Mr Sinnott to be extremely welcoming, warm, and he listened carefully to everything said and any concerns without interruption. I didn't feel rushed in the appointment and he put me at ease. Eye contact throughout our conversation showed he gave me his full attention. He used clear language to explain matters to me and followed up with further investigations as appropriately, providing me with additional information to aide me in my recovery of Labyrinthitis .

Dr Farrah's team were amazing from start to finish with helping me to schedule my appointments and with helping me with my insurance company queries. Dr Farrah is wonderful, she listened to me and all the issues and pain I was having due to my osteoarthritis in my hip, made me feel like I wasn't being silly and over reacting with the pain I was in. Both procedures were done in no time at all and I am finally pain free after being pain for 3 years and on numerous painkillers and physio appointments ! Thank you Dr Farrah and your amazing team.

I had a fibroscan which was really thorough and detailed. It was clear that the clinican was very highly trained and knowledgable. There are lots of places at the moment which primarily specialise in private baby scans but also offer health scans. I have previously been to one such place for for an abdominal scan and it was very basic - absolutely nothing like the attention to detail of the scan I had at Duality Healthcare. I was really pleased and reassured by the service. Thank you!

Alas, my GP refused to offer such a service so I looked for a private GP and found the Deanbrook Practice at the Candover Clinic in Basingstoke willing to help. The doctor reviewed my background and then completed the form. I felt the support offered was thorough and friendly. While I had to pay for this service, I felt it rescued my holiday and so was therefore completely worthwhile.

My experience with Mr Banghoo has been exemplary, the first question he asked me was, what are my objectives, he then worked backwards to deliver the most appropriate intervention, in my case a partial knee replacement. The whole process has been superb, Mr Banghoo is solicitous, informative and highly professional. It’s probably odd to say, as surgery is traumatic, but this has been a very pleasant experience and I cannot recommend Mr Banghoo highly enough.

I would go out of my way to use the cromwell over many of my local hospitals just for the care our staff showed me.
