Very helpful discussion
Made me at ease and very professional
Felt uncomfortable and rushed, was here with my autistic and selective mute son, who was struggling to speak due to unknown person and unfamiliar surrounding, As his parent I felt dismissed when trying to speak.

i am sorry to hear that you felt you were unable to speak up. i usually direct all my communication to the patient rather than the parent if there is a good level of understanding. However I do value opinions from everyone in the consulting room.
Clear and professional
Perfect tells you everything what you need to expect 110% wouldn’t be going anywhere else
All very efficient and straightforward with uneventful recovery, many thanks
Not having experienced surgery before I was a little apprehensive, shouldn't have worried!
Very patient when speaking to my mum who is deaf
Friendly manner and explained everything clearly.
Mr James is an expert Hand and Wrist Surgeon with many years of consistent excellent outcomes. Excellent colleague.
