Doctor Kumar's call was on time, he introduced himself and explained my current status in terms I could understand. He listened to the information I had for him relating to my condition and will advise my GP on medication to, hopefully improve my health. He explained the next steps very clearly and at the end of the call I was very reassured that I was being well cared for.
