The reception was the most friendly reception area I have ever visited. The staff went above and beyond making their patients feel at ease and welcome.

On arrival I was asked to fill in a number of forms about my health, some of which I had to complete from memory. I needed more time before my appointment to complete all the forms. It would have been helpful to have been warned about the forms or completed them in advance. All the staff were helpful. My questions were answered. I was kept informed about what was happening. The provision of chauffer driven cars to take me to and from my appointments made the overall experience stress free.

I saw Dr Cudlip at both Genesis and The Manor. The Manor was excellent in both their communications and how comfortable the waiting area was. The Genesis was challenging. I liaised with Cassandra and had a variety of issues. She was always very happy, however her organisation wasn't great. There were a number of times I was sent incorrect information for appointments, or was assured she would be back in touch regarding something and I had to chase her for the information a week or so later. Forms were sent to me with my name spelt incorrectly, confirmation emails of appointments with the wrong dates/times. In what was a very stressful time, I would have appreciated not having to worry about whether the appointments I had been given were correct. I always felt like I couldn't trust that what she had sent to me was accurate, and I didn't want to have to double check as it felt rude, but more often than not something was wrong.

Mr Cudlip is a very well mannered Professional who I would strongly recommend
