So great full to professor Ben for everything him and his team have done for me, very polite, very good at explaining the process of what’s going to happen and amazing at what he does. So thank full to Ben and his team 10/10 review from me
Prof. Turney is friendly but to the point. Our interactions were limited, given that my problems were quickly resolved. He will be my first choice to consult in the future should the need arise.
Has the pleasure of meeting professor Ben Turney regarding removal of a large kidney stone, he explained what the procedure would consist of how long it would take and also would be him carrying out the procedure, which was really reassuring. Found professor Turney to be very professional and easy to talk to and explains everything very clearly.
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Dr Ben Turney for his excellent care, professionalism, and dedication throughout my treatment. I underwent ureteroscopy surgery under Dr Turney’s care, and I was extremely impressed with the service I received. He explained the procedure clearly, answered all my questions, and made me feel confident and reassured throughout the whole process. The surgery was handled very professionally, and I am very grateful for the successful treatment and the care I received before and after the procedure. Dr Turney is not only highly skilled in his field but also compassionate and approachable, which makes a real difference when you are going through surgery. I would highly recommend Dr Ben Turney to anyone looking for an excellent urologist. Thank you, Dr Turney, for your outstanding service and for helping me through my treatment.
Professor Turney is very clear in his explanations, and is patient, kind and understanding. Throughout consultations and treatments he retains a thoroughly objective and professional manner, which ensures complete confidence in his expertise. He and his team are extremely efficient and very prompt in making necessary arrangements. I cannot praise his approach highly enough.
My meeting met with my expectations. I was given time to explain my condition and concerns. Professor Turney listened carefully and reviewed various documentation. He explained various aspects of my condition and proposed scan to confirm my physical condition. After the scan has been reviewed the next steps will be considered. Very pleased with my consultation.
I was delighted with Prof Turney's professionalism, focus on myself as the patient, logical approach to my own concerns, and grasp of my own urological history (which goes back 59 years). I can only think of praise for Prof Turney as my consultant, and I would recommend him to anybody requiring a urological consultant.
Prior to the call I was concern and uneasy about my condition and the prospect of surgery. Professor Turney talked me through both the original CT scan in December and the follow up scan on the 18th June, confirming that the largest stone identified in the first scan in December has now been resolved. He outlined the potential options to manage my condition, and having explained the risks of one of the existing stones escaping, we agreed on a "surveillance monitoring approach". Being placed on a recall list and in approximately 12 month, called for a follow up scan at The Genesis Centre MK. At the end of my consultation, I had a significantly greater understanding of my condition and absolute confidence that I am in safe hands.
Professor Turney was clear and calm. He answered my questions fully, and suggested some tests which would see if there any major issues. Thank you.
I was very pleased with today's telephone consultation regarding the GreenLight laser surgery undertaken approximately one month ago, by Professor Ben Turney. It is very good to know that my recovery is doing well and that normal exercise can be resumed. Various 'side effects' were discussed and if they persist beyond 3 months, medication has been prescribed to overcome the problem.
Ben Turney is an expert on kidney stones, enlargement of the prostate and all general urology procedures. I would seek him out to treat my family if they needed an expert urologist.
