I was a bit nervous, but was put at ease by the professional of the medical team.
Professor Turney was a perfect choice for my surgery. Calm, confident and reassuring, he made the process as stress free as possible. Highly recommend.
Prof Turney treated me for BPH (enlarged prostate). He took the time to explain the condition to me and to discuss treatment options and procedures. He was was always considerate of my concerns and was very willing to answer all my questions in a clear and thorough way. At all times, I felt I was in good hands and receiving the best possible treatment. The procedure was a success and has made a significant difference to my everyday life.
Excellent treatment with really clear explanations. Highly recommended.
Ben was very thorough about his explanations for my enlarged Prostate surgery. I was getting up about 3 times a night and now after the surgery, I can sleep a full 7-8 hours. I had a catheter fitted for the first 7 days, and found that I didn’t need it after the 3rd or 4th day I’m really happy I had Rezum treatment. It doesn’t hurt, it’s very light evasive. To anyone who reads this. It’s definitely worth the money especially knowing that your sleep is definitely not going to be disrupted. Sleep is so important in life. That is the main reason I had it done. Better sleep, better quality of life. Thank you Ben. Regards Simon
I was lucky enough to have been referred to Professor Turney for the removal of my kidney stones. Everything went well. Professor Turney is very attentive and caring and I would highly recommend him
I strongly advise considering all options available when planning surgery for enlarged prostate.
Quickly identifies the issue and put corrective action in place
I had been putting it with symptoms and discomfort of an enlarged prostate for years. Finally I decided to go ahead with the 'Rezum' treatment. Should have done it years before. The treatment I received from Professor Turney and his team at Manor Hospital was excellent. I had no pain at all afterwards. Not pleasant to have to wear a catheter but a small price to pay. Now that I am completely free of any of the symptoms associated with an enlarged prostate I realise just how much discomfort I had come to accept. I also have now stopped all the medication which I had been on for years. Delighted with the result and very grateful to Professor Turney.
Professional and caring
