EXCELLANT ☆☆☆☆☆ From the first consultation Mr Krupa put me at ease....incredibly professional ..helpful and informative making sure i fully understood my options. As a 57 year old i needed to have my 20 year old implants removed and replaced......not only were they encapsulated but too large for my body frame lso requiring an uplift ..with lots of info and another consultation decisions were made to replace and uplift...i fully trusted Mr Krupa to make the right decisions during surgery. My surgery was 3 weeks ago today and ive had my final check up and i cant thank Mr Krupa enough. The results are more than I could hope for ....Mr Krupa is an excellent surgeon Thankyou

I’d definitely recommend your clinic but was a little disappointed today by the lack of sympathy from the sonographers when I went for my 6 week 4 day scan. I explained that the pregnancy wasn’t viable (I’d had a blood test at your clinic on Saturday and learn by HCG only increased 8% in 48 hrs) and this would be my third miscarriage in 12 months from my IVF pregnancies and I didn’t receive any shock or sympathy for this. It wasn’t a big deal but if the practice wants to be even better some additional warmth and sympathy would go a long way.

During my appointment, I was recommended a series of creams, and I did purchase them. I was a bit taken aback by the total expense at checkout, as the cost wasn't explicitly mentioned or discussed during our consultation. I was simply asked if I wanted to purchase them here today. It would also have been helpful for me as a patient to understand if there were any alternative products available through NHS, even if they weren't the primary recommendation.

I had a knee replacement and had a reaction to the anaesthetic which resulted in me having to spend several days in bed vomiting copiously. The staff were so supportive and caring; the nurses couldn’t help enough, the porters, physios, catering staff and cleaning crew were good natured , helpful and thorough. Since arriving home I have had numerous phone conversations with Horder staff, who have been reassuring and helpful with my recovery.

I was pleasantly surprised about the efficiency of Newmedica Worcester. I had only used NHS services prior to my NHS Newmedica appointments for cataract removal on both eyes. I was seen very quickly after referral by Specsavers Malvern. Each appointment went flawlessly. I also had laser treatment in my right eye. All staff were friendly and professional and I am very grateful to be able to see clearly once more.

Dr. Kapur was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, thorough in her examination, and confident in creating a plan to manage and treat my condition. She has working relationships with several other physicians locally to whom I was referred for further testing. I came to Barts for PFO closure with Dr Micheal Mullen and can not thank everyone at St Barts enough for their help, care and professionalism, from the moment I walked through the doors to the moment I left. The staff at the hospital are absolutely brilliant. Communication was always clear and timely, and their care was very much centred around me as the patient and nothing was too much of an ask.
