Having a laparoscopic procedure is the best decision we both agree, as I was diagnosed with endometriosis. On top of that, I also had adenomyosis, fibroid and experiencing heavy bleeding during my period. After the procedure Tom was clear which put me at ease at explaining all the details about my condition and answering all my questions. It's still at early stage of recovery but I felt like I'm at the right path. I am grateful to finally find the right provider (specialist), who could help and assist me with my conditions.

I attended an appointment with my mum as she has been referred for cataract surgery. Upon arrival we had a warm friendly welcome. When mum was called in I explained to the lady that mum is profoundly deaf and she lip read's and asked if she could look at mum when talking to her. Naz was absolutely amazing, she spoke clearly and looked at my mum when speaking and explained everything to her. Both myself and my mum were really impressed as it's not easy for my mum when people don't understand her deafness. The lady we saw after Naz was good with mum too. With our experience yesterday it put our minds at rest that mum will be helped and understood when she goes back for surgery.

I recently saw Dr Raiman regarding ongoing issues with my knees and toes, and he was extremely helpful and informative. He took the time to clearly explain what was happening, walking me through the drawings, X-rays, and MRI images in a way that was easy to understand. All available options were discussed thoroughly, including injections and physiotherapy, and I felt fully informed throughout the appointment. I learned a great deal and left feeling reassured and confident about the next steps and the decisions I need to make regarding my treatment. Overall, a very positive and supportive experience.

The imaging team — particularly R. Wilson and L. Kuriakose — were outstanding. Their efficiency, professionalism, and the way they worked with me throughout the treatment were superb. In contrast, communication from the reception team was limited. There was little information provided regarding waiting times or updates, and my next of kin were not kept informed about what was happening or how long the process might take. This created unnecessary uncertainty during an already stressful time. Parking was also extremely challenging, to the point where travelling by train would likely have been easier.

Very friendly and informative. Had a consultation and explained what was affecting me. Mr Elhassan then did an inspection for the cause of my problem and listed out what would need to be done. He had a great support team which helped organise everything very efficiently and the surgery went off without a problem. I was provided great aftercare instructions and from this I didn’t have any problems after the surgery was complete. Can’t thank Mr Elhassan enough for helping me. He’s improved my quality of life in a way I never thought I would achieve previously.

Realising this could have been a retinal tear needing emergency treatment to save my vision, I immediately made a private appointment to see Mr Alexander. The service I received was absolutely fantastic. My eyes were thoroughly examined by Mr Alexander who has an excellent bedside manner. He explained everything clearly, answered my questions and made a plan going forward. Luckily, my retina was intact and no treatment was required. The sense of relief I felt was priceless.

Every stage of my procedure for my cataract operations (both eyes a week apart) went like 'a dream' from the excellent initial Consultation with Professor Luff, to the 2 excellently/professionally executed outpatient operations he and his excellent team carried out, to the excellent aftercare and not to mention the miraculous results!. If anyone (like me!) is petrified of such procedures I would highly recommend Professor Luff and his Sapphire Team.

Good: - Great greeting and friendly reception staff. - Good, efficient and empathetic nurses. Not so Good: - Original caller to book appointment told me to schedule 1h. On arrival I was told 2h, which meant I needed to reschedule other commitments. - Was seen by nurse 30 mins after my scheduled appointment and 40 minutes after my arrival. No warning given by reception on arrival. I had to proactively ask after waiting 25 mins

I am very pleased with the service I have had from everyone at Coriel Clinic.  Mr Wilkinson and his surgical team have done a wonderful operation on my foot, and I had hardly any pain afterwards.  I'm looking forward to organising to have my other foot operated on - in the autumn. She was friendly, informative and listened well to my concerns., regarding my teeth and possible actions that were affecting them. A very positive appointment.
