I want to say how incredibly grateful and eternally indebted I am to my surgeon, Mr Luke Cascarini. He has given me a completely new lease of life. He is not only an outstanding surgeon but an exceptional human being, and I cannot thank him enough for the care, precision, and compassion he showed throughout my entire journey. I would also like to express my heartfelt thanks to Janet, Dr Bosh, and all the nursing staff, as well as every member of the team right down to the wonderful ladies on reception, including Marianne. There are too many to name individually, but every single person played a role in making this experience extraordinary. The hospital itself does not feel like a hospital at all — it feels more like a health retreat where you leave as a better version of yourself. The environment, the warmth, and the standard of care are truly exceptional. For anyone suffering from sleep apnea, as I was, or dealing with any of the conditions treated by your specialists, I could not recommend HSSH and Mr Luke Cascarini more highly. Mr Jonathan Collier

I recently had three wisdom teeth removed at Mr Collier's clinic. I had previously had another extraction with a different dentist and it had been a very difficult removal with a lengthy healing process. Based on my past experience, I was feeling apprehensive about undertaking three extractions at once. However, I can honestly say that I had absolutely nothing to worry about and my experience at Mr Collier's clinic was incomparable. Mr Collier was clear in his explanation of the process, the benefits to me and the aftercare. He was also patient and kind, helping to ease my nerves. The extraction was incredibly smooth and, three weeks later, both sites are pretty much healed. This is such a testament to Mr Collier's skill as a dentist and surgeon - I have experienced barely any pain following my surgery and feel like I can approach any future dental surgery with a lot more confidence and trust. I would like to send huge thanks to Mr Collier and his team, including Michelle, for the incredible standard of care I have received throughout my treatment. I couldn't recommend Mr Collier enough!

The assessment visit was fine in that I walked away with a clear diagnosis and a plan, but the experience was a little hectic due to cleaners coming in to prepare for the next appointment while we were still there, and the dr needing to take urgent calls as she was on duty at the time. The team I speak with are all very friendly but there seems to be a disconnect between the information exchanged on emails and whatsapp. I feel this may have led to a delay in starting treatment. Again, it's fine because I got it in the end, but there may be some part of the process/line of communication that needs review/improving. My initial virtual visit was at risk of being cancelled due to where I was having the call from. Thankfully, the doctor was able to accommodate another slot on the same day. I noticed that there is now a clear statement on the booking confirmation re: need to be in a private space for virtual calls, which is good.

Received urgent call requesting blood test for tolerance to Dye. I Moved appointments for that afternoon to facilitate a flying visit. After arrival kept waiting for 35 minutes until I asked reception as was needed elsewhere and was told phlebotomist would be with me shortly. With Phlebotomist approx 3 minutes, total time 50 minutes and 50 miles traveled Then had to wait 9 days for scan which was only scheduled following chase-up from private GP. On presenting for CT Scan was told that they did not require blood test as procedure did not indicate use of dye. Most unimpressive communication and administration throughout

We visited Dr Kabunga with an urgent requirement for a cardiac review to enable a scheduled surgery to go ahead the following week. Dr Kabunga and his team were excellent in assisting us with this request, providing an initial consultation the day after our contact, scans the day after that, and follow up consultation and clinical letter during the morning of the day following that. We could not be more pleased with the care and professionalism we received during this very stressful time - and what an incredible turnaround time !

Highly recommend Dr Zainab- I had a lower facial rejuvenation last week and it’s already a huge improvement with lots of compliments from friends and family. Zainabs communication was excellent throughout and particularly pre appointment asking lots of questions about the outcome I wanted, the treatments used and what to expect. This meant when I arrived I was relaxed and excited! She was thoroughly professional, and gentle, and checking in. Delighted with the results already and will definitely return.

My experience with Dr Good was excellent. I was treated with respect, dignity, and professionalism at all times. Dr Good made himself available to discuss the forthcoming treatment, and to fully explain the treatment process, making sure I was completely aware of what was to come. Dr Good has a very comforting, reassuring manner, while retaining his professionalism at all times. I genuinely felt I was in the safest hands possible. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Mr Richard Siau

I brought me 4-year-old daughter to see Mr Siau because of concerns about her breathing at night. The wait for an NHS appointment was too long and not many private hospitals are able to see or treat children. I was able to get an appointment within a week with Mr Siau at Leigh Infirmary, and my daughter is now booked in for surgery. The consultation was straightforward and the process was made clear and I am glad we don't have to join the long waiting list!

Couldn't praise Mr Tang anymore. From the moment I met him, kind, knowledgeable, calm, and I felt at ease even though I ripped my bicep less than a day before meeting him and was in a serious amount of pain. There wasn't a question he couldn't answer, and the surgery was as painless as it could have been. He did say he has never seen a bicep recover so quickly, which I am very proud of; however, I think that was more him than me. Thank you again.

Dr Lawrence is very thorough, knowledgable and considerate. He really takes time to engage and understand, never jumping to conclusions, and always puts my lived experience, as a patient, first and foremost. I feel I can be open and transparent with Dr Lawrence and he in turn is non-judgemental, honest and supportive. I would rate Dr Lawrence as one of the very best doctors I've ever dealt with and consider myself very fortunate to have met him.

Mr Faisal Ahmed

From the very first consultation Mr Ahmed explained clearly my diagnosis, what he recommended and the treatment involved. The Surgery itself (3 stents and a new lens) was conducted in a calm manor and at no point did I feel any pain or was alarmed. The follow up appointments were reassuring and all my questions were clearly answered. In addition the back up from Mr Ahmed's PA was exemplary making the process overall excellent

I had a zoom meeting, so can't really comment on cleanliness or the physical practice. The assessor was amazing, really friendly and took things at my pace.
