My experience has been outstanding. From the first phone call to leaving the thornbury hospital. Hannah the centre manager and Farqi treated me amazingly. I felt safe in the cleanest, calmest environment. The information I received was top notch and I have never experienced such kindness to me. Dr Ibrahim was very kind and I felt that someone was finally listening to me after many months. The staff at the Royal Hallamshire, particularly Nancy and Lisa also went the extra mile and again were very kind. We travelled from East Yorkshire and therefore accommodation was arranged for us by Elaine which was very much appreciated. I WISH THIS MESSAGE TO BE AVAILABLE TO THE HOSPITAL MANAGERS. Janine RN

We can't speak highly enough of every single member of staff. Absolutely nothing is too much trouble. If all staff worked as efficiently and had a sunny disposition as here at the Gamma Knife unit the health system would be in a much better place.
