Great communication and was warm and welcoming. He communicated directly with my Mum whom has Alzheimer’s and would seek clarification from myself when she struggled, but did so in a way that included mum. He gave all the options available and clear explanations on what that involved. He listened but also asked lots of questions to clarify, which is very reassuring. There is no Tell with DR Omar he, seeks understanding by not jumping to conclusions. And put us both very much at ease.
