I cannot rate the helpline and clinic high enough. From my first call, where the lady I spoke to was calming, respectful and so non- judging. I was calling on behalf of my brother and from the first call I knew the team cared - they supported both myself and my brother through a highly stressful and emotional experience. The admissions, clonic and aftercare teams have all been the same. It’s a situation I never expected to be in but the support and care received was and continues to be excellent,. My brother was rock bottom and suicidal, and while he’s still at the very early stages of his recovery, he is doing great and says the therapy - group and 121, he received and continues to receive through his outreach worker is first class. Being supported and returning his support to other addicts he found really powerful, and he left with personal phone numbers to continue to help each other ‘outside’ We hope never to need the clinic again but I cannot rate it high enough. I’m so thankful I swallowed my fear and picked up the phone that day.

I was in desperation at how to help my child as I was watching her kill her young body by means of drugs, I found Rehab 4 Addiction online and sent them an email late at night. I received a phone call the next day which I really appreciated. I was given advice and more phone calls received. The phone calls with advice on what was available for my child and for me as a parent it was the amazing support and advice I received, I have never had this and it was immensely helpful.

We had a truly excellent experience with the rehab centre that was found for a family member. He was treated with such genuine care and professionalism, which made the process far less confronting for him. As a family, we also felt supported and valued throughout. The service provided by this referral service has been outstanding, and we are deeply grateful.
